Chronic cerebral hypoperfusion can cause progressive demyelination as well as ischemic vascular dementia,however no effective treatments are ***,based on magnetic resonance imaging studies of patients with white matter damage,we found that this damage is associated with disorganized cortical *** a mouse model,optogenetic activation of glutamatergic neurons in the somatosensory cortex significantly promoted oligodendrocyte progenitor cell(OPC)proliferation,remyelination in the corpus callosum,and recovery of cognitive ability after cerebral *** therapeutic effect of such stimulation was restricted to the upper layers of the cortex,but also spanned a wide time window after ***,enhancement of glutamatergic neuron-OPC functional synaptic connections is required to achieve the protection effect of activating cortical glutamatergic ***,skin stroking,an easier method to translate into clinical practice,activated the somatosensory cortex,thereby promoting OPC proliferation,remyelination and cognitive recovery following cerebral *** summary,we demonstrated that activating glutamatergic neurons in the somatosensory cortex promotes the proliferation of OPCs and remyelination to recover cognitive function after chronic cerebral *** should be noted that this activation may provide new approaches for treating ischemic vascular dementia via the precise regulation of glutamatergic neuron-OPC circuits.

Objective:To construct a scientific and feasible teaching mode based on 5C caring theory and evaluate it,so as to provide a reference basis for future study about nursing humanistic quality ***:Based on the 5C caring theory,the teaching design and teaching content were revising and implementing in the intervention *** and after the implementation of the course,a questionnaire survey was conducted using the Caring Ability Inventory(CAI).The results of the surveys were collected,and the data were statistically analysis using ***:After the implementation of the course,the cognitive dimension,patience dimension,and humanistic caring ability scores of the nursing students in the intervention group improved compared with those before the implementation of the course(P0.05).Conclusion:The humanistic caring teaching model based on 5C caring theory has a positive effect on improving nursing students'humanistic caring *** the future nursing teaching,the modules with the characteristics of humanistic caring ability can be increased,and carry out the educational reform throughout the humanistic caring *** guiding nursing students to establish the awareness of humanistic caring,so as to lay a solid foundation for high-quality clinical nursing work.

BACKGROUND Gastric origin tumors were diagnosed and evaluated preoperatively by gastroscopy,endoscopic ultrasonography,computed tomography(CT)or magnetic resonance ***,transabdominal high-resolution ultrasound combined with gastrointestinal contrast agent can be used to diagnose stomach tumors effectively and without invasive procedures or ***,although an appreciable number of cases of gastric schwannoma(GS)have been reported since the first description of such in 1988,the ongoing lack of a comprehensive list of ultrasonic characteristics has limited the accuracy of preoperative ultrasound *** SUMMARY A 64-year-old female patient presented to our hospital with dizziness and head *** an abdominal ultrasound,a hypoechoic gastric mass was found,having clear and regular boundaries and no observable blood *** on these characteristics,a gastrointestinal stromal tumor was *** from an endoscopic ultrasound biopsy and accompanying immunohistochemical analysis,coupled with abdominal CT findings indicating lymph node enlargement around the stomach,led to diagnosis of GS but did not exclude *** surgical resection of the tumor,the final diagnosis of GS without lymph node metastasis was *** recurrence has occurred in the 6 years of *** A clearly defined ultrasonic characteristic profile of GS is important to improve diagnostic accuracy.

With the rapid development of internet of things,self-powered touch sensors made of piezoelectric fluorinated polymers have attracted significant interest because they can constantly convert mechanical energy into electrical energy without external power ***,it is still challenging to fabricate fluorinated polymer films with good adhesion and high output performance with a large-scale and low-cost method while maintaining high transparency,which are extremely important for simultaneous optical detection and electromechanical *** this work,we demonstrate that the incorporation of a molecular ferroelectric-dabcoHReO_(4)(DH)into poly(vinylidene difluoride)(PVDF)solution enables high-throughput and low-temperature processing of flexible and transparent piezoelectric films by scalable processing *** effects of multiaxial DH are ***,DH can trigger the phase transition of PVDF fromα-toβ-phase and realize the orderly orientation of PVDF,which guarantees higher piezoelectric performance without any additional electrical poling ***,the hydrophilic nature of DH can improve the adhesion properties of PVDF,which in turn improve the stability and durability of the *** optimizing the fabrication processes,the transmittance of the piezoelectric touch sensors based on PVDF films and Ag nanowires coated poly(ethylene terephthalate)electrodes can be higher than 94%.The piezoelectric voltage constant g;of the transparent films can reach to 1.2 V·m·N;,which is at least three times higher than the commercially available PVDF films obtained by *** results indicate that the flexible piezoelectric sensors have potential applications in transparent electronic devices for mechanical sensing and energy harvesting.

