多层螺旋CT成像用于急性肺栓塞的诊断价值

目的评价多层螺旋CT成像诊断急性肺栓塞的价值,从而为急性肺栓塞精准诊断提供参考依据。方法以2019年1月—2023年10月经病理确诊的102例急性肺栓塞病例作为研究对象,采用GE 64排螺旋CT扫描仪进行中央和节段肺动脉CT扫描。以病理学检查结果为金标准,评价多层CT成像诊断急性肺栓塞的效果。结果102例经病理学检查确诊的急性肺栓塞病例中,经多层CT成像诊断为急性肺栓塞92例,诊断符合率为90.20%(92/102),其中左侧肺动脉栓塞17例(18.48%)、右侧肺动脉栓塞31例(33.70%)、两侧肺动脉均栓塞44例(47.82%)。经多层CT成像共显示肺动脉9905支,其中304支肺动脉检出栓塞,总体栓塞率为3.07%,其中肺叶动脉栓塞率最高(43.89%)。结论多层螺旋CT成像诊断急性肺栓塞准确率高,可直观、清晰显示患者肺动脉栓塞情况,值得临床推广应用。

目的探讨慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(CRS)患者经鼻呼出气一氧化氮(nNO)与肺通气功能的相关性。方法选取2020年12月至2023年8月于福建医科大学附属龙岩第一医院耳鼻咽喉科手术的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎不伴鼻息肉(CRSsNP)患者45例(A组)、慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉(CRSwNP)患者50例(B组),另外选取同期健康对照组40名(C组),分别对3组行nNO及肺通气功能指标用力肺活量(FVC)、肺活量(VC)、最大通气量(MVV)、第一秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、一秒率(FEV1%)、呼气峰值流速(PEF)、最大呼气流速(MEF)的检测。结果C组nNO、肺通气功能指标FVC、VC、MVV、FEV1、FEV1%、PEF、MEF高于A组和B组(P0.05),与FVC、VC、MVV呈正相关(r=2.234、2.547、2.121,P<0.05)。结论同健康者相比,CRS患者nNO降低,肺通气功能具有不同程度下降;对于CRS患者,nNO在一定程度上反映了其炎性病变情况,nNO与其肺通气功能具有相关性。

通过将马来酸酐直接加入到碳酸钙/不饱和聚酯树脂复合材料中,分别利用马来酸酐和不饱和聚酯树脂中的苯乙烯可反应性,以及马来酸酐与碳酸钙颗粒的表面反应,实现界面增容,改善纳米碳酸钙在不饱和聚酯树脂中的分散性;力学性能测试结果表明:当马来酸酐的用量为8phr,纳米碳酸钙用量为10phr时,复合材料的弯曲强度、拉伸强度和冲击强度均达到最大值,分别比复合材料基体提高了47.46%、47.02%和15.01%,实现了不饱和聚酯树脂的同时增韧增强;扫描电镜分析和DCS、DMA分析表明,加入马来酸酐后,不饱和树脂固化度得到提高,纳米碳酸钙在不饱和树脂中的分散性也显著改善,从而实现了树脂基体的同时增韧和增强。

In this research,genotyping data of 43 InDel loci in 311 Han individuals in Ankang City,Shaanxi Province,China were detected using a self-developed five-dye multiplex amplification *** allelic frequencies and forensic parameters of all InDel loci were *** combined power of discrimination and probability of exclusion values were 0.99999999999999999882739 and 0.999887424,respectively,which demonstrated that this 43-InDel panel was powerful for individual identifications in Ankang Han ***,genetic distances,pairwise F_(ST)values,principal component analyses,phylogenetic trees and STRUCTURE analyses were performed to investigate the genetic affinities between Ankang Han and reference *** genetic investigations indicated that Ankang Han population had a close genetic relationship with Southern Han population compared with other reference groups.

Due to the virtues of no stutter peaks,low rates of mutation,and short amplicon sizes,insertion/deletion(InDei)polymorphism is an indispensable tool for analyzing degraded DNA samples from crime scenes for human identifications(Wang et al.,2021).Herein,a self-developed panel of 43 InDei loci constructed previously by our group was utilized to evaluate the genetic diversities and explore the genetic background of the Han Chinese from Beijing(HCB)including 301 random healthy individuals.

目的为多药(含两种及两种以上主药)配伍“混滴”医嘱审核提供参考依据,确保临床用药安全性。方法医院HIS系统提取静脉用药调配中心审核的81323条多药配伍“混滴”医嘱,按用药目的进行分类;查阅文献资料进行联用合理性和配伍稳定性分析。结果多药配伍“混滴”医嘱共7类,含10%氯化钾、10%氯化钠、胰岛素、维生素C等共28种主药,其中硫酸镁与罂粟碱,维生素B 6与维生素C,胰岛素与两性霉素B,复方甘草酸苷与谷胱甘肽两两间存在配伍禁忌;间苯三酚、复方甘草酸单铵S、阿昔洛韦、前列地尔等药物配伍稳定性资料较少,应避免与其他药物组合联用;电解质与水溶性维生素配伍存在争议,应按说明书要求配伍使用。结论多药配伍“混滴”不能简单看作是药物两两相加,配伍联用除参考文献资料外,还需结合实际操作中的配伍结果进行综合分析,确保临床用药安全性。

Extracellular amyloid beta(Aβ) plaques are main pathological feature of Alzheimer’s ***,the specific type of neuro ns that produce Aβ peptides in the initial stage of Alzheimer’s disease are *** this study,we found that 5-hydroxytryptamin receptor 3A subunit(HTR3A) was highly expressed in the brain tissue of transgenic amyloid precursor protein and presenilin-1 mice(an Alzheimer’s disease model) and patients with Alzheimer’s *** investigate whether HTR3A-positive interneurons are associated with the production of Aβ plaques,we performed double immunostaining and found that HTR3A-positive interneurons were clustered around Aβ plaques in the mouse *** amyloid precursor protein-positive or β-site amyloid precursor protein cleaving enzyme-1-positive neurites near Aβ plaques were co-localized with HTR3A *** results suggest that HTR3A-positive interneurons may partially contribute to the generation of Aβ *** treated 5.0-5.5-month-old model mice with tro pisetron,a HTR3 antagonist,for 8 consecutive *** found that the cognitive deficit of mice was partially reversed,Aβ plaques and neuroinflammation we re remarkably reduced,the expression of HTR3 was remarkably decreased and the calcineurin/nuclear factor of activated T-cell 4 signaling pathway was inhibited in treated model *** findings suggest that HTR3A interneurons partly contribute to generation of Aβ peptide at the initial stage of Alzheimer’s disease and inhibiting HTR3 partly reve rses the pathological changes of Alzheimer’s disease.

Efforts to develop innovative water harvesting strategies offer powerful solutions to alleviate the water crisis,especially in remote and arid *** by the hydrophobic/hydrophilic pattern of desert beetles and water self-propulsion property of spider silks,a double-strand hydrophobic PVDF-HFP/hydrophilic PAN nanofibers yarn is proposed by electrospinning and twisting *** double-strand cooperation approach allows for water deposition on hydrophobic PVDF-HFP segment and transport under the asymmetric capillary driving force of hydrophilic PAN segment,thus speeded up the aggregation and growth of *** effects of the composition and the diameter ratio of the two primary yarns were studied and optimized for boosting fog collection *** double-strand anisotropic yarn not only provide an effective method for water harvesting,but also hold the potential to inspire innovative design concepts for fog collection materials in challenging environments.
