The development of neurodegenerative diseases is closely related to the disruption of central nervous system ***,as innate immune cells,play important roles in the maintenance of central nervous system homeostasis,injury response,and neurodegenerative *** has been considered a metabolic waste product,but recent studies are revealing ever more of the physiological functions of *** is an important pathway in lactate function and is involved in glycolysis-related functions,macrophage polarization,neuromodulation,and angiogenesis and has also been implicated in the development of various *** review provides an overview of the lactate metabolic and homeostatic regulatory processes involved in microglia lactylation,histone versus non-histone lactylation,and therapeutic approaches targeting ***,we summarize the current research on microglia lactylation in central nervous system diseases.A deeper understanding of the metabolic regulatory mechanisms of microglia lactylation will provide more options for the treatment of central nervous system diseases.

The cGAS-STING-interferon regulatory factor 7 pathway regulates neuroinflammation in Parkinson's disease

Interferon regulatory factor 7 plays a crucial role in the innate immune ***,whether interferon regulatory factor 7-mediated signaling contributes to Parkinson's disease remains *** we report that interferon regulatory factor 7 is markedly up-regulated in a 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine-induced mouse model of Parkinson's disease and co-localizes with microglial *** the selective cyclic guanosine monophosphate adenosine monophosphate synthase inhibitor RU.521 and the stimulator of interferon genes inhibitor H151 effectively suppressed interferon regulatory factor 7 activation in BV2 microglia exposed to 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium and inhibited transformation of mouse BV2 microglia into the neurotoxic M1 *** addition,si RNA-mediated knockdown of interferon regulatory factor 7 expression in BV2 microglia reduced the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase,tumor necrosis factorα,CD16,CD32,and CD86 and increased the expression of the anti-inflammatory markers ARG1 and *** together,our findings indicate that the cyclic guanosine monophosphate adenosine monophosphate synthase-stimulator of interferon genes-interferon regulatory factor 7 pathway plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease.

Integration of enzyme immobilization and biomimetic catalysis in hierarchically porous metal-organic frameworks for multi-enzymatic cascade reactions

Multiple enzymes-induced biological cascade catalysis is indispensable in biotechnology and industrial processes. Nevertheless,the drawbacks of most natural enzymes, including poor stability and recyclability and sensitivity to the environment, have hindered their broader application. Here, we report a facile strategy to prepare a biomimetic cascade reaction system by combining the advantages of enzyme immobilization and biomimetic catalysis in a one-pot reaction system based on the hierarchically porous metal-organic frameworks(HP-moFs). The hierarchically porous zirconium-porphyrin-based moF(HPPCN-222(Fe)) synthesized by modulator-induced strategy possessed tunable hierarchical porous and peroxidase-like activity,permitting them to act as not only an efficient immobilization matrix for glucose oxidase(GOx) but also peroxidase mimics to catalyze the cascade for glucose detection. A stable, anti-interference and reusable colorimetric biosensor for glucose detection was successfully established through GOx@HP-PCN-222(Fe) on the basis of the artificial tandem catalysis. moreover, the GOx@HP-PCN-222(Fe)-fabricated electrode was available for glucose detection by electrochemical method. This work provides a potentially universal method to design functional multi-enzymatic cascade reaction systems by integrating the merits of enzyme encapsulation and biomimetic catalysis in HP-moFs.

Sampled Value Attack Detection for Busbar Differential Protection Based on a Negative Selection Immune System

Considering a variety of sampled value(SV)attacks on busbar differential protection(BDP)which poses challenges to conventional learning algorithms,an algorithm to detect SV attacks based on the immune system of negative selection is developed in this *** healthy SV data of BDP are defined as self-data composed of spheres of the same size,whereas the SV attack data,i.e.,the nonself data,are preserved in the nonself space covered by spherical detectors of different *** avoid the confusion between busbar faults and SV attacks,a self-shape optimization algorithm is introduced,and the improved self-data are verified through a power-frequency fault-component-based differential protection criterion to avoid false *** on the difficulty of boundary coverage in traditional negative selection algorithms,a self-data-driven detector generation algorithm is proposed to enhance the detector coverage.A testbed of differential protection for a 110 kV double busbar system is then *** SV attacks of BDP such as amplitude and current phase tampering,fault replays,and the disconnection of the secondary circuits of current transformers are considered,and the delays of differential relay operation caused by detection algorithms are investigated.

