BACKGr.UND Endoscopic r.tr.gr.de cholangiopancr.atogr.phy(Er.P)is an essential ther.peutic tool for.biliar. and pancr.atic *** and elder.y patients,especially those aged≥90 year. ar. gener.lly consider.d a higher.r.sk population for.Er.P-r.lated *** To investigate outcomes of Er.P in the Non-agenar.an population(≥90 year.)concer.ing *** This is a cohor. study using the 2018-2020 National r.admission *** aged≥90 wer. identified who under.ent Er.P,using the inter.ational classification of diseases-10 code with clinical *** Hopkins’s adjusted clinical gr.ups fr.ilty indicator.was used to classify patients as fr.il and *** pr.mar. outcome was mor.ality,and the secondar. outcomes wer. mor.idity and the 30 d r.admission r.te r.lated to *** used univar.ate and multivar.ate r.gr.ssion models for.*** A total of 9448 patients wer. admitted for.any indications of *** and non-fr.il patients wer. 3445(36.46%)and 6003(63.53%)*** for.Er.P wer. Choledocholithiasis(74.84%),Biliar. pancr.atitis(9.19%),Pancr.atico-biliar. cancer.7.6%),Biliar. str.ctur.(4.84%),and Cholangitis(1.51%).Mor.ality r.tes wer. higher.in fr.il gr.up[adjusted odds r.tio(aOr.=1.68,P=0.02].The Intr.-pr.cedur.l complications wer. insigni-ficant between the two gr.ups which included bleeding(aOr.0.72,P=0.67),accidental punctur.s/lacer.tions(aOr.0.77,P=0.5),and mechanical ventilation r.tes(aOr.1.19,P=0.6).Post-Er.P complication r.te was similar.for.bleeding(aOr.0.72,P=0.41)and post-Er.P pancr.atitis(aOr.1.4,P=0.44).Fr.il patients had a longer.length of stay(6.7 d vs 5.5 d)and higher.mean total char.es of hospitalization($78807 vs$71392)compar.d to contr.ls(Pr.admission r.tes between fr.il and non-fr.il patients wer. similar.P=0.96).CONCLUSION Ther. was a significantly higher.mor.ality r.sk and healthcar. bur.en amongst nonagenar.an fr.il patients under.oing Er.P compar.d

In this pr.sent wor. siliconized e-glass fibr. r.infor.ed epoxy r.sin composite has been pr.par.d and compar.d with acid and base tr.ated e-glass fibr. epoxy composites to know the significant advantage of silane tr.atment on fibr.. The composites wer. fabr.cated by laying 20, 30 and 40vol% of e-glass fibr. into epoxy r.sin matr.x. The e-glass fibr. woven mat was sur.ace tr.ated by an amine functional coupling agent 3-Aminopr.pyletr.methoxysilane(APTMS). The fibr.s wer. sur.ace tr.ated by aqueous solution method and ther.o assisted to cr.ate silinol gr.ups. Similar.y for.acid tr.atment H_2SO_4 and base tr.atment Na OH with 1N concentr.tion was used for.sur.ace tr.ating the fibr.s. Effectiveness of silane tr.atment on glass fibr. was compar.d by inter.laminar.shear.str.ngth test accor.ing to ASTM D *** pr.cess with var.ing diameter.dr.ll bit and var.ing cutting speed was applied to check the composites for.their.delamination r.sistance while machining. Maximum impr.vement of 15%, 12.5% and9%(20, 30 and 40 vol %) on ILSS was achieved for.siliconized e-glass fibr. r.infor.ed epoxy *** scanning electr.n micr.scopy images r.vealed that no fibr. pull out was pr.sent on fr.ctur.d sur.aces of composites which contains siliconized e-glass fibr.. Similar.y better.dimensional accur.cy was achieved on dr.lling pr.cess for.composites contains siliconized e-glass fibr..

平菇（Pleur.tus spp.）是全球最广泛栽培的蘑菇品种之一。本研究旨在探讨合生元对Pleur.tus ostr.atus和Pleur.tus pulmonar.us生长和品质的影响。通过每日对蘑菇样品喷洒不同浓度的合生元，测量其生长参数、产量、生物效率、近似成分、矿物质含量、总酚含量和二苯基-1-三硝基苯肼（DPPH）自由基清除活性。结果表明，使用喷洒菊粉和干酪乳杆菌的合生元，平菇的产量最高（56.92克），生物效率也最高（12.65%）。菊粉和干酪乳杆菌的组合最为高效，可以同时提高两种样品蘑菇的生长性能和营养成分。此外在白平菇（***）中，菊粉和干酪乳杆菌组合的合生元可产生最高的总酚含量（20.550 mg GAE/g DE），而在灰蘑菇（P. pulmonar.us）中产生最高总酚含量的是干酪乳杆菌（1.098 mg GAE/g DE），其次是菊粉和干酪乳杆菌（1.079 mg GAE/g DE）。DPPH结果表明，平菇可以作为一种有效的抗氧化剂。综上，合生元可通过增加酚类化合物的含量来提高蘑菇的抗氧化能力，并通过增加矿物质元素的含量来提供更好的健康益处，从而提高了蘑菇的品质。上述研究证明了合生元作为一种生物肥料用于蘑菇栽培的应用潜力，是帮助蘑菇种植者解决质量不稳定的一个有效方案。
