Mental health is a significant issue worldwide,and the utilization of technology to assist mental health has seen a growing *** aims to alleviate the workload on healthcare professionals and aid *** applications have been developed to support the challenges in intelligent healthcare ***,because mental health data is sensitive,privacy concerns have *** learning has gotten some *** research reviews the studies on federated learning and mental health related to solving the issue of intelligent healthcare *** explores various dimensions of federated learning in mental health,such as datasets(their types and sources),applications categorized based on mental health symptoms,federated mental health frameworks,federated machine learning,federated deep learning,and the benefits of federated learning in mental health *** research conducts surveys to evaluate the current state of mental health applications,mainly focusing on the role of Federated Learning(FL)and related privacy and data security *** survey provides valuable insights into how these applications are emerging and evolving,specifically emphasizing FL’s impact.

In India, land resources have reached a critical stage due to the rapidly growing population. This challenge requires an integrated approach toward harnes- sing land resources, while taking into account the vulner.ble environmental conditions. remote sensing and Geographical Information System （GIS） based technologies may be applied to an area in order to generate a sustainable development plan that is optimally suited to the terrain and to the productive potential of the local resources. The present study area is a part of the middle Ganga plain, known as Son-Karamnasa interfluve, in India. Alternative land use systems and the integration of livestock enterprises with the agricultural system have been suggested for land resources management. The objective of this paper is to prepare a land resource development plan in order to increase the productivity of land for sustainable development. The present study will contr.bute necessary input for policy makers to improve the socio-eeonomic and environmental conditions of the region.

Poverty alleviation and resource conservation through development of cost effective technology at foot hill of Shivalik - A case study

The study revealed the development of cost effective technology utilized as a practical tool for treatment of seasonal torrent and addressing erosion pr.blems and land use *** was implemented in a small agricultural watershed located in foot hill of Shivalik,India,to assess its prediction capacity of runoff,peak runoff flow and sediment *** effective technology was evaluated at the event scale by using a database of hydrological,geomorphologic and land use data collected during a two-year *** the catchment,the gullies which are small to medium in size were treated with gully plugging by erecting loose boulder check dams and erected with different species of *** types of spur were constructed with vegetative reinforcement for channelization of stream *** sediments deposited in the first year at downstream was recorded 0.09-81.0 tons,while in the second year it was reduced up to 0.07-16.7 ***,up stream sediment deposition was recorded 1.0-72.0 tons and 0.37-13.1 tons in two consecutive *** D-50 analysis of sediment deposited was carried in three different places of torrent and it was found that deposited particle size material decreased after treatment undertaken in the torrent ***,the mechanical as well as vegetative measures helped in the channelization of water course towards the central line with the tune of 10-100 m,stabilization of torrent bed and reclamation of degraded land.

Influence of magnetic field on wave propagation at liquid-microstretch solid interface

The reflection and refraction of a longitudinal wave at an interface between a perfectly conducting nonviscous liquid half-space and a perfectly conducting microstretch elastic solid half-space are studied. The appropriate solutions to the governing equations are obtained in both the half-spaces satisfying the required boundary conditions at the interface to obtain a system of five non-homogeneous equations in the amplitude ratios of various reflected and transmitted waves. The system is solved by a Fortran program of the Gauss elimination method for a particular example of an interface between water and aluminum-epoxy composite. Numerical values of the amplitude ratios are computed for a certain range of the incidence angle both in the presence and absence of an impressed transverse magnetic field. The effects of the presence of the transverse magnetic field on the amplitude ratios of various reflected and transmitted waves are shown graphically.

Evolution of the Paleogene succession of the western Himalayan foreland basin

The Paleogene succession of the Himalayan foreland basin is immensely important as it preserves evidence of India-Asia collision and related records of the Himalayan *** this paper,the depositional regime of the Paleogene succession of the Himalayan foreland basin and variations in composition of the hinterland at different stages of the basin developments are *** Paleogene succession of the western Himalayan foreland basin developed in two stages,*** stage and post-collisional *** the onset,chert breccia containing fragments derived from the hanging walls of faults and reworked bauxite developed as a result of erosion of the for.bulge. The overlying early Eocene succession possibly deposited in a coastal system,where carbonates represent barriers and shales represent ***-section,the middle Eocene marl beds likely deposited on a tidal *** late Eocene/Oligocene basal Murree beds,containing tidal bundles,indicate that a mixed or semi-diurnal tidal system deposited the sediments and the sedimentation took place in a tidedominated *** the higher-up,the succession likely deposited in a river-dominated estuary or in meandering *** the beginning of the basin evolution,the sediments were derived from the Precambrian basement or from the metasediments/volcanic rocks possessing terrains of the *** early and middle Eocene（54.7-41.3 Ma） succession of the embryonic foreland possibly developed from the sediments derived from the Trans-Himalayan schists and phyllites and Indus ophiolite of the north during syn-collisional *** detrital minerals especially the lithic fragments and the heavy minerals suggest the provenance for the late Eocene/Oligocene sequences to be from the recycled orogenic belt of the Higher Himalaya,Tethyan Himalaya and the Indus-suture zone from the north during post-collisional *** is also supported by the paleocurrent measurements those suggest main flows directed towards sou

