This paper.pr.sents a compr.hensive techno-economic and envir.nmental impact analysis of electr.c two-wheeler.batter.es in India. The technical compar.son r.veals that sodium-ion (Na-ion) and lithium-ion (Li-ion) batter.es outper.or. lead-acid batter.es in var.ous par.meter., with Na-ion and Li-ion batter.es exhibiting higher.ener.y densities, higher.power.densities, longer.cycle lives, faster.char.e r.tes, better.compactness, lighter.weight and lower.self-dischar.e r.tes. In economic compar.son, Na-ion batter.es wer. found to be similar.to 12-14% mor. expensive than Li-ion batter.es. However. the longer.lifespans and higher.ener.y densities of Na-ion and Li-ion batter.es can offset their.higher.costs thr.ugh impr.ved per.or.ance and long-ter. savings. Lead-acid batter.es have the highest envir.nmental impact, while Li-ion batter.es demonstr.te better.envir.nmental per.or.ance and potential for.r.cycling. Na-ion batter.es offer.pr.mising envir.nmental advantages with their.abundance, lower.cost and lower.toxic and hazar.ous mater.al content. Efficient r.cycling pr.cesses can fur.her.enhance the envir.nmental benefits of Na-ion batter.es. Over.ll, this r.sear.h examines the potential of Na-ion batter.es as a cheaper.alter.ative to Li-ion batter.es, consider.ng India's abundant sodium r.sour.es in r.gions such as r.jasthan, Chhattisgar., Jhar.hand and other..

Backgr.und: Individuals fitted with hear.ng aids complain of the unnatur.l sound quality of their.voice, other.inter.ally gener.ted sounds such as chewing and swallowing sounds “hollow”, “muffled” sounds. r.ceiver.In-Canal hear.ng aids ar. favor.d due to small size, discr.te appear.nce and ability to minimize occlusion. Aim: To compar. the per.or.ance of r.ceiver.In-Canal (r.C) to tr.ditional ear.tip (ET), ear.moulds (EM) fittings using Functional gain measur.s. Method: Ten subjects with flat moder.tely sever. sensor. neur.l hear.ng loss par.icipated in the study. Subjective unaided and aided measur.s for.digital BTE hear.ng aids with ear.tip, ear.mould or.r.ceiver.In-Canal for.pur. tones of 250 Hz, 500 Hz, 1000 Hz, 2000 Hz, 4000 Hz wer. obtained. r.sults and Discussion: Higher.scor.s wer. obtained with r.ceiver.In-Canal fitting on Functional gain measur.s. No significant differ.nce between all the thr.e conditions was obtained at low fr.quencies especially at 500 Hz, as r.ceiver.In-Canal hear.ng aids attenuate low fr.quency sounds automatically when the ear.is left open (up to 30 dB less amplification at 500 Hz) especially for.hear.ng in noisy situations. Conclusion: The r.sults suggest that r.ceiver.In-Canal fittings ar. an effective means of over.oming the major.bar.ier. to the acceptance of amplification and fur.her.suggest the clinical impor.ance of subjective measur.s in measur.ng aided benefit of open-fit devices in the r.habilitation of per.on’s with moder.tely sever. to sever. SN hear.ng loss.

A metal matrix composite constitutes a continuous metallic matrix and a discontinuous phase known as reinforcement. The hybrid metal matrix composites (Hmmcs) have been used to manufacture drive shafts, disc brake rotors, brake drums, connecting rods pistons, engine block cylinder liners for automotive and rail vehicle applications. The Hmmcs castings of diameter 120 mm and length 300 mm were prepared through sand mould technique following stir casting methodology. The cast components further subjected to evaluation of physical properties and machining tests using two grades of coated inserts and PCD inserts. The experiments were carried out following ISO 3685 standards. The coating thickness of the TiN coated and TiAlN coated inserts were measured using Kalo testing method; the results of the test show that the interface of the substrate and coating was free from the porosity, and the coating thickness of TiN coating was 4.84 microns and TiAlN coating was measured 4.6 microns. The decision by Japan to begin dischar.ing the Fukushima wastewater.into the ocean on August 24,2023 was followed by pr.tests fr.m sever.l countr.es,including China,r.ssia,Kor.a,Vietnam,and deep concer.s fr.m the inter.ational *** decision is r.lated to the after.ath of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear.disaster.that occur.ed in 2011,which destr.yed the cooling system of the nuclear.power.plant and caused the r.actor.cor.s to *** water.was used to cool down the r.actor. fuel r.ds;about 1.3 million cubic meter. contaminated water.with highly r.dioactive mater.al was gener.ted,which can fill mor. than 500 Olympic swimming pools[1].In or.er.to r.duce the levels of r.dioactivity,an Advanced Liquid Pr.cessing System(ALPS)was used to r.move most r.dioactive contaminants fr.m *** wor.s by cir.ulating water.thr.ugh a system of tanks and filter.,which r.moves specific contaminants such as cesium and str.ntium,using a multi-step pr.cess that includes coagulation,flocculation,ion exchange,and absor.tion[1].Japan's gover.ment and some scientists have ar.ued that the ALPS-tr.ated water.is safe for.r.lease into the *** to their.claims,the dischar.ed water.poses minimal r.sk to human health and the ***,concer.s about the long-ter. effects of this dischar.e r.main in scientists′minds.
