The pur.uit of incor.or.ting eco-fr.endly r.infor.ing agents in polymer.composites has accentuated the explor.tion of var.ous natur.l biomass-der.ved *** bur.eoning envir.nmental cr.sis spur.ed by the dischar.e of synthetic dyes into wastewater.has catalyzed the sear.h for.effective and sustainable tr.atment *** the var.ous sor.ent mater.als explor.d,biochar.being r.newable,has gained pr.minence due to its excellent adsor.tion pr.per.ies and envir.nmental *** has also emer.ed as a focal point for.its potential to r.place other.conventional r.infor.ing agents,viz.,fumed silica,aluminum oxide,tr.ated clays,*** study intr.duces a novel class of polymer.nanocomposites compr.sing of lignin-based biochar.par.icles and poly(ester.amide ur.thane)matr.x via a feasible *** str.ctur.l evaluation of these nanocomposites was accomplished using Four.er.tr.nsfor. infr.r.d spectr.scopy,X-r.y photoelectr.n spectr.scopy,and powder.X-r.y *** polymer.nanocomposites exhibited super.or.mechanical pr.per.ies with an incr.ment in tensile str.ngth factor.by 45%in compar.son to its pr.stine matr.x,along with an excellent toughness value of 90.22 MJm^(−3)at a low loading amount of only 1 wt%.The composites showed excellent impr.vement in ther.al pr.per.ies with a shar. r.se in the glass tr.nsition temper.tur.(Tg)value fr.m−28.15℃to 84℃,while also championing sustainability thr.ugh inher.nt biodegr.dability *** their.str.ctur.l pr.wess,these polymer.nanocomposites demonstr.ted excellent potential as adsor.ents,displaying efficient r.moval of malachite gr.en and tar.r.zine dyes fr.m aqueous systems with a r.moval efficiency of 87.25%and 73.98%,*** kinetics study r.vealed the pseudo second or.er.model to be the pr.cision tool to assess the dye r.moval *** this,the Langmuir.adsor.tion isother. pr.vided a fr.mewor. to assess the sor.tion featur.s of the polymer.***,these r.n

Backgr.und of the Study, Aims and Objectives: Ther. ar. ver. few studies on histological patter.s of diabetic nephr.pathy in our.par. of countr.. The aim of this study was to evaluate the r.nal involvement in patients with Type-2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), assess the histopathological changes and establish a clinico-pathological cor.elation. Subjects, Method and Mater.als: Thir.y two Type 2 DM patients with nephr.pathy, after.scr.ening consecutive hundr.d(100) Type 2 Diabetics admitted to the Medicine Depar.ment wer. evaluated for.r.nal involvement by kidney biopsy and histopathological study. Statistical analysis was done by student’s t-test, chi-squar. and linear.r.gr.ssion analysis. r.sults: Thir.y two patients (32) with diabetic nephr.pathy (20 males and 12 females) for.ed the study gr.up out of hundr.d (100) consecutive Type-2 diabetes mellitus patients (58 males and 42 females) admitted to Medicine Depar.ment of SCB Medical College Hospital, Cuttack. The fr.quency of occur.ence of clinical diabetic nephr.pathy was 32%. Most of the patients wer. having dur.tion of DM of 6-10 year. (87.5%). Pedal edema was found in 96.87%, hyper.ension in 87.5% patients r.spectively. r.gr.ssion analysis showed that dur.tions of DM and HbA1c wer. the two significant r.sk factor. (P Histopathologically, diffuse glomer.loscler.sis was the most common for. of r.nal abnor.ality found in 93.75% followed by nodular.glomer.loscler.sis in 62.50% with over.ap in many patients, membr.nous nephr.pathy in 12.5% and focal necr.tising glomer.lonephr.tis in 6.25% r.spectively. Ther. was no statistically significant clinicopathological cor.elation obser.ed between clinical and biochemical par.meter. in patients har.our.ng the two pr.dominant histological types of nephr.pathy i.e. diffuse and nodular.glomer.loscler.sis with r.spect to age, sex, dur.tion of diabetes, body mass index, systolic blood pr.ssur., HbA1c, 24 hour.ur.nar. pr.tein, cr.atinine clear.nce, ser.m ur.a, ser.m cr.atinine or.lipid