A Configurable Circuit for Cross-Correlation in Real-Time Image Matching

Cross-correlation （CC） is the most time-consuming in the implementation of image matching algorithms based on the correlation method. Therefore, how to calculate CC fast is crucial to real-time image matching. This work reveals that the single cascading multiply-accumulate （CAMAC） and concurrent multiply-accumulate （COMAC） architectures which have been widely used in the past, actually, do not necessarily bring about a satisfactory time performance for CC. To obtain better time performance and higher resource efficiency, this paper proposes a configurable circuit involving the advantages of CAMAC and COMAC for a large amount of multiply-accumulate （MAC） operations of CC in exhaustive search. The proposed circuit works in an array manner and can better adapt to changing size image matching in real-time processing. Experimental results demonstrate that this novel circuit which involves the two structures can complete vast MAC calculations at a very high speed. Compared with existing related work, it improves the computation density further and is more flexible to use.

Bifurcation analyses and hardware experiments for bursting dynamics in non-autonomous memristive FitzHugh-Nagumo circuit

In this paper,a non-autonomous memristive Fitz Hugh-Nagumo(FHN)circuit is constructed using a second-order memristive diode bridge with LC *** convenience of circuit implementation,an AC voltage source is adopted to substitute the original AC current *** by the slowly varying AC voltage source,the number,locations and stabilities of the equilibrium points slowly evolve with the time,which are thus indicated as the AC equilibrium *** sequences of fold and/or Hopf bifurcations are encountered in a full period of time series evolutions,leading to various kinds of chaotic or periodic bursting *** figure out the related bifurcation mechanisms,the fold and Hopf bifurcation sets are mathematically formulated to locate the critical bifurcation *** this basis,the transitions between the resting and repetitive spiking states are clearly illustrated by the time series of the AC equilibrium points and state variables,from which Hopf/sub Hopf,Hopf/Hopf,and Hopf/fold bursting oscillations are identified in the specified parameter ***,based on a fabricated hardware circuit,the experimental measurements are *** results verify that the presented memristive FHN circuit indeed exhibits complex bursting activities,which enriches the family of memristor-based FHN circuits with bursting dynamics.

Simulation of Interference Nanolithography of Second-Exciting Surface-Plasmon Polartions for Metal Nanograting Fabrication

Second-exciting surface-polasmon-polariton （SPP） interference lithography （SE-SPPIL） designed by an improving attenuated total reflection （ATR） mode is suggested for fabricating metal nanograting. A metal film coated under a prism excites SPP first, and then the SPP energy transmits into another metal film and launches SPP again. An interlayer between two metal films is a thin resist coated on the second metal film. An interference nanopattern is formed in the resist when two SPP waves are launched symmetrically. After development, chemical or physical etching, the nanopattern is transferred into the metal film. A random thickness metal grating can be achieved as the thickness of the second metal film does not influence the interference pattern intensity. This scheme is promising for fabricating metal nanograting at low cost.

Dynamic phase transition of charged dilaton black holes

The dynamic phase transition of charged dilaton black holes is investigated in this *** Gibbs free energy landscape is introduced,and the corresponding G_(L) is calculated for the dilaton black *** numerically solve the Fokker-Planck equation constrained by only the reflecting boundary *** effects of dilaton gravity on the probabilistic evolution of dilaton black holes are ***,the horizon radius difference between a large dilaton black hole and a small dilaton black hole increases with the parameterα.Secondly,with increasingα,the system needs much more time to achieve a stationary ***,the values attained forρ(rl,t)andρ(rs,t)vary withα.Additionally,by resolving the Fokker-Planck equation constrained by both the reflecting boundary condition and absorbing boundary condition,we investigate the first passage process of dilaton black *** initial peak decays more slowly with increasingα,which can also be observed via the slowing decay ofΣ(t)(the sum of the probability of the black hole system not having completed a first passage by time t).moreover,the time corresponding to the single peak of the first passage time distribution is found to increase with the parameterα.Considering these observations,the dilaton field is found to slow down the dynamic phase transition process between a large black hole and a small black hole.
