Our previous study has confirmed that astrocytes overexpressing neurogenic differentiation factor 1(NEUROD1)in the spinal cord can be reprogrammed into neurons under in vivo ***,whether they can also be reprogrammed into neurons under in vitro conditions remains unclear,and the mechanisms of programmed conversion from astrocytes to neurons have not yet been *** the present study,we prepared reactive astrocytes from newborn rat spinal cord astrocytes using the scratch method and infected them with lentivirus carrying *** results showed that NEUROD1 overexpression reprogrammed the cultured reactive astrocytes into neurons in vitro with an efficiency of 13.4%.Using proteomic and bioinformatic analyses,1952 proteins were identified,of which 92 were differentially *** these proteins,11 were identified as candidate proteins in the process of reprogramming based on their biological functions and fold-changes in the bioinformatic ***,western blot assay revealed that casein kinase II subunit alpha(CSNK2A2)and pinin(PNN)expression in NEUROD1-overexpressing reactive astrocytes was significantly increased,suggesting that NEUROD1 can directly reprogram spinal cord-derived reactive astrocytes into neurons in vitro,and that the NEUROD1-CSNK2A2-PNN pathway is involved in this *** study was approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of Fujian Medical University,China(approval No.2016-05)on April 18,2016.

Background:Liver transplantation(LT)is the“cure”therapy for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).However,some patients encounter HCC recurrence after ***,there is no effective methods to identify the LT patients who have high risk of HCC recurrence and would benefit from adjuvant targeted *** present study aimed to establish a scoring system to predict HCC recurrence of HCC patients after LT among the Chinese population,and to evaluate whether these patients are suitable for adjuvant targeted ***:Clinical data of HCC patients who underwent LT from March 2015 to June 2019 were retrospectively collected and ***:A total of 201 patients were included in the *** multivariate Cox analysis suggested that preoperative alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)>200μg/L(HR=2.666,95%CI:1.515-4.690;P=0.001),glutamyl transferase(GGT)>96 U/L(HR=1.807,95%CI:1.012-3.224;P=0.045),and exceeding the Hangzhou criteria(HR=2.129,95%CI:1.158-3.914;P=0.015)were independent risk factors for poor disease-free survival(DFS)in patients with HCC who underwent *** established an AFP-GGT-Hangzhou(AGH)scoring system based on these factors,and divided cases into high-,moderate-,and low-risk *** differences in overall survival(OS)and disease-free survival(DFS)rates among the three groups were significant(P<0.05).The efficacy of the AGH scoring system to predict DFS was better than that of the Hangzhou criteria,UCSF criteria,Milan criteria,and TNM *** in the high-risk group,we found that lenvatinib significantly improved prognosis compared with that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The AGH scoring system provides a convenient and effective way to predict HCC recurrence after LT in HCC patients in *** with a high-risk AGH score may benefit from lenvatinib adjuvant therapy after LT.

In this paper,we present a novel initial costates solver for initializing time-optimal trajectory problems in relative motion with continuous low *** proposed solver consists of two primary components:training a Multilayer Perceptron(MLP)for generating reference sequence and Time of Flight(TOF)to the target,and deriving a system of linear algebraic equations for obtaining the initial *** overcome the challenge of generating training samples for the MLP,the backward generation method is proposed to obtain five different training *** training database and sample form are determined by analyzing the input and output correlation using the Pearson correlation *** best-performing MLP is obtained by analyzing the training results with various hyper-parameter combinations.A reference sequence starting from the initial states is obtained by integrating forward with the near-optimal control vector from the output of ***,a system of linear algebraic equations for estimating the initial costates is derived using the reference sequence and the necessary conditions for *** results demonstrate that the proposed initial costates solver improves the convergence ratio and reduce the function calls of the shooting ***,Monte-Carlo simulation illustrates that the initial costates solver is applicable to different initial velocities,demonstrating excellent generalization ability.

Mo element was added to cobalt-based alloy L605,and cold forging deformation was *** effects of the addition and cold forging deformation on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy were studied by thermodynamic calculation,electron backscatter diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,and X-ray *** stacking fault energy(SFE)of the alloy decreased after the addition,and the formation of stacking faults and intersections were promoted to improve the strength and *** tensile strength of the alloy with Mo increased from 1190 to 1702 MPa after 24%cold deformation,producing significant work *** strengthening mechanism is strain-induced martensitic transformation(SIMT)and deformation *** alloy,combined with Mo and after 24%deformation,had both high strength and ductility in comparison with the original cobalt-based alloy *** is attributed to the lower SFE which caused the increase in stacking fault *** the tensile process,theε-hcp phase was easily generated at the stacking fault to reduce the stress concentration and increase the *** SIMT by adjusting the density of stacking faults can improve the mechanical properties of cobalt-based ***ε-hcp phase,the interaction between deformation twins and dislocations,and the interaction between e-hcp phases during cold forging deformation caused local stress concentration,lowering ductility and toughness.

For the functional partially linear models including flexible nonparametric part and functional linear part,the estimators of the nonlinear function and the slope function have been studied in existing *** to test the correlation between response and explanatory variables,however,still seems to be ***,a test procedure for testing the linearity in the functional partially linear models will be proposed in this paper.A test statistic is constructed based on the existing estimators of the nonlinear and the slope ***,we prove that the approximately asymptotic distribution of the proposed statistic is a chi-squared distribution under some regularity ***,some simulation studies and a real data application are presented to demonstrate the performance of the proposed test statistic.
