The magnetization curves of EuBa_(2)Cu_(3)O_(y) crystal prepared by melt-textured growth method were measured from 1.5 to 87K up to field 7.5T for H||C and H⊥*** effects were observed at 60,70 and 73K for H||C,and 70,73 and 77K for H⊥*** is shown that the magnetic field Hp at which the magnetization or critical current reach their extremum is approximately independent of temperature lire and the peak erects observed can be explained by matching effects.

AIM： To compare the outcomes of vision using two different intraocular lens（IOL） replacement techniques,iris-fixated foldable intraocular lens（IF-IOL） and scleralfixated foldable intraocular lens（SF-IOL） in patients with insufficient capsular ***： Total 63 eyes（62 patients） with insufficient posterior capsule support underwent replacement of IF-IOL or SF-IOL between January 2008 and August *** measures included changes in visual acuity, slit lamp examination, refractive indices and corneal curvatures. RESULTS： The mean improvement of uncorrected visual acuity（UCVA） was greater in IF-IOL group compared to the SF-IOL group（0.43 D±0.19 D vs 0.35 D±0.18 D, P 〈0.05）. Moreover, 12（38.71%） eyes in IF-IOL group and 4（12.50%） in SF-IOL group had a higher postoperative UCVA than preoperative best corrected visual acuity（BCVA） while 9（29.03%） eyes in IF-IOLgroup and 18（56.25%） in SF-IOL group had a lower postoperative UCVA than preoperative BCVA. The myopic mean manifest sphere and mean cylinder magnitude were lower in the IF-IOL group than that in the SF-IOL group（-0.47 D±0.58 D vs 0.50 D±0.43 D, P 〈0.01; 0.84 D ±0.53 D vs 1.23 D ±0.70 D, P 〈0.05）. No difference of corneal astigmatism and surgically induced astigmatism was found between the two groups. In addition, fewer complications were observed in IF-IOL eyes. CONCLUSION： IF-IOL implantation can give a significant improvement in vision with fewer complications than SF-IOL in patients with insufficient capsular support.

Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)are ubiquitously-existing multipotent progenitors that can self-renew and differentiate into multiple lineages including osteocytes,chondrocytes,adipocytes,tenocytes and *** represent one of the most commonly-used adult progenitors and serve as excellent progenitor cell models for investigating lineagespecific differentiation regulated by various cellular signaling pathways,such as bone morphogenetic proteins(BMPs).As members of TGFb superfamily,BMPs play diverse and important roles in development and adult *** least 14 BMPs have been identified in *** BMPs exert distinct but overlapping biological *** a comprehensive analysis of 14 BMPs in MSCs,we demonstrated that BMP9 is one of the most potent BMPs in inducing osteogenic differentiation of ***,a global mechanistic view of BMP signaling in regulating the proliferation and differentiation of MSCs remains to be fully ***,we conducted a comprehensive transcriptomic profiling in the MSCs stimulated by 14 types of *** clustering analysis classifies 14 BMPs into three subclusters:an osteo/chondrogenic/adipogenic cluster,a tenogenic cluster,and BMP3 *** also demonstrate that six BMPs(e.g.,BMP2,BMP3,BMP4,BMP7,BMP8,and BMP9)can induce ISmads effectively,while BMP2,BMP3,BMP4,BMP7,and BMP11 up-regulate Smad-independent MAP kinase ***,we show that many BMPs can upregulate the expression of the signal mediators of Wnt,Notch and PI3K/AKT/mTOR *** the reported transcriptomic changes need to be further validated,our expression profiling represents the first-of-its-kind to interrogate a comprehensive transcriptomic landscape regulated by the 14 types of BMPs in MSCs.

