Clustering filtering is usually a practical method for light detection and ranging(LiDAR)point clouds filtering according to their characteristic ***,the amount of point cloud data is extremely large in practice,making it impossible to cluster point clouds data directly,and the filtering error is also too ***,many existing filtering algorithms have poor classification results in discontinuous *** article proposes a new fast classification filtering algorithm based on density clustering,which can solve the problem of point clouds classification in discontinuous *** on the spatial density of LiDAR point clouds,also the features of the ground object point clouds and the terrain point clouds,the point clouds are clustered firstly by their elevations,and then the plane point clouds are *** the number of samples and feature dimensions of data are *** the DBSCAN clustering filtering method,the original point clouds are finally divided into noise point clouds,ground object point clouds,and terrain point *** experiment uses 15 sets of data samples provided by the International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing(ISPRS),and the results of the proposed algorithm are compared with the other eight classical filtering *** and qualitative analysis shows that the proposed algorithm has good applicability in urban areas and rural areas,and is significantly better than other classic filtering algorithms in discontinuous terrain,with a total error of about 10%.The results show that the proposed method is feasible and can be used in different terrains.

This paper considers the optimal model reduction problem of matrix second-order linear systems in the sense of Hilbert-Schmidt-Hankel norm, with the reduced order systems preserving the structure of the original systems. The expressions of the error function and its gradient are derived. Two numerical examples are given to illustrate the presented model reduction technique.

Numerical Method for Modeling the Constitutive Relationship of Sand under Different Stress Paths

A numerical method was used in order to establish the constitutive relationship of sands under different stress paths, Firstly, based on the numerical method modeling the constitutive law of sands, the elastoplastic constitutive relationship of sand was established for three paths： the constant proportion of principle stress path, the conventional triaxial compression （CTC） path, and the p=constant （TC） path. The yield lines of plastic volumetric strain and plastic generalized shear strain were given. Through visualization, the three dimensional surface of the stress-strain relationship in the whole stress field （p, q） obtained under the three paths was plotted. Also, by comparing the stress-strain surfaces and yield locus of the three stress paths, the differences were found to be obvious, which demonstrates that the influence of the stress paths on constitutive law was not neglected. The numerical modeling method overcame the difficulty of finding an analytical expression for plastic potential. The results simulated the experimental data with an accuracy of 90% on average, so the constitutive model established in this paper provides an effective constitutive equation for this kind of engineering, reflecting the effect of practical stress paths that occur in sands.

In comparison with conventional radiotherapy techniques,12C beam therapy has its significant advantage in cancer treatment because the radiation dose are mostly concentrated near the Bragg peak region and damage to normal tissues along the beam path is thus greatly ***-beam PET provides a way to monitor dose distribution inside human body since several kinds of positron-emitting nuclei are produced through the interaction between 12C beam and body *** this work,we study the quantitative relationship between the spatial location of the Bragg peak and the spatial distribution of positrons produced by positron-emitting *** Carlo package GATE is used to simulate the interactions between the incident 12C beam of different energies(337.5,270.0 and 195.0 MeV/u) and various target matters(water,muscle and spine bone).Several data post-processing operations are performed on the simulated positron-emitting nuclei distribution data to mimic the impacts of positron generation and finite spatial resolution of a typical PET imaging *** results are compared to published experimental data for *** all the simulation cases,we find that 10C and 11C are two dominant positron-emitting nuclei,and there exists a significant correlation between the spatial distributions of deposited energy and ***,we conclude that it is possible to determine the location of Bragg peak with 1 mm accuracy using current PET imaging systems by detecting the falling edge of the positron distribution map in depth direction.

