Research on thermal cyclization polyacrylonitrile enhanced piezoelectric performances of a flexible electronic skin sensor

Electronic skin(e-skin) is a research focus in the fields of robotics design, artificial prosthetics, and wearable electronics. When used for long-term unattended monitoring, several key problems, such as energy supply, sensing performance, and structural design, have attracted increasing attention. This study reports a self-powered flexible e-skin sensor(FES) based on the thermal cyclization of polyacrylonitrile, which enhances the piezoelectric effect. It mainly consists of nanoscale polyacrylonitrile(PAN),Ecoflex, and flexible PCB electrodes. PAN is mixed as a piezoelectric functional material in the Ecoflex substrate, forming a flexible sensing module. To enhance charge accumulation, PAN is initially electrospun into nanofibers and subsequently modified through a thermal treatment process. This procedure results in the formation of a conjugated trapezoid structure within PAN and significantly increases its molecular dipole moment. Due to the contribution of numerous nanocapacitors, the piezoelectric properties of the sensing module are significantly improved. To ensure durability, flexible PCBs were designed as the top and bottom electrodes of the sensing module via industrial board lamination and forming processes, also serving as packaging. Additionally, a human-computer interaction(HMI) system for e-skin measurement was developed, enabling realtime signal processing between the e-skin and the computer. On the basis of the good combination of piezoelectric nanoparticles,an Ecoflex substrate, and flexible PCBs, FES can reach 0.67 V/kPa and 0.99 voltage sensitivity and voltage linearity, respectively, under self-powered conditions under external pressure, and the detection range can reach 40–650 kPa. On the basis of the good performance of FES devices, such as their self-powered ability, long-term serviceability, high sensitivity, wide monitoring range, and various optimized designs for later circuits, the e-skin designed in this paper has important applications

Latest wuchiapingian to Earliest Triassic Conodont Zones and δ13 Ccarb Isotope Excursions from Deep-Water Sections in Western Hubei Province, South China

Deep-water facies sections have advantages of recording complete information across the Permian-Triassic boundary(PTB). Here we present a detailed study on the conodont biostratigraphy and carbon isotope profile ranges from the wuchiapingian-Changhsingian boundary(WCB) to the PTB of two deep-water facies sections at Zhuqiao and Shiligou in the Middle Yangtze region, western Hubei, South China. Fifteen species and three genera are identified. Eight conodont zones are recognized which in ascending order are the Clarkina orientalis, C. wangi, C. subcarinata, C. changxingensis, C. yini, C. meishanensis, Hindeodus parvus and Isarcicella isarcica zones. The onset of deposition of the deep-water siliceous strata of Dalong Formation in western Hubei began in the Late wuchiapingian and persisted to the Late Changhsingian. Carbon isotope negative excursions occur near both the WCB and PTB in both sections. The WCB δ13 Ccarb negative excursion is in the C. orientalis and C. wangi zones. The PTB δ13 Ccarb negative excursion began in the C. yini Zone and extended to the I. isarcica Zone. The absence of several Changhsingian zones may indicate the difficulty of extracting conodonts from siliceous strata or the presence of an intra-Changhsingian hiatus.

The repair of infective bone defects is a great challenge in clinical *** is of vital importance to develop a kind of bone scaffold with good osteogenic properties and long-term antibacterial activity for local anti-infection and bone regeneration.A porous mineralized collagen(MC)scaffold containing poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolic acid)(PLGA)microspheres loaded with two antibacterial synthetic peptides,Pac-525 or KSL-W was developed and characterized via scanning electron microscopy(SEM),porosity measurement,swelling and mechanical *** results showed that the MC scaffold embedded with smooth and compact PLGA microspheres had a positive effect on cell growth and also had antibacterial *** toxicity analysis,cell morphology and proliferation analysis and alkaline phosphatase evaluation,the antibacterial scaffolds showed excellent biocompatibility and osteogenic *** antibacterial property evaluated with Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli suggested that the sustained release of Pac-525 or KSL-W from the scaffolds could inhibit the bacterial growth aforementioned in the long *** results suggest that the antimicrobial peptides-loaded MC bone scaffold has good antibacterial and osteogenic activities,thus providing a great promise for the treatment of infective bone defects.

Some scholars have tended to define it as a process of crisis, he said： the crisis is intense period of upheaval and collective period. During this time, the core values of everyday life and social system is threatened, and the threat is beyond our expectation, even unimaginable. This is the general definition used about the current crisis.

BACKGROUND Chronic atrophic gastritis(AG)with intestinal metaplasia(IM)significantly increases the risk of gastric *** medicines have showed definite therapeutic effects in AG and IM *** To validate the efficacy of Lamb’s tripe extract and vitamin B12 capsule(LTEVB12)initial therapy and celecoxib rescue therapy for IM and *** A total of 255 patients were included to receive LTEVB12 initial therapy(2 capsules each time,three times daily for 6 mo)in hospital in this *** patients with failure of IM regression continued to receive celecoxib rescue therapy(200 mg,once daily for 6 mo).After each therapy finished,the patients underwent endoscopy and biopsy *** regression efficiency was assessed by the operative link on gastritis assessment(OLGA)and the operative link on the gastric intestinal metaplasia assessment(OLGIM)staging *** regression analysis was applied to identify factors associated with the curative *** For LTEVB12 initial therapy,the reversal rates of IM and AG were 52.95%and 48.24%,***,for celecoxib rescue therapy,the effective rates for IM and AG were 56.25%and 51.56%,*** IM regression rate of complete therapy was up to 85.03%.In different OLGA and OLGIM stages of IM patients,therapeutic efficiency showed a significant difference in each group(P<0.05).For both therapies,patients with high stages(III or IV)of both the OLGA and OLGIM evaluation systems showed a higher IM or AG regression rate than those with low stages(I or II).Among patients with high stages(OLGIM III and IV),the IM regression rate was above 70%for each *** habits,fresh vegetable intake,and high-salt diet were identified as independent factors for the IM reversal effect of LTEVB12 therapy,especially high-salt diet(odds ratio=1.852,P<0.05).CONCLUSION Monotherapy could reverse IM and ***12 initial therapy and celecoxib rescue therapy significantly increase the regression effect.I

Uniqueness of the Gossypium mustelinum Genome Revealed by GISH and 45S rDNA FISH

Gossypium mustelinum （（AD）4） is one of five disomic species in Gossypium. Three 45S ribosomal DNA （rDNA） loci were detected in （AD）4 with 45S rDNA as probe, and three pairs of brighter signals were detected with genomic DNA （gDNA） of Gossypium D genome species as probes. The size and the location of these brighter signals were the same as those detected with 45S rDNA as probe, and were named GISH-NOR. One of them was super-major, which accounted for the fact that about one-half of its chromosome at metaphase was located at chromosome 3, and other two were minor and located at chromosomes 5 and 9, respectively. All GISH-NORs were located in A sub-genome chromosomes, separate from the other four allopolyploid cotton species. GISH-NOR were detected with D genome species as probe, but not A. The greatly abnormal sizes and sites of （AD）4 NORs or GISH-NORs indicate a possible mechanism for 45S rDNA diversification following （AD）4 speciation. Comparisons of GISH intensities and GISH-NOR production with gDNA probes between A and D genomes show that the better relationship of （AD）4 is with A genome. The shortest two chromosomes of A sub-genome of G. mustelinum were shorter than the longest chromosome of D sub-genome chromosomes. Therefore, the longest 13 chromosomes of tetraploid cotton being classified as A sub-genome, while the shorter 13 chromosomes being classified as D sub-genome in traditional cytogenetic and karyotype analyses may not be entirely correct.
