There is considerable potential for integrating transarterial chemoembolization(TACE),programmed death-(ligand)1(PD-[L]1)inhibitors,and molecular targeted treatments(MTT)in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).It is necessary to investigate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of TACE combined with PD-(L)1 inhibitors and MTT in real-world *** this nationwide,retrospective,cohort study,826 HCC patients receiving either TACE plus PD-(L)1 blockades and MTT(combination group,n=376)or TACE monotherapy(monotherapy group,n=450)were included from January 2018 to May *** primary endpoint was progression-free survival(PFS)according to modified *** secondary outcomes included overall survival(OS),objective response rate(ORR),and *** performed propensity score matching approaches to reduce bias between two *** matching,228 pairs were included with a predominantly advanced disease *** PFS in combination group was 9.5 months(95%confidence interval[CI],8.4-11.0)versus 8.0 months(95%CI,6.6-9.5)(adjusted hazard ratio[HR],0.70,P=0.002).OS and ORR were also significantly higher in combination group(median OS,19.2[16.1-27.3]vs.15.7 months[13.0-20.2];adjusted HR,0.63,P=0.001;ORR,60.1%vs.32.0%;P<0.001).Grade 3/4 adverse events were observed at a rate of 15.8%and 7.5%in combination and monotherapy groups,*** results suggest that TACE plus PD-(L)1 blockades and MTT could significantly improve PFS,OS,and ORR versus TACE monotherapy for Chinese patients with predominantly advanced HCC in real-world practice,with an acceptable safety profile.

目的:用免疫荧光法快速检测原核和真核细胞中表达的轮状病毒(RV)外壳蛋白VP4。方法:以抗VP4的抗体为一抗、FITC标记的羊抗豚鼠IgG为二抗,用免疫荧光方法检测在大肠杆菌BL21(DE3)中重组表达的同源RVVP4;检测SA11或Wa株RV感染MA104细胞后不同时间段病毒VP4的合成及其在感染细胞中的分布情况。结果:用免疫荧光法可直接检测到原核细胞中表达的外源蛋白,也可检测到病毒蛋白在真核细胞中的分布情况。结论:免疫荧光法可特异、方便、快速地检测RVVP4在原核和真核细胞中的表达;来源于RVTB-chen株的VP4抗体可特异性识别同源病毒VP4,交叉识别SA11或Wa株的VP4。

运用基因克隆和重组技术,从一急性胃肠炎患儿样品中克隆到一株轮状病毒(RV)全基因组cDNA。核苷酸序列测定结果表明,该株RV基因组11条RNA共含有18613个核苷酸(3302bp^751bp),编码5791个氨基酸。全基因组研究结果表明,该株RV(TB-chen)为A组,II亚组,基因型为G2P[4]/NSP4[A]。这是首个A组人RV全基因组研究结果的报道,对研究和开发RV疫苗具有积极的意义。

目的:获得轮状病毒NSP3基因的表达产物及其抗血清。方法:将TB-chen株轮状病毒NSP3基因插入质粒pETL,构建重组表达质粒pET-NSP3,并转化大肠杆菌BL21(DE3)表达重组蛋白NSP3;用凝胶分离回收的方法纯化该蛋白,免疫豚鼠制备该蛋白的抗血清。结果:构建了重组表达质粒pET-NSP3,并在大肠杆菌中高效表达了重组蛋白NSP3,目的蛋白表达量占菌体总蛋白量的28.6%;有效地纯化了目的蛋白并制备了该蛋白的抗血清,Western印迹表明该抗血清能与重组蛋白NSP3发生特异性免疫反应。结论:通过质粒pETL能高效表达轮状病毒NSP3蛋白,该重组蛋白具有较好的免疫反应性,为进一步研究其结构、功能及免疫学性质奠定了基础。

We operated a p-type point contact high purity germanium(PPCGe)detector(CDEX-1B,1.008 kg)in the China Jinping Underground Laboratory(CJPL)for 500.3 days to search for neutrinoless double beta(0νββ)decay of ^(76)Ge.A total of 504.3 kg⋅day effective exposure data was *** anti-coincidence and the multi/single-site event(MSE/SSE)discrimination methods were used to suppress the background in the energy region of interest(ROI,1989–2089 keV for this work)with a factor of 23.A background level of 0.33 counts/(keV⋅kg⋅yr)was *** lower limit on the half life of^(76)Ge 0νββdecay was constrained as T_(1/2)^(0ν)>1.0×10^(23)yr(90%C.L.),corresponding to the upper limits on the effective Majorana neutrino mass:<3.2–7.5 eV.

目的 :评价颈胸段前路减压、植骨、Orion钢板内固定技术在颈胸段脊柱创伤治疗中的作用。方法 :对 15例颈胸段脊柱骨折、脱位的患者行颈胸段前路 C7,T1 ,C6,7或 C7-T1 椎体次全切除、植骨及 Orion锁定型颈椎前路钢板固定术。结果 :所有患者随访 3个月至 1年 ,植骨均在 3～ 4个月内完全融合 ,12例脊髓神经功能有不同程度的改善 ,未发生钢板螺钉松动 ,1例出现暂时性声音嘶哑。结论 :颈胸段前路减压、植骨、Orion钢板内固定术是治疗颈胸段脊柱脊髓创伤行之有效的手段 ,Orion钢板有助于植骨节段融合。

目的研究女性阴道感染性疾病与HR-HPV感染的相关关系。方法纳入2018—2019年参加宫颈癌筛查的21～64岁女性，收集人口学及流行病学信息；采集宫颈脱落细胞用于HR-HPV检测；采集阴道分泌物进行阴道微生物检测。采用卡方检验或Fisher精确检验进行单因素分析和HR-HPV单一/多重感染构成比比较，采用多因素logistic模型分析危险因素。结果共纳入1 240名妇女，平均年龄为(47.26±8.26)岁，HR-HPV阳性333例(26.85%),以单一感染为主。BV患者的HR-HPV阳性率高于未患BV女性(32.62%vs. 22.04%,χ2=17.530,P0.05)。二元logistics分析显示，冲洗阴道(OR=1.875,95%CI:1.154～3.047)、绝经(OR=2.536,95%CI:1.627～3.951)和患BV(OR=1.596,95%CI:1.152～2.212)是感染HR-HPV的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 BV与HR-HPV多重感染具有相关性。BV、阴道冲洗、绝经是HR-HPV感染重要的独立危险因素。
