In re.e.t studie. it was shown that blood co-agulation and inflammation marke.s are.raising at high ge.magne.ic activity;acute.myocardial infarction and all his subtype., mostly re.ate. to athe.omatous plaque.disruption with highe. Cosmic ray (Ne.tron) activity. The.aim of this study was to e.plore.AMI and ICS diffe.e.ce. by concomitant physical conditions, accompany-ing e.ch of the.e.acute.coronary syndrome.. The.data was a part of MONICA inte.national study in Kaunas, Lithuania in ye.rs 2000-2005 (72 conse.utive.months). 4633 patie.ts with AMI (2461 me.) and 961 with ICS (654 me.), (age.up to 65) we.e.studie.. For comparison four indice. of Solar (SA), thre. of Ge.magne.ic (GMA), Cosmic ray (CrA) me.sure. by Ne.tron activity imp/min. we.e.use.. Cosmophysical data we.e.from space.scie.ce.institutions in the.USA and russia. Pe.rson corre.ation coe.ficie.ts and the.r probabilitie. we.e.*** num-ber of AMI and ICS shows diffe.e.t links with the.physical parame.e.s: AMI we.e.significantly in-ve.se.re.ate. to SA (r=-0.4, p=0.0021) and dire.t to CrA (Ne.tron) activity (r=0.23, p=0.048). Our goal was to asse.s the.number and se.e.ity of patie.ts with se.sis, se.e.e.se.sis and se.tic shock atte.ding the.Hungarian e.e.ge.cy de.artme.ts. Me.hods: Two-hundre. and nine.y-nine.patie.ts we.e.e.te.e. into the.Hungarian e.e.ge.cy Se.sis re.iste., focusing on age. dise.se.se.e.ity, monitoring and oxyge.ation. Application and time.of administration of antibiotics, use.of biomarke.s, i.e. lactate.and procalcitonin, disposition of patie.ts we.e.asse.se. using a we.-base. e.e.tronic que.tionnaire. re.ults: Data arriving from twe.ty e.e.ge.cy de.artme.ts re.e.le. that with se.e.ity of the.dise.se.oxyge. administration and le.e. of monitoring incre.se., along with antibiotic administration and use.of biomarke.s. Background: We.re.e.tly e.aluate. four laboratory assays, vascular e.dothe.ial growth factor D (Ve.F-D), e.cadhe.in, lymphatic ve.se. de.sity (LVD) me.sure. by podoplanin, and intra-lymphatic tumor e.boli (ILTe., which showe. notable.diffe.e.ce. be.we.n inflammatory bre.st cance. (IBC) and non-inflammatory locally advance. bre.st cance. (LABC). In this study we.inve.tigate. the.pote.tial of the.thre. most quantitative.y me.sure. marke.s, e.cadhe.in, LVD and Ve.F-D, to pre.ict survival in the.IBC patie.ts. Mate.ials and Me.hods: This study involve. the.100 case. ide.tifie. in the.Inflammatory Bre.st Cance. re.istry (IBCr) whose.tumors we.e.pre.iously e.aluate. for the.four assays note. above. Living patie.ts we.e.re.ontacte. and survival data we.e.available.for up to 17 ye.rs. Ove.all survival (OS) was analyze. through the.Kaplan-Me.e. me.hod stratifie. by e.cadhe.in, LVD, Ve.F-D, and re.ponse.to che.othe.apy. The.diffe.e.ce. in OS curve. we.e.compare. using the.log-rank te.t. re.ults: The.me.ian OS for patie.ts with high LVD was 6.63 ye.rs (95% CI: 4.06 to 10.14), compare. to me.ian at 10 ye.rs not re.che. in those.with low LVD (p = 0.03). The.e.was a tre.d towards a longe. me.ian OS in patie.ts with high e.cadhe.in (10.14, 95% CI: 6.63 to 11.67), compare. with those.with low e.cadhe.in (6.26, 95% CI: 3.42 to unde.e.minable.. Ve.F-D le.e.s showe. no corre.ation with survival. Conclusion: Low LVD significantly pre.icts be.te. survival. The.re.ults re.e.le. that the.modifie. ve.sion of the.SDGVM did a re.sonable.j.b of simulating the.carbon and wate. flux and the.variation of soil wate. conte.t （SWC）. Howe.e., at the.e.d of the.growing se.son, it faile. to simulate.the.e.fe.t of the.limitations on the.soil re.piration dynamics and as a re.ult unde.e.timate. this re.piration.
