Ingenious microstructure design and rational composition selection are effective approaches to realize high-performance microwave absorbers,and the advancement of biomimetic manufacturing provides a new *** nature,urchins are the animals without eyes but can“see”,because their special structure composed of regular spines and spherical photosensitive bodies“amplifies”the light-receiving ***,inspired by the above phenomenon,the biomimetic urchin-like Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@ZnO hollow microspheres are rationally designed and fabricated,in which ZnO nanoarrays(length:~2.3μm,diameter:~100 nm)as the urchin spines are evenly grafted onto the surface of the Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) hollow spheres(diameter:~4.2μm)as the urchin spherical photosensitive *** construction of gradient impedance and hierarchical heterostructures enhance the attenuation of incident electromagnetic *** the EMW loss behavior is further revealed by limited integral simulation calculations,which fully highlights the advantages of the urchin-like *** a result,the Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@ZnO hollow spheres deliver a strong reflection loss of−57.4 dB and broad effective absorption bandwidth of 6.56 GHz,superior to similar *** work provides a new biomimetic strategy for the design and manufacturing of advanced microwave absorbers.

A hierarchical model is developed to predict the streaming potential （SP） in the canaliculi of a loaded os teon. Canaliculi are assumed to run straight across the os teon annular cylinder wall, while disregarding the effect of lacuna. SP is generalized by the canalicular fluid flow. Ana lytical solutions are obtained for the canalicular fluid veloc ity, pressure, and SP. Results demonstrate that SP amplitude （SPA） is proportional to the pressure difference, strain am plitude, frequency, and strain rate amplitude. However, the key loading factor governing SP is the strain rate, which is a representative loading parameter under the specific phys iological state. Moreover, SPA is independent of canalicu lar length. This model links external loads to the canalicu lar fluid pressure, velocity, and SP, which can facilitate fur ther understanding of the mechanotransduction and electro mechanotransduction mechanisms of bones.

A series of poly-aluminum-chloride-sulfate (PACS), which has different basicities (gamma) and Al3+/SO42- molar ratio, has been prepared and dried at 105degreesC and 65degreesC, respectively. The distribution of aluminum species of PACS was examined, and the effect of 7 value, Al3+/SO42- molar ratio, dilution on the distribution of aluminum species of PACS was also investigated by using Al-ferron timed complex colorimetric method. The IR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction were used to study the effect of gamma value, Al3+ / SO42- molar ratio and the drying temperature on the structure of PACS. The experimental results show that Al3+/SO42- molar ratio has a great effect on the distribution of aluminum species, but the dilution has a little effect on the distribution of aluminum species. The lower the Al3+/SO42- molar ratio, the higher the proportions of the polymer and colloidal species in PACS, The polymeric degree of PACS was related to gamma value and Al3+/SO(4)(2-)molar ratio. Drying temperature has an influence on the structure and the solubility of solid PACS products.

AIM:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of microcatheterassisted 360-degree trabeculotomy combined with trabeculectomy(MATT-Trab)for treating refractory ***:Patients with refractory glaucoma who underwent MATT-Trab were retrospectively *** indicators for research statistics included the intraocular pressure(IOP)level,degree of decrease,changes in medication dosage,and success *** indicators included the best-corrected visual acuity and incidence of ***:This study comprised 31 patients,including 11 males and 20 females,with ages ranging from 8mo to 67y(mean age:29.40±22.10y).The average postoperative IOP at 1d,1wk,1mo,3mo,6mo,1y,and the last followup was significantly lower than the average preoperative IOP(31.33±9.24 mm Hg,P<0.05).The average number of postoperative medications at 1y was 0.48±1.51,which was significantly reduced compared to that used preoperatively(3.77±0.99,P=0.00).The absolute and qualified success rates were 45.16% and 83.87%,*** acuity exhibited no statistically significant difference between the postoperative and preoperative follow-up time points,except for the first day after *** most common postoperative complications were anterior chamber hemorrhage(25 cases,86.21%)and high IOP(10 cases,34.48%).CONCLUSION:Our results indicate that MATT-Trab is effective and safe for treating refractory glaucoma.

In the era of Metaverse and virtual reality(VR)/augmented reality(AR),capturing finger motion and force interactions is crucial for immersive human-machine *** study introduces a flexible electronic skin for the index finger,addressing coupled perception of both state and process in dynamic tactile *** device integrates resistive and giant magnetoelastic sensors,enabling detection of surface pressure and finger joint *** e-skin identifies three phases of finger action:bending state,dynamic normal force and tangential force(sweeping).The system comprises resistive carbon nanotubes(CNT)/polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)films for bending sensing and magnetoelastic sensors(NdFeB particles,EcoFlex,and flexible coils)for pressure *** inward bending resistive sensor,based on self-assembled microstructures,exhibits directional specificity with a response time under 120 ms and bending sensitivity from 0°to 120°.The magnetoelastic sensors demonstrate specific responses to frequency and deformation magnitude,as well as sensitivity to surface roughness during sliding and material *** system’s capability is demonstrated through tactile-based bread type and condition recognition,achieving 92%*** intelligent patch shows broad potential in enhancing interactions across various fields,from VR/AR interfaces and medical diagnostics to smart manufacturing and industrial automation.

