Melting of hydrous pyroxenites with alkali amphiboles in the continental mantle:*** relations and major element compositions of melts

Melting experiments on ultramafic rocks rich in the hydrous minerals phlogopite or phlogopite+K-rich terite,some including 5%of accessory phases,have been conducted at 15 and 50 *** assemblages represent probable source components that contribute to melts in cratonic regions,but whose melt compositions are poorly known.A main series of starting compositions based on MArID xenoliths consisted of a third each of clinopyroxene(CPX),phlogopite(PHl)and K-richterite(Kr)with or without 5%ilmenite,rutile or *** experiments were run without Kr and with higher proportions of accessory *** traps were used at near-solidus temperatures to facilitate accurate analysis of wellquenched melts,for which reversal experiments demonstrate *** show that Kr melts rapidly and completely within 50°C of the solidus,so that melts reflect the composition of the amphibole and its melting *** have high SiO_(2) and especially K_(2)O but low CaO and Al_(2)O_(3) relative to basaltic melts produced from peridotites at similar *** have no counterparts amongst natural rocks,but most closely resemble leucite lamproites at 15 *** and PHl melt incongruently to form olivine(Ol)and CPX at 15 kbar,promoting SiO2 contents of the melt,whereas orthopyroxene OPX is increasingly stable at lower lithosphere pressures,leading to an increase in Mg O and decrease in SiO_(2) in melts,which resemble olivine *** of mica pyroxenites without Kr are richer in CaO and Al_(2)O_(3) and do not resemble *** experiments show that low CaO and Al_(2)O_(3) in igneous rocks is not necessarily a sign of a depleted peridotite *** phases produce melts exceptionally rich in P_(2)O_(5) or TiO_(2) depending on the phases present and are unlike any melts seen at the Earth’s surface,but may be important agents of metasomatism seen in *** addition of the 5%accessory phases ilmenite,rutile or apatite result in melting temper

Due to the enormous usage of the internet for transmission of data over a network,security and authenticity become major *** challenges encountered in biometric system are the misuse of enrolled biometric templates stored in database *** describe these issues various algorithms are implemented to deliver better protection to biometric traits such as physical(Face,fingerprint,Ear etc.)and behavioural(Gesture,Voice,tying etc.)by means of matching and verification *** this work,biometric security system with fuzzy extractor and convolutional neural networks using face attribute is proposed which provides different choices for supporting cryptographic processes to the confidential *** proposed system not only offers security but also enhances the system execution by discrepancy conservation of binary *** Face Attribute Convolutional Neural Network(FACNN)is used to generate binary codes from nodal points which act as a key to encrypt and decrypt the entire data for further *** Artificial Intelligence(AI)into the proposed system,automatically upgrades and replaces the previously stored biometric template after certain time period to reduce the risk of ageing difference while *** codes generated from face templates are used not only for cryptographic approach is also used for biometric process of enrolment and *** main face data sets are taken into the evaluation to attain system performance by improving the efficiency of matching performance to verify *** system enhances the system performance by 8%matching and verification and minimizes the False Acceptance rate(FAr),False rejection rate(Frr)and Equal Error rate(EEr)by 6 times and increases the data privacy through the biometric cryptosystem by 98.2%while compared to other work.

The simulation results of Typhoon Matsa (2005) by using the Weather research and Forecasting (WrF) model show that pronounced stratospheric gravity waves (GWs) are generated in the vicinity of the typhoon. Using the model output, we investigate the spatial structures and the temporal variations of the GWs through a three dimensional (3-d) spectral analysis, i.e. the spectrum with respect to two horizontal wavenumbers and frequency. We further derive the momentum flux carried by the GWs. Spectral investigation results show that the power spectral density (PSD) of the GWs exhibits a single-peaked spectrum, which consists primarily of a distinct spectrum at horizontal wavelength of ~1000km, time period of 12-18h, and vertical wavelength of 7-9km. This spectrum is different from the spectra of GWs generated by deep convections disclosed by the previous researches. Both the PSD and momentum flux spectrum are prominent in positive k h portion, which is consistent with the fact that the GWs propagate in the upstream of mean flow. large momentum flux is found to be associated with the GWs, and the net zonal momentum flux is 0.7845×10 3 Pa at 20km height, which can account for ~26% of the momentum flux that is required in driving the QBO phenomenon.

目的:探讨在糖尿病肾病(DKD)大鼠模型中,骨形态发生蛋白7(BMP7)是否通过下调Ajuba水平,降低Yes相关蛋白1(YAP1)的表达,进而减轻细胞外基质(ECM)沉积从而减轻DKD大鼠肾组织纤维化程度。方法:18只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组(NC组)、糖尿病组(DM组)和DM+过表达BMP7腺相关病毒组(DM+rAAVBMP7组),每组6只。采用尾静脉注射55 mg/kg链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立DM大鼠模型。NrK-52E细胞分为正常糖组、高糖(HG)组和HG+rhBMP7组。HE和天狼星红染色观察大鼠肾皮质病理形态学变化;免疫组织化学染色检测肾皮质Ajuba、YAP1的表达部位;Western blot法检测大鼠肾皮质及NrK-52E细胞中BMP7、Ajuba和YAP1、Ⅲ型胶原(Col-Ⅲ)和纤维连接蛋白(FN)的蛋白表达水平;rT-qPCr检测大鼠肾皮质Ajuba和YAP1 mrNA的表达水平。结果:生化指标检测显示DM组大鼠血糖、血肌酐、甘油三酯、总胆固醇及24 h尿蛋白水平较NC组显著升高(PrAAV-BMP7组大鼠血肌酐、24 h尿蛋白定量水平、甘油三酯和总胆固醇显著降低(PrAAV-BMP7组的病理变化较DM组显著改善;免疫组化结果显示在肾皮质中Ajuba和YAP1主要表达于细胞质和细胞核,且在DM组高表达,但DM+rAAV-BMP7组其表达则显著降低;Western blot结果显示DM组或HG组中FN、Col-Ⅲ、Ajuba和YAP1的蛋白水平上调(PrAAV-BMP7组中上述蛋白表达水平又显著降低(PrT-qPCr结果显示DM组Ajuba、YAP1的mrNA水平较NC组显著上升(PrAAV-BMP7组Ajuba、YAP1的mrNA水平较DM组又显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:过表达BMP7可减轻DKD大鼠的肾纤维化,其机制可能与下调Ajuba,减少YAP1的表达,从而抑制了ECM的沉积有关。