Improved Fracture Toughness of Cryorolled and room Temperature rolled 6082 Al Alloys

In the present work, 6082 Al alloy has been rolled to 40% and 70% thickness reductions at the cryogenic and room temperatures for the improvement in mechanical and fracture toughness properties. All cryorolled samples are subjected to aging at different temperatures, i.e., 140, 160, and 190 ℃ to improve the strength, ductility, and fracture toughness. The microstructures of the cryorolled （Cr） and room temperature rolled （rTr） alloy after 40% and 70% thickness reductions are characterized by FE-SEM to reveal the modes of failure. The results show that the starting bulk Al alloy specimen is fractured in total ductile manner, consisting of well-developed dimples over the entire surface. The mechanical properties and fracture toughness of the 70% Cr alloy are found better than 70% rTr alloy due to higher dislocations density and formation of sub-grain structures in the Cr alloy.

Organic Ligand,Competing Cation,and pH Effects on Dissolution of Zinc in Soils

A series of experiments were conducted to examine the interactive effects of an organic ligand,a competing cation, and pH on the dissolution of zinc (Zn) from three California soils,Maymen sandy loam,Merced clay,and Yolo clay *** concentrations of soluble Zn of the three soils were low in a background solution of Ca(NO3)*** acid,a common organic ligand found in the rhizosphere,was effective in mobilizing Zn in these soils;its presence enhanced the concentration of Zn in soil solution by citrate forming a complex with *** ability of Zn to form a complex with citric acid in the soil solution was dependent on the concentration of citric acid,pH,and the concentration of the competing cation Ca^(2+).The pH of the soil solution determined the extent of desorption of Zn in solid phase in the presence of citric *** amounts of Zn released from the solid phase were proportional to the concentration of citric acid and inversely proportional to the concentration of Ca(NO3)2 background solution,which supplied the competing cation Ca^(2+) for the formation of a complex with *** the soil suspension was spiked with Zn,the adsorption of Zn by the soils was retarded by citric acid via the formation of the soluble Zn-citrate *** dissolution of Zn in the presence of citric acid was pH dependent in both adsorption and desorption processes.

Evaluation of groundwater quality using pollution index of groundwater(PIG) and non-carcinogenic health risk assessment in part of the Gangetic basin

The aim of this study was to evaluate groundwater fitness for domestic and irrigational use in Unnao district of Uttar Pradesh,*** this study,block wise(n=16)groundwater samples were collected,and measured parameters were analyzed using the pollution index of groundwater(PIG),various irrigational indices,and graphical *** results of this study suggested that most of the parameters were within the prescr.bed limits of WHO and bIS,excluding F-(0.4 to 2.6 mg L^(-1))and Fe^(2+)(0.1 to 1.7 mg L^(-1)).Concentrations of total dissolved solids(TDS)were exceeded the desir.ble limit(>500 mg L^(-1))in 43.75%of samples at some *** Gibbs plot revealed that groundwater chemistry was governed by rock-water interaction in the region,especially silicate *** Piper plot suggested that Ca^(2+)-HCO3-is dominant hydrochemical facies in the area followed by mixed Ca^(2+)-Na^(+)-HCO_(3)^(-)type,Na^(+)-Cl^(-)type,and Na^(+)-HCO_(3)^(-)*** evaluation revealed that the contr.bution of F-and Fe2+in groundwater degradation is high in comparison to other elements in the region,about 18.75%samples showed low pollution,while about 6.25%samples shows moderate pollution,and 6.25%samples reflected high *** human health risk(HHr)assessment finding suggested that children(mean:1.36)are more vulner.ble than adults(mean:1.01).Sodium absorption ration(SAr),residual sodium carbonate(rSC),and Permeability index(PI)indicated that most of the groundwater was suitable for irrigation,whereas,Magnesium hazard ration(MHr)and Potential salinity(PS)indices suggested that only 37.5%and 56.25%of the samples were suitable for irrigational use,*** regional study would help in decision making for stakeholders and relevant authorities in the execution of groundwater management and remediation plans in the area.