As multipotent progenitor cells,mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)can renew themselves and give rise to multiple lineages including osteoblastic,chondrogenic and adipogenic ***’s previously shown that BMP9 is the most potent BMP and induces osteogenic and adipogenic differentiation of ***,the molecular mechanism through which BMP9 regulates MSC differentiation remains poorly *** evidence indicates that noncoding RNAs,especially microRNAs,may play important roles in regulating MSC differentiation and bone *** highly conserved RNA binding proteins,Argonaute(AGO)proteins are essential components of the multi-protein RNA-induced silencing complexes(RISCs),which are critical for small RNA ***,we investigate possible roles of AGO proteins in BMP9-induced lineage-specific differentiation of *** first found that BMP9 upregulated the expression of Ago1,Ago2 and Ago3 in *** engineering multiplex siRNA vectors that express multiple siRNAs targeting individual Ago genes or all four Ago genes,we found that silencing individual Ago expression led to a decrease in BMP9-induced early osteogenic marker alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity in ***,we demonstrated that simultaneously silencing all four Ago genes significantly diminished BMP9-induced osteogenic and adipogenic differentiation of MSCs and matrix mineralization,and ectopic bone ***,our findings strongly indicate that AGO proteins and associated small RNA biogenesis pathway play an essential role in mediating BMP9-induced osteogenic differentiation of MSCs.

Intestinal cancers are developed from intestinal epithelial stem cells(ISCs)in intestinal crypts through a multi-step process involved in genetic mutations of oncogenes and tumor suppressor *** play a key role in maintaining the homeostasis of gut *** 2009,Sato et al established a three-dimensional culture system,which mimicked the niche microenvironment by employing the niche factors,and successfully grew crypt ISCs into organoids or Mini-guts in *** then,the intestinal organoid technology has been used to delineate cellular signaling in ISC ***,the cultured organoids consist of heterogeneous cell populations,and it was technically challenging to introduce genomic changes into three-dimensional ***,there was a technical necessity to develop a twodimensional ISC culture system for effective genomic *** this study,we established a conditionally immortalized mouse intestinal crypt(ciMIC)cell line by using a piggyBac transposon-based SV40 T antigen expression *** showed that the ciMICs maintained long-term proliferative activity under two-dimensional niche factor-containing culture condition,retained the biological characteristics of intestinal epithelial stem cells,and could form intestinal organoids in three-dimensional *** in vivo cell implantation tests indicated that the ciMICs were non-tumorigenic,the ciMICs overexpressing oncogenic b-catenin and/or KRAS exhibited high proliferative activity and developed intestinal adenoma-like pathological features in ***,these findings strongly suggested that the engineered ciMICs should be used as a valuable tool cell line to dissect the genetic and/or epigenetic underpinnings of intestinal tumorigenesis.

为了去除羊毛鳞片,以消除羊毛织物对人体的刺痒感,采用高锰酸钾-蛋白酶法对羊毛粗纱进行改性处理,适当浓度的高锰酸钾与羊毛的鳞片层发生氧化反应,使鳞片得到适度降解,再加上蛋白酶的协同作用,加快了鳞片层的蛋白质肽键的水解,从而达到... 详细信息

为了去除羊毛鳞片,以消除羊毛织物对人体的刺痒感,采用高锰酸钾-蛋白酶法对羊毛粗纱进行改性处理,适当浓度的高锰酸钾与羊毛的鳞片层发生氧化反应,使鳞片得到适度降解,再加上蛋白酶的协同作用,加快了鳞片层的蛋白质肽键的水解,从而达到良好的剥鳞效果,降低了纤维的定向摩擦效应及纤维的细度,同时也减少了染色壁障,使低温染色成为可能。选用L9(34)正交试验方法,对改性前后的羊毛纤维进行了表观形态、力学性能、红外性能和热重测试等客观表征分析,确定了最佳改性工艺。结果表明:高锰酸钾-碱性蛋白酶法羊毛改性工艺是一种有效的减量剥鳞的加工新手段,改性后羊毛粗纱的线密度由15.2 tex减小到14.7 tex,提高了粗纱羊毛纤维织物的服用性能。
