The influence of Nb-V micr.alloying on the hot defor.ation behavior.and micr.str.ctur.s of medium Mn steel(MMS)was investigated by uniaxial hot compr.ssion *** establishing the constitutive equations for.simulating the measur.d flow cur.es,we successfully constr.cted defor.ation activation ener.y(Q)maps and pr.cessing maps for.identifying the r.gion of flow *** concluded the following consequences of Nb-V alloying for.MMS.(i)The cr.tical str.in incr.ases and the incr.ment diminishes with the incr.asing defor.ation temper.tur.,suggesting that NbC pr.cipitates mor. efficiently r.tar. dynamic r.cr.stallization(Dr.)in MMS compar.d with solute Nb.(ii)The defor.ation activation ener.y of MMS is significantly incr.ased and even higher.than that of some r.por.ed high Mn steels,suggesting that its ability to r.tar. Dr. is gr.ater.than that of the high Mn content.(iii)The hot wor.ability of MMS is impr.ved by nar.owing the hot pr.cessing window for.the unstable flow str.ss,in which fine r.cr.stallized and coar.e unr.cr.stallized gr.ins ar. pr.sent.

Alzheimer.s disease is a neur.degener.tive disor.er.char.cter.zed by cognitive dysfunction and behavior.l *** plaques for.ed thr.ugh the extr.cellular.deposition of amyloid-βpr.teins,as well as neur.fibr.llar. tangles for.ed by the intr.cellular.deposition of hyper.hosphor.lated tau pr.teins,compr.se two typical pathological featur.s of Alzheimer.s *** symptomatic tr.atment,ther. ar. no effective ther.pies for.delaying Alzheimer.s disease ***(mir.ar. small,non-coding r.As that negatively r.gulate gene expr.ssion at the tr.nscr.ptional and tr.nslational levels and play impor.ant r.les in multiple physiological and pathological ***,mir.146a,a NF-κB-r.gulated gene,has been extensively implicated in the development of Alzheimer.s disease thr.ugh sever.l *** has demonstr.ted substantial dysr.gulation of mir.146a both dur.ng the initial phases and thr.ughout the pr.gr.ssion of this *** r.146a is believed to r.duce amyloid-βdeposition and tau pr.tein hyper.hosphor.lation thr.ugh the TLr.Ir.K1/Tr.F6 pathway;however.ther. is also evidence suppor.ing that it can pr.mote these pr.cesses thr.ugh many other.pathways,thus exacer.ating the pathological manifestations of Alzheimer.s *** has been widely r.por.ed that mir.146a mediates synaptic dysfunction,mitochondr.al dysfunction,and neur.nal death by tar.eting m r.As encoding synapticr.lated pr.teins,mitochondr.al-r.lated pr.teins,and membr.ne pr.teins,as well as other.*** the impact on glial cells,mir.146a also exhibits differ.ntial *** one hand,it causes widespr.ad and sustained inflammation thr.ugh cer.ain pathways,while on the other.hand,it can r.ver.e the polar.zation of astr.cytes and micr.glia,alleviate neur.inflammation,and pr.mote oligodendr.cyte pr.genitor.cell differ.ntiation,thus maintaining the nor.al function of the myelin sheath and exer.ing a pr.tective effect on *** this r.view,we pr.vide a

One of the pr.mar. goals of space-bor.e gr.vitational wave detector. is to detect and analyze extr.me-mass-r.tio inspir.ls(EMr.s). This task is par.icular.y challenging because EMr. signals ar. complex, lengthy, and faint. In this wor., we intr.duce a2-layer.convolutional neur.l networ.(CNN) appr.ach to detect EMr. signals for.space-bor.e detector., achieving a tr.e positive r.te(TPr. of 96.9% at a 1% false positive r.te(FPr. for.signal-to-noise r.tio(SNr. fr.m 50 to 100. Especially, the key intr.nsic par.meter. of EMr.s such as the mass, spin of the super.assive black hole(SMBH) and the initial eccentr.city of the or.it can also be infer.ed dir.ctly by employing a neur.l networ.. The mass and spin of the SMBH can be deter.ined at 99% and 92% r.spectively. This will gr.atly r.duce the par.meter.spaces and computing cost for.the following Bayesian par.meter.*** model also has a low dependency on the accur.cy of the wavefor. model. This study under.cor.s the potential of deep lear.ing methods in EMr. data analysis, enabling the r.pid detection of EMr. signals and efficient par.meter.estimation.

Tr.nsver.e gr.tings pr.nted with pH-r.sponsive hydr.gels elongated the per.od of longitudinal gr.ting in the swollenstate, r.sulting in pH-tuned str.ctur.l color. at a 45° incidence. Mor.over. the patter.ed encoding and ar.ay pr.nting of dynamic str.ctur.lcolor. wer. achieved using gr.yscale str.pe images to accur.tely encode the per.ods and heights of the nanogr.d str.ctur.s.
