Nitrided hierarchical porous ZSM-5 was synthesized by nitridation of hierarchical porous ZSM-5 with flowing ammonia at elevated *** samples were characterized by XRD,SEM,Nitrogen sorption isotherms,NH3-TPD and Py-IR,and evaluated in alkylation of benzene and *** result indicated that the high specific surface area of parent ZSM-5 was maintained,while the Bronsted acidity was effectively adjusted by ***,the high suppression of ethylbenzene was observed on nitrided catalyst and this could be attributed to the decrease of Bronsted acidity which suppressed the methanol to olefins reactions.

Coalbed methane （CBM） is an important type of unconventional gas. Commercial development of CBM in America has been very successful since the 1980s. The CBM industry in Australia and Canada has developed rapidly during the last decade. Commercial development of CBM in China started in the 1990s, and has made great progress. The geological theory of CBM in China has achieved great advancement in genesis, occurrence and accumulation. On the aspect of CBM genesis, five CBM genetic types （primary biogenic gas, secondary biogenic gas, thermal degradation gas, pyrolysis gas and mixed gas） are identified by studying the geochemical characteristics of CBM, and a tracing indicator system is established. The discovery of secondary biogenic gas in medium-high rank coal reservoirs has widened the potential of CBM resources. On the aspect of CBM occurrence, the gas adsorption regulation under combined action of temperature and pressure is revealed by conducting adsorption experiments of different coal ranks under varying temperature and pressure conditions. Besides, by applying the adsorption potential theory in CBM research, the adsorption model under combined action of temperature and pressure is established. The new model can predict CBM resources accurately, and overcome the limitation of the traditional Langmuir model which uses just a single factor to describe the adsorption characteristics of deep buried coal. On the aspect of CBM accumulation, it is proposed that there are three evolutionary stages during CBM accumulation, including gas generation and adsorption, unsaturated gas adsorption, gas desorption-diffusion and preservation. Controlled by tectonic evolution, hydrodynamics and sealing conditions, CBM tends to be regionally enriched in synclines. Advances in geological theory of CBM in China can not only improve understanding of natural gas, but also provide new ideas for further exploration of CBM.

AIM:To investigate the changes in choroidal thickness(CT)in high myopic eyes after femtosecond laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis(FS-LASIK)surgery or central hole implantable collamer lens(ICL V4c)implantation using swept-source optical coherence tomography(SS-OCT).METHODS:We examined the right eyes of 116 patients with high myopia who were candidates for FS-LASIK surgery and ICL *** eyes underwent ICL V4c implantation and 56 eyes were subjected to FS-LASIK *** CT was measured with *** data were recorded preoperatively and 2 h,1 wk,1 and 3 mo *** demographic information was collected,including age,sex,uncorrected visual acuity(UCVA),best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),spherical equivalent(SE),intraocular pressure(IOP)and axial length(AL).RESULTS:The UCVA improved in both groups and showed no significant differences between *** also were no significant differences between the two groups in postoperative BCVA and SE(P=0.581 and 0.203,respectively).The foveal CTs,inner nasal and outer nasal CTs were significantly thicker at 2 h postoperatively in both groups(P0.05).CONCLUSION:The CTs after ICL implantation and FSLASIK surgery are significantly thicker than those before operation,especially in the foveal and nasal areas,but there is no significant difference between the two methods.

The production relationship of destruxins and blastospores of Metarhizium anisopliae with virulence against Plutella xylostella