Diverse models have been proposed for the role of the Tarim Craton within the Paleoproterozoic Columbia supercontinent assembly. Here we report a suite of-1.71 Ga Nb-enriched meta-gabbro lenses in the eastern Quanji Massif, within the Tarim Craton in NW China. The meta-gabbroic rocks have Nb contents of 11.5-16.4 ppm with Nb/La ratios varying from 0.84 to 1.02((Nb/La)_N = 0.81-0.98) and Nb/U ratios from 38.0 to 47.2. They show low SiO_2(45.1-48.5 wt.%) and MgO(5.96-6.81 wt.%) and Mg#(Mg# = Mg/(Mg + Fe) = 43.5-47.7), high FeO^t(13.0-15.7 wt.%) and moderate Ti02(1.70-2.51 wt.%).with tholeiitic affinities. These rocks possess low fractionated REE patterns without obvious Eu anomalies(Eu/Eu~* = 0.87-1.02). Their primitive mantle-normalized elements patterns display significant Zr-Hf troughs, positive Nb anomalies, weak negative Ti and P anomalies, and high contents of Rb and Ba,resembling Nb-enriched basalts generated in arc-related tectonic settings. Their arc-like geochemical signatures together with whole rock εNd(t) values of 0.4-2.1 and corresponding old T_(DM)(2.22-2.37 Ga)as well as(^(143)Nd/^(144)Nd)_t and(^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr)t(t = 1712 Ma) values of 0.5104-0.5105 and 0.7030-0.7058,respectively, suggest that their precursor magma originated from mantle wedge peridotite metasomatised by subduction-derived melts. The results from our study reveal subduction along the eastern periphery of the Tarim Craton and marginal outgrowth continuing to ~1.7 Ga within the Columbia supercontinent.

Accurate skin temperature is one of the critical factors in successfully assimilating satellite radiance data over land. However, model-simulated skin temperature may not be accurate enough. To address this issue, an extended skin temperature control variable (TSCV) approach is proposed in a variational assimilation framework, which also considers the background error correlation between skin temperature and atmospheric variables. A series of single observation tests and a 10-day cycling assimilation experiment were conducted to evaluate the impact of the TSCV approach on the assimilation of AMSU-A and ATMS (Advanced Technology Microwave Sounder) microwave temperature-sounding channels over land. The results of the single observation tests show that by applying the TSCV approach, not only the direct analysis of skin temperature is realized, but also the interaction between skin temperature and atmospheric variables can be achieved during the assimilation process. The results of the cycling experiment demonstrate that the TSCV approach improves the skin temperature analysis, which in turn reduces the RMSE of the surface variables and low-level air temperature forecasts. The TSCV approach also reduces the difference between the observed and simulated brightness temperatures of both microwave and infrared window channels over land, suggesting that the approach can facilitate the radiance simulation of these channels, thus contributing to the assimilation of window channels.

The coupling between heat and pressure is the kernel of inertia friction welding(IFW)and is still not fully understood.A novel 3D fully coupled finite element model based on a plastic friction pair was developed to simulate the IFW process of a Ni-based superalloy and reveal the omnidirectional thermo-mechanical coupling mechanism of the friction *** numerical model successfully simulated the deceleration,deformation processes,and peak torsional moments in IFW and captured the evolution of temperature,contact pressure,and *** simulated results were validated through measured thermal history,optical macrography,and axial *** results indicated that interfacial friction heat was the primary heat source,and plastic deformation energy only accounted for 4%of the *** increase in initial rotational speed and friction pressure elevated the peak temperature,reaching a maximum of 1525.5K at an initial rotational speed of 2000 r/min and friction pressure of 400 *** interface heat generation could form an axial temperature gradient exceeding 320K/*** radial inhomogeneities of heat generation and temperature were manifested in a concentric ring distribution with maximum heat flux and temperature ranging from 2/5 to 2/3 *** radial inhomogeneities were caused by increasing linear velocity along the radius and an opposite distribution of contact pressure,which could reach 1.7 times the set pressure at the *** circumferential inhomogeneity of thermomechanical distribution during rotary friction welding was revealed for the first time,benefiting from the 3D *** deflection and transformation of distribution in contact pressure and Mises stress were indicators of plastic deformation and transition of quasi-steady state *** critical Mises stress was 0.5 times the friction pressure in this *** presented modeling provides a reliable insight into the thermo-mechanical coupling mechanism of IFW and lays a solid found

This paper analyses the effect of censoring on the estimation of failure rate, and presents a framework of a censored nonparametric software reliability model. The model is based on nonparametric testing of failure rate monotonically decreasing and weighted kernel failure rate estimation under the constraint of failure rate monotonically decreasing. Not only does the model have the advantages of little assumptions and weak constraints, but also the residual defects number of the software system can be estimated. The numerical experiment and real data analysis show that the model performs wdl with censored data.
