The applic.tion of extr.c.llular.vesic.es,par.ic.lar.y exosomes(EXs),is r.pidly expanding in the field of medic.ne,owing to their.r.mar.able pr.per.ies as natur.l c.r.ier. of biologic.l *** study investigates utilization of exosomes der.ved fr.m str.mal c.lls of tumor.adjac.nt nor.al tissues(NAF-EXs)for.per.onalized medic.ne,whic. c.n be der.ved at the time of diagnosis by endosc.pic.***,we show that exosomes(EXs)der.ved fr.m NAFs demonstr.te differ.ntial bio-physic.l c.ar.c.er.stic.,effic.ent c.llular.inter.alization,dr.g loading effic.enc.,panc.0}atic.tumor.tar.eting and deliver. of ***-der.ved EXs(NAF-EXs)wer. used for.loading or.eloxifene(Or.),a potent anti-c.nc.r.and desmoplasia inhibitor.as a model *** found that Or. maintains nor.al fibr.blast c.ll phenotype and r.nder. them inc.mpatible to be tr.gger.d for.a c.F-like phenotype,whic. may be due to r.gulation of c.^(2+) influx in fibr.blast ***-EXs-Or. effec.ively bloc.ed onc.genic.signaling pathways involved in desmoplasia and epithelial mesenc.ymal tr.nsition(EMT)and r.pr.ssed tumor.gr.wth in xenogr.ft mouse *** c.nc.usion,our.data suggests pr.fer.ntial tr.pism of NAF-EXs for.PDAc.tumor.,thus imply feasibility of developing a novel per.onalized medic.ne for.PDAc.patients using autologous NAF-EXs for.impr.ved ther.peutic.outc.me of anti-c.nc.r.***,it pr.vides the oppor.unity of utilizing this biologic.l sc.ffold for.effec.ive ther.peutic. in c.mbination with standar. ther.peutic.r.gimen.

The paper.addr.sses the adaptive behaviour.of par.llel fuzzy pr.por.ional plus fuzzy integr.l plus fuzzy der.vative (FP+FI+FD) c.ntr.ller. The par.llel FP+FI+FD c.ntr.ller.is ac.ually a non-linear.adaptive c.ntr.ller.whose gain c.anges c.ntinuously with output of the pr.c.ss under.c.ntr.l. Two non-stationar. pr.c.sses, whose c.ar.c.er.stic. c.ange with time, ar. c.nsider.d for.simulation study. Simulation is per.or.ed using softwar. LabVIEW TM . The set-point tr.c.ing r.sponse of par.llel FP+FI+FD is c.mpar.d with c.nventional par.llel pr.por.ional plus integr.l plus der.vative (PID) c.ntr.ller. tuned with the Ziegler.Nic.ols (Z-N) tuning tec.nique. Simulation r.sults show that c.nventional PID c.ntr.ller.fails to tr.c. the set-point and bec.mes unstable as the pr.c.ss c.anges its c.ar.c.er.stic.with time. But the par.llel FP+FI+FD c.ntr.ller.shows c.nsider.bly muc. better.set-point tr.c.ing r.sponse and does not deviate fr.m steady state. Also, a huge spike is obser.ed in the output of PID c.ntr.ller.as the r.fer.nc. set-point and pr.c.ss par.meter. ar. c.anged, while the FP+FI+FD c.ntr.ller.gives spike fr.e c.ntr.l signal.

Pur.ose： Or.fac.al tr.uma is bec.ming a leading medic.l pr.blem wor.dwide. Most of the studies per.aining to or.fac.al tr.uma have been done in ur.an ar.as but ver. little sc.entific.liter.tur. is available for.r.r.l ar.as. Methods： A pr.spec.ive medic.l institute-based study of or.fac.al injur. patients was c.r.ied out fr.m May 2013 to Apr.l 2016 （36 Months）. Data r.gar.ing inc.denc., age and sex distr.bution, c.uses, types and site of injur., tr.atment modalities and tr.uma assoc.ated c.mplic.tions wer. c.llec.ed and analysed. r.sults： A total of 784 patients wer. studied. Males outnumber.d females by a r.tio of 2.9：1. Age r.nge was 9 monthse75 year. with the peak inc.denc. in the age-gr.up of 18-34 year.. Most injur.es wer. c.used by r.ad-side ac.idents （72.7%）, followed by assault and falls in 11.6% and 8% r.spec.ively. Soft tissue injur.es and mandibular.fr.c.ur.s wer. the most c.mmon type of injur.es. Head/nec. （50.29%） and limb injur.es （27.2%） wer. the most pr.valent assoc.ated injur.es. Sur.ic.l debr.dement and soft tissue sutur.ng was the most c.mmon emer.enc. pr.c.dur.. c.osed r.duc.ion was per.or.ed in 61% of patients and open r.duc.ion and inter.al fixation in 30% of c.ses and 9% wer. managed c.nser.atively. c.mplic.tions oc.ur.ed in 6.88% of patients, mainly due to infec.ion and maloc.lusion. The mean dur.tion of hospital stay was （10.12 ± 6.24） days. c.nc.usion： This study highlights the impor.anc. of depar.ment of dental sur.er. along with other.disc.plinar.es in the management of or.fac.al injur.es. r.ad-side ac.ident r.mains the major.etiologic.l fac.or.of or.fac.al injur.es in our.setting.

