Analysis of Trends in Drought with the Non-Parametric Approach in Vietnam: A Case Study in Ninh Thuan Province

A quantitative study was used in the study of the tendency to change drought indicators in Vietnam through the Ninh Thuan province case study. The research data are temperature and precipitation data of 11 stations from 1986 to 2016 inside and outside Ninh Thuan province. To do the research, the author uses a non-parametric analysis method and the drought index calculation method. Specifically, with the non-parametric method, the author uses the analysis, Mann-Kendall (MK) and Theil-Sen (Sen’s slope), and to analyze drought, the author uses the Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI) and the Moisture Index (MI). Two Softwares calculated in this study are ProUCL 5.1 and MAKENSEN 1.0 by the US Environmental Protection Agency and Finnish Meteorological Institute. The calculation results show that meteorological drought will decrease in the future with areas such as Phan Rang, Song Pha, Quan The, Ba Thap tend to increase very clearly, while Tam My and Nhi Ha tend to increase very clearly short. With the agricultural drought, the average MI results increased 0.013 per year, of which Song Pha station tended to increase the highest with 0.03 per year and lower with Nhi Ha with 0.001 per year. The forecast results also show that by the end of the 21st century, the SPI tends to decrease with SPI 1 being −0.68, SPI 3 being −0.40, SPI 6 being −0.25, SPI 12 is 0.42. Along with that is the forecast that the MI index will increase 0.013 per year to 2035, the MI index is 0.93, in 2050 it is 1.13, in 2075 it will be 1.46, and by 2100 it is 1.79. Research results will be used in policymaking, environmental resources management agencies, and researchers to develop and study solutions to adapt and mitigate drought in the context of variable climate change.

Evaluating the Effects on Ultrasound and on Magnetic Resonance for Knee Osteoarthritis Treatment by Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy in Combination with Mesenchymal Stem Cells from Autologous Adipose Tissue

Aim: To evaluate the effects based the changes on ultrasound and on magnetic resonance for knee osteoarthritis treatment by platelet-rich plasma therapy in combination with mesenchymal stem cell from autologous adipose tissue. Objects and Methods: 30 patients, 26 females, 4 males, mean age 58.63 ± 11.11, mean disease duration 5.3 ± 4.6 years, respectively 60 knee joints were diagnosed with osteoarthritis at stage II - III according to the Kellgren and Lawrence classifications. After ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging in the first time, all patients were injected with platelet-rich plasma combined with mesenchymal stem cells from autologous adipose tissue into both knee joints. Results: After treatment 12 months by platelet-rich plasma injection combined with mesenchymal stem cells from autologous adipose tissue: The thickness of articular cartilage on ultrasound increased significantly from 2.08 ± 0.36 mm to 2.48 ± 0.36 mm with p Conclusion: The treatment of knee osteoarthritis by platelet-rich plasma combined with mesenchymal stem cells from autologous adipose tissue was effective in improving cartilage thickness on ultrasound and magnetic resonance, thereby improving the motor function of the knee joint.

The recent outbreak of the coronavirus disease of 2019(Covid-19)has been causing many disruptions among the education systems worldwide,most of them due to the abrupt transition to online *** sudden upsurge in digital electronic devices usage,namely personal computers,laptops,tablets and smart-phones is unprecedented,which leads to a new wave of both mental and physical health problems among students,for example eye-related *** overexpo-sure to electronic devices,extended screen time usage and lack of outdoor sun-light have put a consequential strain on the student’s ophthalmic health because of their young age and a relative lack of responsibility on their own *** to take appropriate external measures to mitigate the negative effects of this pro-cess could lead to common ophthalmic illnesses such as myopia or more serious *** remedy this situation,we propose a software solution that is able to track and capture images of its users’eyes to detect symptoms of eye illnesses while simultaneously giving them warnings and even offering *** meet the requirements of a small and light model that is operable on low-end devices without information loss,we optimized the original MobileNetV2 model with depth-wise separable convolutions by altering the parameters in the last layers with an aim to minimize the resizing of the input image and obtained a new model which we call *** with applying the knowledge distillation tech-nique and ResNet-18 as a teacher model to train the student model,we have suc-cessfully increased the accuracy of the EyeNet model up to 87.16%and support the development of a model compatible with embedded systems with limited computing power,accessible to all students.

Optical Trap 2D Array by Acoustic Modulation

In this artilce a new optical trap 2D array by the acoustic modulation is proposed. Based on the ＂called＂ acoustic-elasticity of the fluid embedding trapped microparticle, the expression describing the refractive index induced by cross-interference of two perpendicular ultrasonic waves is approximately derived. By simulation, the 2D array of the Graded-refractive index lenses appeared in the fluid layer with certain strain-acoustic constant and thickness. The trapping capability of the plane-wave laser beam propagating through those lenses is shown out, and the appearance of the optical trap 2D array has been affirmed.

