We conducted a comprehensive review of existing prediction models pertaining to the efficacy of immune-checkpoint inhibitor(ICI)and the occurrence of immune-related adverse events(irAEs).The predictive potential of neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio(PLR)in determining ICI effectiveness has been extensively investigated,while limited research has been conducted on predicting ***,the combined model incor-porating NLR and PLR,either with each other or in conjunction with additional markers such as carcinoembryonic antigen,exhibits superior predictive capabilities compared to individual markers *** and PLR are promising markers for clinical *** models ought to incorporate established efficacious models and newly identified ones,thereby constituting a multifactor composite ***,efforts should be made to explore effective clinical application approaches that enhance the predictive accuracy and efficiency.

Interfacial adhesion between carbon fibers(CF)and polyetherketoneketone(PEKK)is a key factor that affects the mechanical performances of their *** is therefore of great importance to impregnate the CF bundles with PEKK as effi-ciently as *** report that PEKK with a good dispersion in a mixed solution of 4-chlorophenol and 1,2-dichloroethane can be introduced onto CF surfaces by solution impregnation and curing at 280,320,340 and 360℃.The excellent wettability or infiltra-tion of the PEKK solution guarantees a full covering and its tight binding to CFs,making it possible to evaluate the interfacial shear strength(IFSS)with the microdroplet *** interior of the CF bundles is completely and uniformly filled with PEKK by solu-tion impregnation,leading to a high interlaminar shear strength(ILSS).The maximum IFSS and ILSS reached 107.8 and 99.3 MPa,*** superior shear properties are ascribed to the formation of amorphous PEKK in the small spaces between CFs.

Developing cost-effective electrocatalysts with high activity and stability especially at high current density is of great significance for the large-scale commercial application of electrochemical water splitting to hydrogen production but still remains ***,we report an effective confinement pyrolysis strategy to fabricate embedded ruthenium-cobalt nanoclusters supported on N-doped porous two-dimensional carbon nanosheets(RuCo@CN).Markedly,the embedded structure can effectively prevent the migration,agglomeration,and leaching of nanoparticles,thus endowing the RuCo@CN catalyst with high *** be exact,high stability with up to 650 h can be achieved at high current density(-500 and-1000 mA·cm^(-2)).Besides,the RuCo@CN catalysts also exhibit highly reactive with low overpotentials of only 11mV at-10 mA·cm^(-2).Density functional theory calculations reveal that the introduction of cobalt reduces the decomposition barrier of H_(2)O for RuCo@CN alloy,thus promoting hydrogen evolution reaction.

数字赋能社会治理是推动社会治理现代化的核心需求，运用数字技术提高治理水平是数字时代的必然趋势。在现实的数字治理革命实践中，“数字+社会治理”存在诸多伦理难题与困境，主要包括技术逻辑的全面僭越、数字权力的野蛮生长、虚拟治理中的数字泛滥、责任归属不明和权责不清、主体性的退隐与消匿。针对数字治理实践中面临的伦理困境，破解之路在于：一是完善技术伦理规范；二是明晰权力的使用界限并加强权力的监管；三是推动“虚实”的共治以防止数字的泛滥；四是构筑权责行为边界；五是贯彻以人为本的治理。在努力协调各方以不断地汇聚数字治理的合力过程中，有效推动数字治理法治化规范化进程，以此达到“善治”的目的。