Metarhizium anisopliae as an essential entomopathogenic fungus has been known to produce destruxins （a kind of cyclo-peptidic mycotoxins） and blastospores in submerged culture. Blastospores and destruxins are candidates for in- secticides, but the relations of both productions and the impact factors are unclear yet. In this study, we investigated the effects of inoculums, rotation, dissolved oxygen （DO） on the productions of blastospores and destruxins A and B （DA and DB） in submerged culture of M. anisopliae strain MaQ01. The results indicated that DO levels were regulated by inoculum amounts and rotation speeds, meanwhile, the productions of DA, DB and blastospores were also closely influenced by those factors. Totally, when DO value was more than 40%, the higher productions of destruxins and blastospores were achieved, by contrast, lower than 40% of DO values resulted in lower productions. The regression analysis suggested that the productions of DA, DB and blastospores were positively correlated with the DO levels. Meanwhile, the positive correlations between the productions of DA or DB and blastospores were also found. Briefly, when the rotation is 150 r min-1 and the inoculum is 1.0xl06 spore mL-1, the DA, DB and blastospores achieved the best production of 61.81 mg mL-1, 24.74 mg mL-1 and 5.73x 108 spore mL-1, respectively. In addition, the pathogenicities of blastospores and conidia against Plutella xylostella were bioassayed. The higher mortalities of P. xylostella were totally recorded in blastospore treatments than in conidia treatments, especially in lower dosages and earlier periods. Our research will give some new insights to production of destruxins and blastospores by using M. anisopliae.

Magnetic flower-like α-Fe2O3@N-C particles were synthesized by hydrothermal self-assembly method and oxygen-limited carbonisation in a glycerol and ethanol solution system using glucose as the carbon source,iron nitrate as the magnetic source and particle skeleton and urea as the nitrogen *** hydrothermal temperatures of 120℃,140℃,160℃ and 180℃ were used to modulate the adsorbent *** temperature of 140℃,solution pH=7,and a dosage of 0.06 g are the optimum *** adsorption capacity of 2,4-dichlorophenol(2,4-DCP) onto MC-2 was determined as 108.556 mg g-1at 25℃.Experiments show that the adsorbents all fitted well to the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model and the quasi-secondary kinetic model,and the adsorption behaviour was dominated by monolayer *** adsorption process was heat absorbing and *** and XRD analysis showed that the adsorbent had a stableα-Fe2O3skeleton and carbon *** and XPS analysis showed that the adsorbent had hydrogen bonding,electrostatic interaction and π-π bonding to 2,4-dichlorophenol.

P（N-isopropylacrylamide）（PNIPAM） prepared by reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer （RAFT） polymerization exhibited gelation retardation. The intermediate before gelation was characterized and indicated the presence of branched or hyperbranched chains. The swelling behavior was investigated, and the gel by RAFT polymerization （RAFT gel） showed accelerated shrinking kinetics and higher swelling ratio comparing with conventional gels （CG）. The study was extended to gels prepared by using 2-hydroxy- 1-ethanethiol as chain transfer agent and by using low concentration solutions. The two systems also exhibited retardation effects and improved deswelling kinetics. The different swelling behaviors of these gels and CG could be attributed to the presence of dangling chains caused by gelation retardation.

Physics of multiple level hairpin vortex structures in turbulence

Previous experimental and numerical studies have revealed that the hairpin vortex is a basic flow element of transitional boundary layer. The hairpin vortex is believed to have legs, necks and a ring head. Based on our DNS study, the legs and the ring head are generated separately by different mechanisms. The legs function like an engine to generate low speed zones by rotation, create shear layers with surrounding high speed neighbor fluids, and further cause vortex ring formation through shear layer instability. In addition, the ring head is Ω-shaped and separated from quasi-streamwise legs from the beginning. Contrary to the classical concept of ＂vortex breakdown＂, we believe transition from laminar flow to turbulence is a ＂buildup＂ process of multiple level vortical structures. The vortex tings of first level hairpins are mostly responsible for positive spikes, which cause new vorticity rollup, second level vortex leg formation and finally smaller second level vortex ring generation. The third and lower level vortices are generated following the same mechanism. In this paper, the physical process from A-vortex to mul- ti-level hairpin vortices is described in detail.

Paul-Baker systems with 4° flat field and 5° fiat field are studied. Their light obstructions under different f/ratios of the primary mirror are analyzed. Due to the strong f/ratio of the system, a focal length extender is designed in order to match the following fiber instrumentation, and two kinds of dispersion prism correctors are designed for correcting the atmospheric dispersion. We compare the designed Paul-Baker system with LAMOST, the national major scientific project now under construction.
