Towards Public Integrity Audition for Cloud-IoT Data Based on Blockchain

With the rapidly developing of Internet of Things (IoT), the volume ofdata generated by IoT systems is increasing quickly. To release the pressure ofdata management and storage, more and more enterprises and individuals preferto integrate cloud service with IoT systems, in which the IoT data can be outsourced to cloud server. Since cloud service provider (CSP) is not fully trusted,a variety of methods have been proposed to deal with the problem of data integritychecking. In traditional data integrity audition schemes, the task of data auditing isusually performed by Third Party Auditor (TPA) which is assumed to be ***, in real-life TPA is not trusted as people thought. Therefore, theseschemes suffer from the underlying problem of single-point failure. Moreover,most of the traditional schemes are designed by RSA or bilinear map techniqueswhich consume heavy computation and communication cost. To overcome theseshortcomings, we propose a novel data integrity checking scheme for cloud-IoTdata based on blockchain technique and homomorphic hash. In our scheme, thetags of all data blocks are computed by a homomorphic hash function and storedin blockchain. Moreover, each step within the process of data integrity checking issigned by the performer, and the signatures are stored in blockchain through smartcontracts. As a result, each behavior for data integrity checking in our scheme canbe traced and audited which improves the security of the scheme greatly. Furthermore, batch-audition for multiple data challenges is also supported in our *** formalize the system model of our scheme and give the concrete *** performance analyses demonstrate that our proposed scheme is efficientand practical without the trust-assumption of TPA.

Lewis acid-oxygen vacancy interfacial synergistic catalysis over SO4^2-/Ce0.84Zr0.16O2-WO3-ZrO2 for N,N-diethylation of aniline with ethanol

Herein,a new mechanism involving Lewis acid-oxygen vacancy interfacial synergistic catalysis fo r aniline N,N-diethylation with ethanol was proposed,and the SO4^2-/Ce0.84Zr0.16O2-WO3-ZrO2 catalyst(SCWZ)with both Lewis acid sites and oxygen vacancies was synthesized by the hydrothermal method,which shows better catalytic activity than the reported solid acidic ***,the SO4^2-/ZrO2(SZ)and SO4^2-/WO3-ZrO2(SWZ)catalysts were also prepared and compared with SCWZ to investigate the synergistic effect of each *** SO4^2-and WO3 mainly generate Lewis acid by bonding with ZrO2,which is beneficial for the fracture of the N-H bond in *** Ce0.84Zr0.16O2 solid solution mainly plays a vital role in generating the oxygen vacancies as the interface active species,which can participate in stripping-OH from ethanol,then the carbocation will also be released,which only needs1.3805 kcal/mol energy,calculated by density functional theory(DFT),to be *** comparison,the traditional reaction mechanism needs the Br■nsted acidic sites to promote the protonation of ethanol,then dehydration and subsequent formation of carbocation followed,and 108.6846 kcal/mol energy needs to be input,which is far higher than that of the new *** apparent activation energy(Ea)over SCWZ was measured by experiment to be 34.09 kJ/mol,which is much lower than that of SWZ(47.10 kJ/mol)and SZ(54.37 kJ/mol),illustrating comparatively preferable kinetics for SCWZ than that of SWZ and ***,the conversion of aniline and selectivity to N,N-diethylaniline over SCWZ reach almost 100%and 73%,respectively,The SCWZ can be renewed for 4 times without rapid deactivation,and the longevity of SCWZ is longer than that of SWZ and SZ,as the loaded SO4^2-and tetragonal ZrO2 are stabilized by Ce0.84Zr0.16O2 and WO3,respectively.

Pyropia yezoensis(formerly Porphyra yezoensis)is an economically important red alga that is cultured extensively in *** red rot disease occurs commonly during Pyropia cultivation,causing serious economic *** incidence of red rot disease was found in a *** farm from mid-November to mid-December 2015 at Lianyungang,Jiangsu Province,*** examination revealed that the naturally infected thalli were infected apparently by a pathogen,leading to red rot *** causative agent was isolated and identified as the oomycete Pythium chondricola by morphological analysis and sequence analysis of the internal transcribed spacer and cytochrome oxidase subunit 1(cox 1).In artifi cial infection experiments on the *** blades,the *** isolate was able to cause the same characteristic histopathology seen in natural *** grew well at a wide range of temperatures in the range 8-31℃,salinities at 0-45 and pH *** an orthogonal test used to determine the effects of environmental factors(temperature,salinity,and zoospore concentration)on infection,the data revealed that temperature was the most important factor to affect red rot disease development,with the optimal conditions for disease expansion being 20℃,35 salinity,and a zoospore concentration of 10^6 zoospores/*** results obtained from the present study prompted us to set up a comprehensive epidemiological study on Pyropia,which will provide support to maintain the healthy development of the Pyropia industry in China.

Effects of rhamnolipids on bacterial communities in a dioxin-contaminated soil and the gut of earthworms added to the soil

