Clinical studies have suggested that internal and/or external aversive cues may produce a negative affective-motivational component whereby maladaptive responses(plasticity)of dural afferent neurons are initiated contributing to migraine ***,pathophysiological processes and neural circuitry involved in aversion(unpleasantness)-producing migraine chronification are still *** interdisciplinary team conducted this narrative review aimed at reviewing neuronal plasticity for developing migraine chronicity and its relevant neurocircuits and providing the most cutting-edge information on neuronal mechanisms involved in the processing of affective aspects of pain and the role of unpleasantness evoked by internal and/or external cues in facilitating the chronification process of migraine ***,information presented in this review promotes the understanding of the pathophysiology of chronic migraine and contribution of unpleasantness(aversion)to migraine *** hope that it will bring clinicians’attention to how the maladaptive neuroplasticity of the emotion brain in the aversive environment produces a significant impact on the chronification of migraine headache,which will in turn lead to new therapeutic strategies for this type of pain.

Alzheimer＇s disease （AD） is characterized by the accumulation and deposition of amyloid-beta （Aβ） peptides in the brain. Neuroinflammation occurs in the AD brain and plays a critical role in the neurodegenerative pathology. Particularly, Aβ evokes an inflammatory response that leads to synaptic dysfunction, neuronal death, and neurodegeneration. Apolipoprotein E （ApoE） proteins are involved in cholesterol transport, Aβ binding and clearance, and synaptic functions in the brain. The ApoE4 isoform is a key risk factor for AD, while the ApoE2 isoform has a neuroprotective effect. However, studies have reached different conclusions about the roles of the isoforms; some show that both ApoE3 and ApoE4 have anti-inflammatory effects, while others show that ApoE4 causes a predisposition to inflammation or promotes an inflammatory response following lipopolysaccharide treatment. These discrepancies may result from the differences in models, cell types, experimental conditions, and inflammatory stimuli used. Further, little was known about the role of ApoE isoforms in the Aβ-induced inflammatory response and in the neuroinflammation of AD. Our recent work showed that ApoE isoforms differentially regulate and modify the Aβ-induced inflammatory response in neural cells, with ApoE2 suppressing and ApoE4 promoting the response. In this article, we review the roles, mechanisms, and interrelations among Aβ, ApoE, and neuroinflammation in AD.

BACKGROUND Perioperative hypothermia(PH)negatively affects the physical and mental health of patients to varying ***,there is no effective multidisciplinary team(MDT)intervention for gynecological patients with *** To apply the best evidence on the prevention and management of PH in gynecological patients,improve the quality of perioperative evidence-based care based on treatment by an MDT for gynecological patients and analyze the effect of MDT-and evidence-based practice(EBP)projects on the psychological status and cognitive function of gynecological patients with *** Under the guidance of knowledge translation and combined with the opinions of involved stakeholders and clinical experts,the best evidence for PH prevention and management in gynecological patients was selected and adjusted to suit the practice *** on the evidence,the practice plan was developed,and the MDT intervention was carried out in the preoperative ward,the preoperative preparation room,the intraoperative operating room,the postanesthesia care unit,and the 24-hour postoperative gynecological ward through the EBP *** incidence of hypothermia,the nurses’awareness,the implementation rate of examination indicators,and the thermal comfort level,psychological status and cognitive function of patients were compared before and after the implementation of the *** The incidence of PH in gynecological patients decreased from 43.33%to 13.33%after the implementation of the *** implementation rate of examination indicators 6-10,12,14,16-18,21,and 22 reached 100%,and that of other indicators was above 90%,except for examination indicators 5 and 13,which was 66.67%;the indices were significantly improved compared with the baseline(before evidence application)(P<0.05).The score of nurses'awareness of PH prevention and management in gynecological patients increased from 60.96±9.70 to 88.08±8.96,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001)

Chromium plays a vital role in stainless steel due to its ability to improve the corrosion resistance of the ***,the re-lease of chromium from stainless steel slag(SSS)during SSS stockpiling causes detrimental environmental *** prevent chromium pollution,the effects of iron oxide on crystallization behavior and spatial distribution of spinel were investigated in this *** results revealed that FeO was more conducive to the growth of spinels compared with Fe2O3 and *** were found to be mainly distrib-uted at the top and bottom of *** amount of spinel phase at the bottom decreased with the increasing FeO content,while that at the top *** average particle size of spinel in the slag with 18wt%FeO content was 12.8μ***,no notable structural changes were observed with a further increase in FeO *** other words,the spatial distribution of spinel changed when the content of iron oxide varied in the range of 8wt%to 18wt%.Finally,less spinel was found at the bottom of slag with a FeO content of 23wt%.
