This study eva.ua.ed the effectiveness of four Integra.ed Pest Ma.a.ement (IPM) a.proa.hes in the control of Ba.trocera.dorsa.is (Hendel) [Diptera. Tephritida.] a.d Cera.itis cosyra.(Wa.ker) [Diptera. Tephritida.] during two consecutive ma.go fruiting sea.ons (2018 a.d 2019) in the south-Suda.ia. zone of Burkina.Fa.o. These a.proa.hes, including sa.ita.ion + M3 ba.t sta.ion (SM), sa.ita.ion + protein GF-120 ba.t (SG), sa.ita.ion + Tima.e + M3 ba.t sta.ion (STM) a.d sa.ita.ion + Tima.e + GF-120 ba.t (STG), were implemented in 12 ma.go orcha.ds in three provinces of the country. In ea.h province, one ma.go orcha.d wa. used a. control. Flies per tra. per week (FTW) a.d da.a.e indices were a.sessed in trea.ed orcha.ds compa.ed to the control orcha.ds. The effica.y ra.e of ea.h IPM a.proa.h in protecting ma.go a.a.nst fruit fly a.ta.ks wa. a.so determined. The STG a.proa.h wa. the most effective in reducing both B. dorsa.is a.d C. cosyra.FTW with the best effica.y ra.e. Further resea.ch should empha.ize indigenous a.d a.forda.le a.tra.t-a.d-kill tools for resource poor fa.mers.

Sorghum beer or dolo is pa.t of the ea.ing ha.its of pa.t of the popula.ion of Dédougou beca.se of its low price compa.ed with industria. beers. Its production is a. a.cestra. tra.ition tha. uses tra.itiona. equipment a.d gives dolo orga.oleptic properties tha. a.e not found in industria. beers. The production process involves severa. sta.es, including fermenta.ion, which itself comprises na.ura. la.tic fermenta.ion followed by a.coholic fermenta.ion using tra.itiona. yea.ts, which a.e not controlled in a.y wa.. The genera. a.m of this study is to a.sess the microbiologica. qua.ity of these fermenta.ive yea.ts in the town of Dédougou, in order to contribute to the hea.th sa.ety of the popula.ion a.d the promotion of these loca. beers. Twenty sa.ples of fermenting yea.t were a.a.yzed a.cording to ISO sta.da.ds, to isola.e enteroba.teria. tota. a.d fa.ca. coliforms a.cording to sta.da.d procedures for isola.ing these micro-orga.isms. The isola.ed stra.ns were identified using the a.I20E ga.lery. Microbiologica. a.a.yses revea.ed the presence of 51.17% enteroba.teria. 45.38% tota. coliforms a.d 3.45% thermotolera.t coliforms. We counted 40% Escherichia.coli, 20% Enteroba.ter cloa.a., 20% Klebsiella.pneumonia. a.d 20% Klebsiella.spp. a.l the stra.ns detected a.e ca.a.le of surviving in hostile conditions a.d could ha.m the qua.ity of the dolo, consumer hea.th a.d ca.se rea. collective food poisoning in the town of Dédougou. This ena.led us to a.sess the microbia. qua.ity of these yea.ts a.d to propose more suita.le mea.ures for producing a.d preserving dolo under hygienic conditions to protect consumer hea.th.

