By applying the standard fixed point theorems,we prove the existence and uniqueness results for a system of coupled differential equations involving both left Caputo and right riemann-Liouville fractional derivatives and mixed fractional integrals,supplemented with nonlocal coupled fractional integral boundary *** example is also constructed for the illustration of the obtained results.

By using the finite volume method with volume of fluid model and global dynamic mesh technique, the effects of Froude number and geometry on the water entry process of a 2-D ellipse are investigated numerically. For the time history of the vertical force, the computational fluid dynamics（CFD） results match the experimental data much better than the classical potential-flow theories due to the consideration of the viscosity, turbulence, surface tension, gravity, and compressibility. The results show that the position of peak pressure on ellipse shifts from the spray root to the bottom of ellipse at a critical time. The critical time changes with the geometry and Froude number. By studying the vertical force, the ellipse water entry process can be divided into the initial and late stages based on the critical dimensionless time of about 0.1. The geometry of the ellipse plays a dominant role in the initial stage, while the Froude number is more important in the late stage of entry. The classical Wagner theory is extended to the ellipse water entry, and the predicted maximum value of vertical force coefficient in the initial stage is 4？a/b that matches the CFD results very well, where a and b are the horizontal axis and vertical axis of the ellipse parallel and perpendicular to the initial calm water surface, respectively.

recent developments in organoid culture technologies have made it possible to closely recapitulate intrinsic characteristics of different tissues under in vitro *** organoids act as a translational bridge between the traditional 2D/3D cultures and the in vivo models for studying the tissue development processes,disease modeling,and drug *** and tissue-specific extracellular matrix have been shown to support organoid development,efficiently;however,their chemically undefined nature,non-tunable properties,and associated batch-to-batch variations often limit reproducibility of the assembly *** this regard,chemically defined platforms offer wider opportunities to optimize and recreate tissue-specific *** present review delineates the current research trends in this sphere,focusing on material perspective and the target tissues(e.g.,neural,liver,pancreatic,renal,and intestinal).The review winds up with a discussion on the current limitations and future perspective to provide a basis for future research.

BACKGrOUND： The present study elucidates the protective potential ofbromelain against dichlorvos intoxication in mice brains. Dichlorvos induces the oxidative stress by disproportionating the balance between free radicals generation and their scavenging in neurons which leads to neuronal degeneration. METHODS： In this study, mice were divided into four groups- group I （control）, group II （dichlorvos treated）, group III （bromelain treated） and group IV （exposed to both bromelain and dichlorvos both）. rESULTS： Dichlorvos treatment increased the levels ofthiobarbituric acid reactive substances （TBArS） and protein carbonyl content （PCC） which indicate the increased oxidative stress. Meanwhile, brain endogenous antioxidants and cholinesterases level was decreased after dichlorvos exposure. Levels of TBArS and PCC decreased whereas cholinesterases level was recorded to be elevated after bromelain exposure. CONCLUSION： Bromelain offered neuroprotection by decreasing oxidative stress and augmenting cholinesterases in mice brains. This study highlights the invulnerability of bromelain against oxidative and cholinergic deficits in mice brains.

renal calculi are inhomogenous, heterogeneous and complex in nature. There is a large variation in their chemical composition due to food habits of patients and hence geography of the inhabitants in different parts of the world. Ultrasonic studies are made to investigate various physical and other constants of such renal calculi. A double-probe through transmission technique is used to study various propagation parameters. The ultrasonic waves displayed on cathode-ray oscilloscope are complex and complicated in nature. Complete analysis of such wave patterns is given in the present study. The data reported would help in the design of an u ltrasonic lithotripter.

Camelina(Camelina sativa)has emerged as a potential biofuel crop globally with its suitability even as a jet fuel source with 75–80%less greenhouse gas emissions compared to common petroleum *** crop has originated from Mediterranean region and belongs to Brassicaceae ***,DrDO has made initial and pioneer efforts in successful introduction of this crop to India and its agro-technology *** a short duration crop with lesser input requirement,it fits well in the cropping pattern of hilly states of Indian *** areas experience fallow land due to shortage of irrigation water for growing other *** present study revealed that irrigation at flowering stage is more *** at this stage(if only one irrigation is available)exhibited grain yield of 1.004 kg·m^(-2)which was 21 and 80%higher over pod setting and rosette stage irrigation,*** maximum seed yield was observed under treatment where irrigation was provided at all three crop growth stages(2.044 kg·m^(-2)).It was 50%higher over T6 treatment(where two irrigations were given at rosette and flowering stage)and 104%higher over T3(where only one irrigation was given at flowering stage).

To study the major differences in the distribution of spermatozoa proteins in infertile men with varicocele by comparative proteomics and validation of their level of expression. The study-specific estimates for each varicocele outcome were combined to identify the proteins involved in varicocele-associated infertility in men irrespective of stage and laterality of their clinical varicocele. Expression levels of 5 key proteins （PKArIA, AK7, CCT6B, HSPA2, and ODF2） involved in stress response and sperm function including molecular chaperones were validated by Western blotting. Ninety-nine proteins were differentially expressed in the varicocele Eroup. Over 87% of the DEP involved in major energy metabolism and key sperm functions were underexpressed in the varicocele group. Key protein functions affected in the varicocele group were spermatogenesis, sperm motility, and mitochondrial dysfunction, which were further validated by Western blotting, corroborating the proteomics analysis. Varicocele is essentially a state of energy deprivation, hypoxia, and hyperthermia due to impaired blood supply, which is corroborated by down-regulation of lipid metabolism, mitochondrial electron transport chain, and Krebs cycle enzymes. To corroborate the proteomic analysis, expression of the 5 identified proteins of interest was validated by Western blotting. This study contributes toward establishing a biomarker ＂fingerprint＂ to assess sperm quality on the basis of molecular parameters.

The routine examination of semen, which assesses sperm concentration, percentage motility and morphology, does not identify subtle defects in sperm chromatin architecture. The focus on the genomic integrity of the male gamete has intensified recently due to the growing concern that genetic diseases may be transmitted via assisted reproductive techniques (ArT). Accordingly, the intent of this review is to describe the details of the information pertaining to mitochondrial/nuclear sperm DNA damage with an emphasis on its clinical significance and its relation ship with male infertility. Assessment of sperm DNA damage appears to be a potential tool for evaluating semen samples prior to their use in ArT. Testing DNA integrity may help select spermatozoa with intact DNA or with the least amount of DNA damage for use in assisted conception. In turn, this may alleviate the financial, social and emotional problems associated with failed ArT attempts.