BACKGROUND： It is believed that mental disorder influences the morbility and prognosis of cardio-cerebrovascular disease by biological factors. OBJECTIVE： To observe the characteristics of stroke patients complicated by psychological problems and the prognosis of such patients. DESIGN： Observational study. SETTING： Department of Neurology, Beijing Longfu Hospital. PARTICIPANTS： Totally 160 inpatients （46 males and 114 females） with stroke admitted to Department of Neurology, Beijing Longfu Hospital between June 2005 and June 2006 were recruited in this study. The involved patients all corresponded to the diagnosis criteria of cerebrovascular disease formulated in the 1995 National Conference of Cerebrovascular Disease and confirmed by skull CT or MRI examination. The age range was between 43 and 74 years. They all signed the informed consent for the detection and therapeutic regimen, and the application of this technique also gave the approval of the Ethics Committee of the hospital. METHODS： On admission, the patients were investigated on psychological problems using Hopkin symptom checklist. After admission, all the patients received oral administration of aspirin anti-platelet drugs and intravenous infusion of Fufang Danshen. Motor relearning program was used in the rehabilitation treatment for disability rehabilitation. Mental intervention was carried out in the end of observation period. On day 30 after admission, the recovery of two groups of patients was compared using activities of daily living scale, Scandinanvian Stroke Scale （SSS） and disability level. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES： The activities of daily living were assessed with Barthel index. Higher scores of patients suggested better activities of daily living. For SSS, the higher points, the severer defect degree. The reduction of scores of neurologic impairment suggested that neurological function improved. Wake structures and vortex induced vibration （VIV） of a spring-supported wide-D-section cylinder were experimentally investigated using an X-wire, a novel phase-locked particle image velocimetry （PIV）, and an acceleration sensor at a low speed wind tunnel. Compared with the fixed case, the 2P （two pair） vortex mode as defined by Govardhan and Williamson （2000） rather than S （single vortex） mode exists in the wake. The velocity deficit behind the cylinder is much larger than that of fixed case. The mean drag coefficient increases from 1.42 for the fixed case to 1.64 for the vibrating case. The Reynolds stress presents even distribution and small with increased distance of X/D = -2 to X/D = -10. The power spectra density based on accelerator and hot wire data presents a highlight identical. It shows that after a strong interaction the cylinder vibration and the vortex shedding come to a stable state. The vortex sheddin~ is totally locked on and controlled by the cylinder vihratinn.

Type I interferons such as interferon-beta （IFN-β） play essential roles in the host innate immune response to herpes simplex virus type I （HSV-1） infection. The transcription of type I interferon genes is controlled by nuclear factor-κB （NF-κB） and interferon regulatory factor （IRF） family members including IRF3. NF-κB activation depends on the phosphorylation of inhibitor of κB （IκB）, which triggers its ubiqitination and degradation. It has been reported that neddylation inhibition by a pharmacological agent MLN4924 potently suppresses lipopolysaccharide （LPS）-induced proinflammatory cytokine production with the accumulation of phosphorylated IκBa. However, the role of neddylation in type I interferon expression remains unknown. Here, we report that neddylation inhibition with MLN4924 or upon UBA3 deficiency led to accumulation of phosphorylated IκBa, impaired IκBa degradation, and impaired NF-κB nuclear translocation in the early phase of HSV-1 infection even though phosphorylation and nuclear translocation of IRF3 were not affected. The blockade of NF-κB nuclear translocation by neddylation inhibition becomes less efficient at the later time points of HSV-1 infection. Consequently, HSV- 1-induced early phase IFN-β production significantly decreased upon MLN4924 treatment and UBA3 deficiency. NF-κB inhibitor JSH-23 mimicked the effects of neddylation inhibition in the early phase of HSV-1 infection. Moreover, the effects of neddylation inhibition on HSV-1-induced early phase IFN-c production diminished in the presence of NF-κB inhibitor JSH-23. Thus, neddylation contributes to HSV-l-induced early phase IFN-β production through, at least partially, promoting NF-κB activation.

TNF-related apoptosis-inducing ligand （TRAIL） is a TNF family member capable of inducing apoptosis. Death receptor 5 （DR 5） is a key receptor of TRAIL and plays an important role in TRAIL-induced apoptosis. To prepare monoclonal antibodies （mAbs） against DR5, cDNA encoding soluble DR5 （sDR5） was firstly amplified by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） with specific primers, and then inserted into a prokaryotic expression vector pET-30a. The recombinant plasmid was expressed in Escherichia coli strain BL21 （DE3）, and sDR5 was purified by nickel affinity chromatography. As an antigen, sDR5 was used to immunize mice. Hybridomas secreting antibodies against sDR5 were identified. One positive done was selected to produce antibody, WD1. ELISA and immunofluorescence demonstrated that WD1 could bind recombinant sDR5 and membranebound DR5 （mDR5） on Jurkat and Molt-4 cells. ATPLite assays showed that Jurkat and Molt-4 cells were sensitive to the antibody in a dose dependent manner. The Annexin V/PI assays and Giemsa＇s staining both showed that WD1 could induce Jurkat cell apoptosis efficiently. Transient transfection of 293T cells and indirect immunofluorescence assay demonstrated that mAb （WD1） couldn＇t cross-react with DR4. Our findings indicated that the novel antibody, WD1 could act as a direct agonist, bind DR5 characteristically, and initiate efficient apoptotic signaling and tumor regression. Thus, WD1 would be a leading candidate for potential cancer therapeutics. Cellular ＆ Molecular Immunology.