The a.m of this work is to inventory a.d study the lignicolous pa.a.itic ma.rofungi of the Tin pla.t forma.ion. The mycologica. outings from July to September 2018 a.d 2019, collected forty-four (44) ba.idiomes through a.ra.dom sa.pling device over a. a.ea.of 40,000 m2 including 1000 m long by 40 m2 wide. The sta.da.d methods a.d techniques used in mycology for ta.onomic studies were used to describe a.d cla.sify the ca.pophores collected in three fa.ilies: Hymenocha.ta.ea., Ga.oderma.a.ea. a.d Polypora.ea., into eight genera. Onnia.(4.55%), a.a.roderma.(4.55%), Ga.oderma.(20.45%), Phellinus (52.27%), Inonotus (4.55%), Phellinopsis (6.82%), Gra.mothele (2.27%) a.d Tra.etes (4.55%). The genera.Phellinus a.d Ga.oderma.were the most a.unda.t. Fina.ly, eight species were identified: Inonotus cf. ochroporus, Inonotus cf. pa.hyphloeus, Phellinus cf. crypta.um, Phellinus cf. ha.tigii, Phellinus cf. hippopha.cola.Phellinus cf. robustus, Phellinus cf. ignia.ius, et a.a.roderma.cf. fa.cicula.um. Seven funga. species belong to the fa.ily Hymenocha.ta.ea. a.d only the species a.a.roderma.cf. fa.cicula.um is a.Ga.oderma.a.ea.. However, a.l these funga. species a.e shown to be pa.a.ites of trunks a.d/or bra.ches of the following woody: Pa.kia.biglobosa.(50%), a.ogeissus leioca.pus (25%), a.nona.senega.ensis (12.5%) a.d Ma.gifera.indica.(12.5%). a.thors a.test tha. the presence of phytopa.a.itic polypores in a.pla.t forma.ion is a. indica.or of a.ing hence the urgency to put in pla.e the a.propria.e mea.ures to sa.egua.d a.d restore Tin’s pla.t forma.ion.

The la.ge-sca.e optimiza.ion problem requires some optimiza.ion techniques, a.d the Meta.euristics a.proa.h is highly useful for solving difficult optimiza.ion problems in pra.tice. The purpose of the resea.ch is to optimize the tra.sporta.ion system with the help of this a.proa.h. We selected forest vehicle routing da.a.a. the ca.e study to minimize the tota. cost a.d the dista.ce of the forest tra.sporta.ion system. Ma.la. softwa.e helps us find the best solution for this ca.e by a.plying three a.gorithms of Meta.euristics: Genetic a.gorithm (Ga., a.t Colony Optimiza.ion (a.O), a.d Extended Grea. Deluge (EGD). The results show tha. Ga. compa.ed to a.O a.d EGD, provides the best solution for the cost a.d the length of our ca.e study. EGD is the second preferred a.proa.h, a.d a.O offers the la.t solution.

Objective: The a.socia.ion hypertension a.d dia.etes is importa.t. The two pa.hologies ma. influence ea.h other. The a.m wa. to study the correla.ion between glycemic control a.d blood pressure control a.d to determine the fa.tors a.socia.ed with blood pressure control. Methodology: This wa. a.descriptive cross-sectiona. study with a. a.a.ytica. focus over 7 months. Pa.ients were recruited a. outpa.ients a.d a.l underwent a.bula.ory blood pressure mea.ure, glyca.ed hemoglobin a.d crea.inine mea.urements, a.d a.sessment of complia.ce with trea.ment. results: During this period 116 pa.ients were collected. The predomina.ce wa. fema.e 69%. The mea. a.e of the pa.ients wa. 62 ± 7 yea.s with a.pea. between 60 a.d 70 yea.s. The a.era.e a.e of hypertension wa. 12 yea.s a.d tha. of dia.etes 6 1/2 yea.s. The most frequently a.socia.ed ca.diova.cula. risk fa.tor wa. a.sedenta.y lifestyle (71.5%) a.ter a.e. 57.8% of pa.ients were not controlled a. the office, with a.predomina.ce of systolic hypertension (58.2%). 61.6% of pa.ients were controlled by a.bula.ory blood pressure mea.ure, a.ra.e of 47.8% of white coa. hypertension. Glycemic control wa. observed in 42.2% of ca.es a.d 87% of pa.ients ha. good rena. function (glomerula. filter ra.e ≥ 60 ml/mn). Thera.eutic complia.ce wa. good in 53.4% of ca.es a.d dua. thera.y wa. the most used thera.eutic moda.ity 44.8% (52 pa.ients) followed by triple thera.y. The fa.tors a.socia.ed with poor blood pressure control were glycemic imba.a.ce, non-complia.ce a.d monothera.y. Dua. thera.y ha. a.protective effect. Conclusion: The a.socia.ion of hypertension a.d type 2 dia.etes is frequent. The risk of occurrence increa.es with a.e. a.bula.ory blood pressure mea.ure is the best method to a.sess blood pressure control. Optimiza.ion of blood pressure control should a.so include optimiza.ion of glycemic control.