Piezoelectric poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF)has received considerable attention due to its ability of interconverting mechanical into electric energies and potential applications in wearable *** achieve piezoelectricity,it is important to simultaneously control the formation of polar phases,crystallinity,and dipole alignments in PVDF-based *** we demonstrate that piezoelectricity can be obtained by directly hot-pressing PVDF films sandwiched between chitosan or cellulose *** electrostatic interactions between PVDF and chitosan or cellulose enabled an exceptional high content of polar phases(β-andγ-phases)up to 90%and a measured piezoelectric charge coefficient d_(33)of up to-30 pC/*** study provides a simple and low-cost approach for obtaining piezoelectric PVDF films used for sensors,actuators,and energy harvesters.

Photocatalytic reductive amination of biomass-derived aldehydes is a desirable way to selectively upgrade biomass into value-added nitrogen-containing chemicals under mild ***,it is challenging to produce imines in high selectivity because of the undesirable side reactions caused by the activity of functional ***,we demonstrate the highly reactive and selective production of imines from biomass derived aldehydes via the photocatalytic reductive amination,using a defective TiO_(2)supported nickel *** employment of methanol as the hydrogen donor and ammonia solution as the nitrogen source avoids the use of high-pressure H_(2)and expensive amines,rendering the current catalytic process safe,economical,and environmentally *** depth investigations attribute the improved separation and transfer of photogenerated charge carriers to the presence of oxygen vacancies and decorated Ni nanoparticles,thereby accelerating the production of imines from benzaldehyde amination(conversion,95.8%;seleetivity,95.2%).Furthermore,the developed system could be easily translated to the photocatalytic conversions of various biomass derived aldehydes,which provided an example of a cost-effective and sustainable approach for the valorization of biomass derived feedstocks.

With the growth of the Internet,more and more business is being done online,for example,online offices,online education and so *** this makes people’s lives more convenient,it also increases the risk of the network being attacked by malicious ***,it is important to identify malicious codes on computer systems ***,most of the existing malicious code detection methods have two problems:(1)The ability of the model to extract features is weak,resulting in poor model performance.(2)The large scale of model data leads to difficulties deploying on devices with limited ***,this paper proposes a lightweight malicious code identification model lightweight Malicious Code Classification Method Based on Improved SqueezeNet(LCMISNet).In this paper,the MFire lightweight feature extraction module is constructed by proposing a feature slicing module and a multi-size depthwise separable convolution *** feature slicing module reduces the number of parameters by grouping *** multi-size depthwise separable convolution module reduces the number of parameters and enhances the feature extraction capability by replacing the standard convolution with depthwise separable convolution with different convolution kernel *** addition,this paper also proposes a feature splicing module to connect the MFire lightweight feature extraction module based on the feature reuse and constructs the lightweight model *** malicious code recognition accuracy of LCMISNet on the BIG 2015 dataset and the Malimg dataset reaches 98.90% and 99.58%,*** proves that LCMISNet has a powerful malicious code recognition *** addition,compared with other network models,LCMISNet has better performance,and a lower number of parameters and computations.

Local heat transfer and flow characteristics,which is crucial to the overall performance of supercritical CO_(2) recuperators,is rarely examined in details in reported *** this paper,the local heat transfer and flow characteristics of supercritical CO_(2) in sinusoidal channel printed circuit heat exchangers are numerically investigated under the working conditions of *** on the simplified physical model constituted by10 pitches,the variations of Re,heat flux,Nu,secondary flow and other relevant parameters along the flow direction are analyzed *** is further made between the high and low temperature recuperators(HTR and LTR).It's observed that the local heat transfer and flow characteristics vary greatly from the inlet to the outlet,especially in the *** of 127.5% and 61.7% can be observed on the cold side of the LTR for Re and heat transfer coefficient h, *** indicate that the temperature difference and heat transfer coefficient h should not be regarded as constant and the distribution of h should be carefully considered in the design of the *** complicated interactions among the varying thermophysical properties,buoyancy and the periodically changed centrifugal force are believed to be the key that shapes the flow ***,the changes of the wavy angle θ are found to have greater influence than the changes of mass flow rate in reshaping the flow field when θ>25°.Though gravity direction strongly affects the local heat transfer and flow characteristics,it's also found that the effects on the overall thermal-hydraulic performance are relatively *** the installation direction that yields a_y=g should better be avoided for the sinusoidal channel printed circuit heat exchanger.