The biosurfactants rhamnolipids and the “soil ecosystem engineers” earthworms are often used to remediate contaminated soils. However, the effects of rhamnolipids on earthworm intestinal flora and microbial community in soil containing earthworms are not clearly understood. In our study, a 21-d microcosm experiment was carried out to reveal the effects of rhamnolipids on microbial abundance, composition, and metabolism, as well as contaminant degradation capacity. Both rhamnolipids and earthworms had positive effects on soil bacteria. Rhamnolipid-amended soil(RT) showed higher bacterial abundance and metabolic activity than earthworm-amended soil(ET), while the improvement in bacterial composition and contaminant degradation capacity by rhamnolipids was lower than that by earthworms. Notably, these effects were further amplified by the combined treatment of rhamnolipids and earthworms(RET). Specifically, the bacterial abundance(log-transferred) increased from 9.5 copies g-1in the control with no addition to 10.3, 10.6, and 11.1 copies g-1in ET, RT, and RET, respectively. Compared to ET, the relative abundance of the dominant phylum, Proteobacteria, increased from 41.66% to 51.67% in RET,and more pollutant-degrading bacteria were also enriched in RET. Therefore, the increases in bacterial abundance and contaminant-degrading bacteria led to the following ranking of soil dioxin removal rate: RET(77.28%) > ET(59.83%) > RT(24.65%) > control(4.71%). Moreover, the addition of rhamnolipids enhanced the abundance of bacterial functional genes involved in metabolism and environmental information processing. In addition, the composition and diversity of bacteria in the gut of earthworms were conspicuously affected by rhamnolipids, and the relative abundance of Microbacterium and Shewanella increased significantly(P < 0.05). Association between Gene Polymorphisms and SNP-SNP Interactions of the Matrix Metalloproteinase 2 Signaling Pathway and the Risk of Vascular Senescence

Objective This study aimed to explore the association of single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNP)in the matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP-2)signaling pathway and the risk of vascular senescence(VS).Methods In this cross-sectional study,between May and November 2022,peripheral venous blood of151 VS patients(case group)and 233 volunteers(control group)were *** SNPs were identified in five genes encoding the components of the MMP-2 signaling pathway,assessed through carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity(cf PWV),and analyzed using multivariate logistic *** multigene influence on the risk of VS was assessed using multifactor dimensionality reduction(MDR)and generalized multifactor dimensionality regression(GMDR)*** Within the multivariate logistic regression models,four SNPs were screened to have significant associations with VS:chemokine(C-C motif)ligand 2(CCL2)rs4586,MMP2 rs14070,MMP2rs7201,and MMP2 *** of the T/C genotype of MMP2 rs14070 had a 2.17-fold increased risk of developing VS compared with those of the C/C genotype,and those of the T/T genotype had a19.375-fold increased ***2 rs4586 and MMP-2 rs14070 exhibited the most significant *** CCL2 rs4586,MMP-2 rs14070,MMP-2 rs7201,and MMP-2 rs1053605 polymorphisms were significantly associated with the risk of VS.

Preparation of ZnO Nanoparticles from Zn-containing Rotary Hearth Furnace Dust

To solve the problem of the low added value Zn-containing rotary hearth furnace(RHF)dust,two deep eutectic solvents(DESs)were employed,such as choline chloride-urea(ChCl-urea)and choline chloride-oxalic acid dihydrate(CC-OA)solvent and Zn-containing RHF dust(water-washed)as the research ***,we prepared ZnO nanoparticles using two DESs or their combination,namely,ChCl-urea(Method A),CC-OA(Method B),first CC-OA and then ChCl-urea(Method B-A)and first ChCl-urea and then CCOA(Method A-B),*** effects of these methods on the properties of as-obtained precursors and ZnO nanoparticles were investigated in *** results indicated that the precursor obtained by Method A was Zn_(4)CO_(3)(OH)_(6)·H_(2)O,and those by Methods B,B-A,and A-B were all ZnC_(2)O_(4)·2H_(2)***,the decomposition steps of the last three methods were *** ZnO contents of 95.486%,99.768%,99.733%,and 99.76%were obtained by Methods A,B,B-A,and A-B,*** A,B,and B-A led to the formation of spherical and agglomerated ZnO nanoparticles with normal size distributions,where Method B showed the best distribution with an average diameter 25 *** ZnO nanoparticles obtained by the Method A-B did not possess good properties.

Height stability control of a large sprayer body based on air suspension using the sliding mode approach

When a high clearance self-propelled sprayer sprays,the sprung mass varies with the amount of liquid in the tank,which causes a change in the height of the sprayer *** change not only is harmful to the sprayer ride comfort,but also has a greater impact on the sprayer application *** this paper,a large-scale high clearance self-propelled sprayer with air suspension was taken as the research *** on vehicle dynamics and air thermodynamics theory,a mathematical model of air spring inflation/deflation was established,then a 3 degree of freedom(3-dof)vertical dynamics model of sprayer air suspension was *** this basis,the height control strategy of the sprayer body was *** to the nonlinear characteristics of air suspension,two control algorithms,namely sliding mode control and the on-off control,were used to design the suspension height stability controller,respectively.A simulation experiment was carried out by using the sprayer spraying crops as an *** simulation experiment results showed that sliding mode control and on-off control could track and stabilize the height of the sprayer body when it changed under no excitation and D-grade road random ***,due to strong nonlinearity and hysteresis of the pneumatic system,on-off control precision was *** the on-off control method,further reduction of the sprung mass would change the internal parameters of the pneumatic system,cause the air spring over deflation,even worse,the over deflation phenomenon presented a serious trend and cause system instability under random road *** with on-off control method,sliding mode control approach had good control ability and precision due to its robustness to change in model *** research will provide a reference for the height stability adjustment of large high clearance self-propelled sprayers during spraying and dosing operations.

Effect of Sulfur Content and Sulfide Shape on Fracture Ductility in Case Hardening Steel

The effects of sulfur content and calcium addition on smooth axisymmetric tensile fracture ductility of case hardening steel DIN 18CrNiMo7-6 have been investigated. The quantitative metallographic analysis of sulfide inclusions and the correlations between sulfide inclusions and fracture ductility were examined. Sulfide inclusions were found to have deleterious effect on fracture ductility, whereas the effect can be offset to some extent by calcium-treat- ment due to less easily deforming of sulfides during hot-working. The product （AA·λAW） of sulfide inclusion area fraction （An） and its area-weighted aspect ratio （λAW） can be used as a parameter to describe the effect of sulfide inclusions on fracture true strain.
