To elucidate the yielding performance of compact yielding anchor cables in wor.ing state,a yielding mechanical model incorporating extrusion friction and fastening rotation under confining pressure is *** yielding resistance enhancement effect(ω)caused by wor.ing environment constr.ints is evaluated through multi-layer composite sleeve hole expansion analysis,for.ing a theoretical framework for calculating the wor.ing yielding *** and in-situ pull-out tests are conducted to deter.ine the yielding performance and validate the analytical *** main conclusions are:(1)Yielding force and energy-release capacity increase withω,significantly outperfor.ing the unconfined state.(2)in-situ tests under var.ing rockmass and geostress conditions(F1–F3)deter.ine the yielding force increases to 183.4–290.1,204.0–290.8,and 235.0–327.1 kN.(3)The slight deviation(–12.5%to 6.2%)between the theoretical and measured yielding force confirms that the analytical theory effectively describes the wor.ing yielding performance.(4)ωincreases with higher geostress and improved rock mechanical proper.ies,with initial geostress(σ_(0))and elastic modulus of surrounding rock(E_(3))identified as critical parameters.

An efficient catalytic system was developed to remove various organic pollutants by simultaneously using low-level cobalt ions,calcium carbonate micro-par.icles and peroxymonosulfate(PMS).A simple base-induced precipitation was used to successfully loaded Co-centered reactive sites onto the surface of CaCO_(3)*** optimal conditions at 25°C,10 mg/L methylene blue(MB)could be completely degraded within 10 min with 480μg/L Co^(2+),0.4 g/L CaCO_(3)micropar.icles(or 0.4 g/L Co@CaCO_(3))and 0.1 g/L *** MB degradation followed the pseudo first order kinetics with a rate constant of 0.583 min^(−1),being 8.3,11.5 and 53.0 times that by using Co-OH(0.07 min^(−1)),Co^(2+)(0.044 min^(−1))and CaCO_(3)(0.011 min^(−1))as the catalyst,*** was confirmed that there was a syner.istic effect in the catalytic activity between Co species and the CaCO_(3)par.icles but the major contributor was the highly dispersed Co *** Co^(2+)-containing simulated electroplating wastewater was used as the Co^(2+)source,not only the added MB was also completely degraded within 5 min in this catalytic system,but also the coexisting heavy metal ions were substantially *** presently developed method was applied to simultaneously treat organic wastewater and heavy metals *** present method was also successfully used to efficiently degrade other organic pollutants including bisphenol A,sulfamethoxazole,rhodamine B,tetrabromobisphenol A,ofloxacin and benzoic acid.A catalytic mechanism was proposed for the PMS activation by Co@CaCO_(3).The surface of CaCO_(3)par.icles favors the adsorption of Co^(2+).More importantly,the surface of CaCO_(3)par.icles provides plentiful surface-OH and-CO_(3)^(2+),and these surface groups complex with Co^(2+)to producemore catalytically active species such as surface[CoOH]^(−),resulting in rapid Co^(2+)/Co^(3+)cycling and electron *** interactions cause the observed syner.istic effect between Co species and Ca

The atmospheric corrosion monitoring(ACM)technique has been widely employed to track the real-time corrosion behavior of metal ***,limited studies have applied ACM to the corrosion protection proper.ies of organic *** study compared a bare epoxy coating with one containing zinc phosphate corrosion inhibitors,both applied on ACM sensors,to observe their corrosion protection proper.ies over *** with ar.ificial damage via scratches were exposed to immer.ion and alternating dry and wet environments,which allowed for monitoring galvanic corrosion currents in *** the corrosion tests,the ACM currents of the zinc phosphate/epoxy coating were considerably lower than those of the blank epoxy *** trend in ACM current variations closely matched the results obtained from regular electrochemical tests and surface *** alignment highlights the potential of the ACM technique in evaluating the corrosion protection capabilities of organic *** with the blank epoxy coating,the zinc phosphate/epoxy coating showed much-decreased ACM current values that confirmed the effective inhibition of zinc phosphate against steel corrosion beneath the damaged coating.

White light illumination is essential in daily life, however, the substantial amount of blue light it contains can damage human eyes. Therefore, it is important to block this high-energy blue light to protect visual health. in this study, yellow-emitting carbon dots(CDs) with a quantum yield exceeding 94% were synthesized using citric acid and urea. These CDs effectively absorb blue light. By incorporating them into polystyrene, multiple films termed CDs-based blue light blocking films(CBFs) were developed, each offering different levels of blue light absorption. These CBFs exhibited excellent transparency and efficient blue light filtering capabilities. This study highlights the potential of high quantum yield CDs, which specifically absorb blue light, as foundational materials for developing light-blocking solutions against highenergy short-wavelength light.