The solution of boundary value problems(BVP)for fourth order differential equations by their reduction to BVP for second order equations,with the aim to use the available efficient algorithms for the latter ones,attracts attention from many *** this paper,using the technique developed by the authors in recent works we construct iterative method for a problem with complicated mixed boundary conditions for biharmonic equation which is originated from nanofluidic *** convergence rate of the method is proved and some numerical experiments are performed for testing its dependence on a parameter appearing in boundary conditions and on the position of the point where a transmission of boundary conditions occurs.

The Internet of Things(IoT)is the fourth technological revolution in the global information industry after computers,the Internet,and mobile communication *** combines radio-frequency identification devices,infrared sensors,global positioning systems,and various other *** sensing equipment is connected via the Internet,thus forming a vast *** these physical devices are connected to the Internet,the user terminal can be extended and expanded to exchange information,communicate with anything,and carry out identification,positioning,tracking,monitoring,and triggering of corresponding events on each device in the *** real life,the IoT has a wide range of applications,covering many fields,such as smart homes,smart logistics,fine agriculture and animal husbandry,national defense,and *** of the most significant factors in wireless channels is interference,which degrades the system *** the existing QR decomposition-based signal detection method is an emerging topic because of its low complexity,it does not solve the problem of poor detection ***,this study proposes a maximumlikelihood-based QR decomposition *** main idea is to estimate the initial level of detection using the maximum likelihood principle,and then the other layer is detected using a reliable *** optimal candidate is selected from the feedback by deploying the candidate points in an unreliable *** results show that the proposed algorithm effectively reduces the interference and propagation error compared with the algorithms reported in the literature.

Performance of CdS/CdSe/ZnS quantum dot-sensitized TiO_2 mesopores for solar cells

We prepare CdS/CdSe/ZnS thin films by successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction method. Results show a wider photoresponse range of TiO2 mesopores from the ultraviolet region to the visible light region. Sequentially assembled CdS/CdSe/ZnS quantum and photocurrent efficiency. A high efficiency of dots exhibit significantly improved light-harvesting ability 1.059354% is obtained.

Factors Affecting Community-Based Tourism Development and Environmental Protection: Practical Study in Vietnam

Community-based tourism (CBT) is considered as one of the typical types of tourism towards sustainable development with three important goals such as bringing back economic benefits, protecting natural environment and preserving indigenous cultural values. Therefore, this paper analyzes the factors that affect community ecotourism development associated with environmental protection in emerging economies, including Vietnam, by the method of key and community tourism potential value assessment with 721 sample surveys. In this paper, we have applied to assess the key factors of tourism in Vietnam and other key points to have more comprehensive solutions to promote the development of community-based tourism with environmental protection. The article has used guest-based approach and method of assessing the key success factors. The results of researching factors to develop community tourist (impacting tourist community needs of tourists) by running Logit function have shown the great influence of factors such as: environmental protection (influence factor +3.585780, with a statistical significance of 99%), security and safety (+3.024816—statistical significance 99%) followed by infrastructure conditions & facilities for the community based tourism, the level of information etc… for your community based tourism needs. From the research results, we propose the following policy groups: 1) Developing guidelines for CBT, the first step as a basis for the development of community based tourism laws later;2) Policies related to the implementation of planning, development of key community tourist areas and destinations;3) Policies related to the development of community-based tourism associated with the protection of natural and cultural environments;4) Policies related to tourism management;coordinating monitoring of community tourism resource points;policies related to the local community in community tourism development;5) Policies related to human resource development;promo

在深部地下采矿中,岩爆因具有许多不利影响(如对人员、设备、隧道/地下矿山工作面和开采周期等的影响)而被视为不确定性风险。由于其不确定性的特征,对岩爆趋势的准确预测和分类具有一定难度,且已有研究成果较少。提出一种基于基因表达编程(GEP)和粒子群优化(PSO)的鲁棒混合计算模型GEP-PSO,用于预测和分类深部开口的岩爆趋势,提高了预测和分类的准确性。在建立GEP-PSO模型的过程中,评估GEP模型中不同数量的基因(1~4)和连接功能(例如,加法、提取、乘法和除法)。收集246次岩爆发生的地质和施工因素,用于建立岩爆分类的GEP-PSO模型;应用处理数据集缺失值的技术改进数据集的属性;用相关矩阵选取潜在输入参数的特征;建立13个混合GEP-PSO模型,得到各模型的精度。结果表明:在GEP结构中具有3个基因和乘法连接函数的GEP-PSO模型具有最高的准确度(80.49%)。将获得的最佳GEP-PSO模型的结果与基于相同数据集开发的各种已有模型进行比较,结果表明,选择的GEP-PSO模型结果优于已有模型,表明提出的GEP-PSO模型在岩爆等级的预测和分类方面的准确性显著提高,可以应用于深开挖工程中,以准确预测和评估岩爆敏感性。