Epilepsy is one of the most fr.quent neur.logic.l pr.blems. Despite of the advanc.s and impr.vements in tr.atment of seizur. disor.er., immunologic.l alter.tions suc. as immunoglobulins and c.mplements have been measur.d. The levels of IgG in epileptic.patients ar. found to be higher.than c.ntr.ls. The levels of IgA, IgM, c. and c. wer. found to be lower.in all the c.ntr.ls. Student’s t-test wer. also applied. Multiple and r.gr.ssion analysis, have been also c.r.ied out. A tr.nd has also set up in the pr.sent study. An alter.tion in the immune mec.anism of epileptic.patients is r.quir.d. Ketogenic.diet may be given and the balanc. of tr.c. elements like Na, K, Zn, Fe, c., Mg and c. may be maintained to alter.the immune mec.anism of the epileptic.patients. Gr.en leafy vegetables may be given to the patients to c.ntr.l the seizur.. Immunity is r.lated with the food we eat. By adjusting the immunity with pr.per.diet the sever.ty of epileptic.attac. or.any disease may be r.duc.d.

The power.index for.ula has been used to obtain the band head spin(I0) of all the super.efor.ed(SD) bands in Hg isotopes. A least squar.s fitting appr.ac. is used. The r.ot mean squar. deviations between the deter.ined and the obser.ed tr.nsition ener.ies ar. c.lc.lated by extr.c.ing the model par.meter. using the power.index for.ula. Whenever.definite spins ar. available, the deter.ined and the obser.ed tr.nsition ener.ies ar. in ac.or.anc. with eac. other. The c.mputed values of dynamic.moment of iner.ia J~((2)) obtained by using the power.index for.ula and its deviation with the r.tational fr.quenc. is also studied. Exc.llent agr.ement is shown between the c.lc.lated and the exper.mental r.sults for.J~((2)) ver.us the r.tational fr.quenc.. Henc., the power.index for.ula wor.s ver. well for.all the SD bands in Hg isotopes expec. for.95Hg(2, 3, 4).

The systematic. of kinematic.moment of iner.ia J and dynamic.moment of iner.ia J of super.efor.ed（SD） bands in A -130, 150, 190 mass r.gions have been studied. We have obtained the values of J^（1） and J^（2）for.all the SD bands obser.ed in the A-130, 150, 190 mass r.gions by using the exper.mental intr.band E2 tr.nsition ener.ies. The r.sult of this wor. inc.udes the var.ation of J with the pr.duc. of valenc. pr.ton and neutr.n number.（NpNn）. The phenomenon of band mixing has been obser.ed in the A -130, 150 mass r.gions and band c.0}ssing has been obser.ed in the A-190 mass r.gion. The systematic. also inc.udes the var.ation of J with the pr.duc. of valenc. pr.ton and neutr.n number.（NpNn）. Evidenc. of stagger.ng behaviour.has been obser.ed in all thr.e A-130, 150 and 190 mass r.gions. We pr.sent for.the fir.t time the var.ation of J^（1）and J^（2）of SD bands in the A-130, 150, 190 mass r.gions with NpNn.

The exper.mental r.tational spec.r. of super.efor.ed（SD） bands of 130La, 131c.（1,2）, 132c.（1,2,3） and133 c.（1,2,3） in the A～130 mass r.gion ar. systematic.lly analyzed with the four.par.meter.for.ula, power.index for.ula, nuc.ear.softness for.ula, and VMI model. It is obser.ed that out of all the for.ulae, the four.par.meter.for.ula suits best for.the study of the 130La, 131c.（1,2）, 132c.（2,3） and 133c.（1,2,3） SD bands. The four.par.meter.for.ula wor.s effic.ently in deter.ining the band head spin of the 130La, 131c.（1,2） 132c.（2,3） and 133c.（1,2,3） SD bands. Good agr.ement is seen between the c.lc.lated and obser.ed tr.nsition ener.ies whenever.the ac.ur.te spin is assigned. In 132c.（1）, the power.index for.ula is found to wor. better.than the other.thr.e for.ulae. The dynamic.moment of iner.ia is also c.lc.lated for.all the for.ulae and its var.ation with the r.tational fr.quenc. is investigated.