Ordered mesoporous materials have received great attention due to their well-defined pore structures and potential applications in catalysis,adsorption,separation,drug delivery,*** various compositions of mesoporous solids have been successfully prepared,the preparation of crystalline non-metallic oxyacid salts with ordered mesoporosity remains a major ***,we report the synthesis of a mesoporous solid acid crystalline boron phosphate(BPO_(4))catalyst with a bicontinuous shifted double diamond(SDD)hyperbolic surface *** BPO_(4) scaffold was obtained by syner.istic selfassembly in a mixed solvent of water and tetrahydrofuran using the diblock copolymer poly(ethylene oxide)-block-polystyrene as template and phosphoric acid and orthoboric acid as inorganic *** structure consists of two sets of diamond networks adjacent to each other with a mesostructural scale tetragonal symmetry(space group i4_(1)/amd)with unit cell parameters of a=80 nm and c=113 nm,which affords the scaffold a specific surface area of 44 m^(2)/*** a solid acid catalytic material,the SDD BPO_(4) scaffold exhibited excellent catalytic activity at room temperature with a conver.ion of furfural to 2-(dimethoxymethyl)furan over 70%and can be reused after recovery without serious loss of *** the propane oxidative dehydrogenation reaction,SDD BPO_(4) demonstrated high olefin productivity and selectivity while maintaining high reaction *** study provides ideas for the preparation of ordered mesoporous crystalline catalytic materials and demonstrates their potential for practical applications.

in this paper,low-temperature dielectric-blocked discharge plasma （DBD） was employed for the first time to treat silica-doped H4PMo11VO40（HPAV） catalysts (DBD（Ar/x）-MF-Catal) and apply them in the catalytic methacrolein （MAL） selective oxidation to produce methacrylic acid （MAA）.This work investigates in detail the controllable regulation of the concentration of oxidation states on silica-doped HPAV catalysts by adjusting the DBD discharge with controlled changes in voltage,current,treatment time,and treatment *** reports the intrinsic correlation between oxidation states and MAL oxidation *** research results indicated that the catalytic performance was related to the presence of oxygen vacancies and oxygen species (VO2+),and are the main reason for the selective oxidation of MAL to ***,the generation of oxygen vacancies and VO2+altered localized electrons,which resulted in the easier activation of *** calculations of DFT also proved the formation mechanism of oxygen vacancies and VO2+and electron proper.ies on high-performance polymers,which elucidated the intrinsic influence of catalyst *** DBD（Ar/10）-MF-Catal catalysts with suitable VO2+and oxygen vacancy concentrations exhibited the highest catalytic performance with 90%MAL conver.ion and 70%MAA selectivity and showed good stability （500 h）.

We design and synthesize five novel diazocine derivatives,using diazocine as the core,amide or.imine bonds as the connecting units attached with different peripheral *** photoisomerization yield and thermal stability of these derivatives are tested by^(1)H NMr and UV-Vis absorption *** them,the imine-linked derivative exhibits the lowest photoisomerization efficiency,while the amide-linked ones show an elevated switching efficiency in transitioning from the cis to the trans configuration,compared to the unmodified 3,3′-***,based on experiments together with density functional theory(DFT)calculations,we find that the thermal stability of these derivatives is associated with the electron cloud density and steric hindrance of their *** to these unique photophysical proper.ies,diazocine derivatives provide a foundation for the development and application of molecular optical switches.

With the advancement of modern scientific research,multimodal data is increasingly being collected from multiple sources or *** outcomes derived from generalized linear models with high-dimensional and multimodal covariates,we develop two distinct factor-adjusted tests to assess the significance of high-dimensional modality data and specific low-dimensional linear combinations of predictors from one or more modalities,***,we propose a factor-adjusted decorrelated score test to evaluate the significance of a single *** approach simultaneously transforms a high-dimensional test into a fixed low-dimensional one while addressing the impact of high-dimensional nuisance ***,we construct a factor-adjusted Wald test based on par.ial penalized estimation to assess the significance of certain low-dimensional combinations of variables from one or more *** limiting distributions of these two proposed tests are analyzed under both the null hypothesis and local alternatives to characterize the asymptotic type-i errors and *** finite sample performance of our proposed tests is evaluated through simulations and further demonstrated with a breast cancer dataset.
