Immunotherapies targeting cancer neoantigens are safe,effective,and precise.Neoantigens can be identified mainly by genomic techniques such as next-generation sequencing and high-throughput single-cell sequencing;proteomic techniques such as mass spectrometry;and bioinformatics tools based on high-throughput sequencing data,mass spectrometry data,and biological databases.Neoantigen-related therapies are widely used in clinical practice and include neoantigen vaccines,neoantigen-specific CD8+and CD4+T cells,and neoantigen-pulsed dendritic cells.In addition,neoantigens can be used as biomarkers to assess immunotherapy response,resistance,and prognosis.Therapies based on neoantigens are an important and promising branch of cancer immunotherapy.Unremitting efforts are needed to unravel the comprehensive role of neoantigens in anti-tumor immunity and to extend their clinical application.This review aimed to summarize the progress in neoantigen research and to discuss its opportunities and challenges in precision cancer immunotherapy.

This paper develops a sequential convex programming(SCP)-based method to solve the minimum-fuel variable-specific-impulse low-thrust transfer problem considering shutdown constraint,with emphasize on improving the computational efficiency.The variable parameter engine is more applicable for many low-thrust scenarios,therefore,both a continuously variable model and a ladder variable model are adopted.First,the original problem is convexified by processing the constraint feasible domain,which is composed of the nonlinear dynamic equations and second-order equality constraint,into convex sets.Then,the approximation is generated to close the optimal solution of the low-thrust problem by iteratively solving the convexified subproblem.Moreover,the switching self-detection and adaptive node refinement methods are presented,which can improve the accuracy of the solution and accelerate the convergence during the approximation process and is especially necessary and effective in the scenarios with shutdown constraint.In numerical simulations,the comparison with the homotopic approach shows that the proposed method only needs 4%computational time as that of the homotopic approach,and two variable-specificimpulse examples further demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed method.

High-efficiency and low-cost near-infrared(NIR)emitting quantum dots(QDs)are highly desirable for next-generation intrinsically flexible NIR light sources.Halide passivation is commonly employed to passivate surface traps to obtain high-quality NIRemitting PbS QDs,but this procedure requires high temperature and inert atmospheres.Here we develop a facile roomtemperature halide passivation method for highly efficient NIR-emitting PbS QDs by employing crown ethers as a unique auxiliary additive.Experimental and theoretical investigations reveal that the formation of K^(+)-crown ethers complex effectively facilitates the dissociation of KCl in toluene and releases more Cl^(−)ions for extraordinary halide passivation at room temperature and in the air,thus improving the photoluminescence quantum yield from 24%to 35%in solution and further to 44%in blend films.The well-passivated PbS QD films are integrated with red organic light-emitting diodes(OLEDs)and the resulting QDOLEDs exhibit high-performance NIR emission centered at 887 nm,a high external quantum efficiency of 5.2%at a radiance of 10 W·sr^(−1)·m^(−2),superior operational stability with long lifetime T90 of 188 h at the current density of 25 mA·cm^(−2).We also construct a large-area NIR QD-OLED(5 cm×5 cm)with desirable uniform emission.This work opens a new avenue to achieve robust large-area NIR planar light sources for broad applications.

A new free-living marine nematode species of the genus Leptolaimus belonging to the family Leptolaimidae was collected from intertidal sediments of the Shenzhen Mangrove Nature Reserve,Shenzhen,South China,and it is described here as Leptolaimus holovachovi sp.nov.The new species is characterized by body length 734-896μm in males and 822-941μm in females;papilliform cephalic sensilla;circular amphideal fovea;males with 7-14 anterior midventral alveoli in the pharyngeal region,4-5 midventral tubular precloacal supplements and 4-6 alveolar precloacal supplements;spicules slender,slightly arcuate,proximally cephalated and distally pointed.Plate-like gubernaculum without apophyses.The new species differs from other congener species of the genus by the unique feature of having anterior midventral alveoli in the pharyngeal region.

The Loess Plateau of China(LP) has the largest and thickest loess deposits in the world. Quantifying the amount of loess in the LP is crucial for investigating the accumulation and erosion of loess, and determining the regional soil and water resource capacity. We used loess thickness data, a pedotransfer function for bulk density(BD), and the clay content data observed in 242 sites across the LP to derive the BD of loess and then estimate the loess mass and its distribution across the LP. The results indicated that the average BD of loess between the surface and bedrock is 1.58 g cm^(-3), varying from 1.18 to 1.87 g cm^(-3).The total loess mass is approximately 5.45 ? 10^(13) t, and the average loess mass over an area of 1 m^2 is 169 t, ranging from 1.36 to 585 t. The greatest mass of loess is in the south-central of the LP while the lowest mass of loess is in the northwest and river valley areas. Our estimate of loess mass provides key data for calculating water, carbon, and nutrient storages in the LP, which improves our understanding of soil-water processes and ecohydrological systems in this landscape.

DearEditors,Multiple sclerosis(MS)is a chronic,autoimmune neurological disorder characterized by inflammatory demyelination of the central nervous system;it is associated with reduced mobility,cognitive impairment,and numerous comorbidities[1].Global MS incidence(2.1 per 100,000 person-years)and prevalence(30.1 per 100,000)have increased in recent years,and its prevalence is notably higher in Western countries,ranging from~30 to 200 cases per 100,000[2].In China,recent epidemiological research has shown that the crude prevalence was 2.44 per 100,000 in 2016[3],and the age-and sex-adjusted incidence was 0.235 per 100,000 person-years[4].Despite the relatively low prevalence compared with the global average,China has extensively addressed the well-being of over 30,000 MS patients,enrolling MS in China's First National List of Rare Diseases in 2018.

A series of Zn_(x)Ni_(y)CrO_(m±δ)catalysts were synthesized via a typical co-precipitation method,in which Zn-Cr layered double hydroxides(LDHs)were found and Ni-Zn intermetallic compound(IMC)was formed after reduction in hydrogen.During auto-thermal reforming(ATR)of acetic acid(HAc),the Ni-Zn IMC was transformed into Ni/(amorphous-ZnO)-ZnCr_(2)O_(4) species with uniformed distribution and appropriate interaction within these Ni-Zn-Cr-O species;besides,the adsorbed oxygen promoted the activation and transfer of oxygen species;therefore,deactivation by oxidation,sintering and coking was inhibited.And the optimized Zn_(2.37)Ni_(0.63)CrO_(4.5±δ)catalyst presented high activity and stability in a 45-h ATR test with HAc conversion near 100%and hydrogen yield at 2.7 mol-H_(2)/mol-HAc,showing potential for hydrogen production via ATR of HAc.

Design and experimental validation of event-triggered multi-vehicle cooperation in conflicting scenarios

Platoon control is widely studied for coordinating connected and automated vehicles(CAVs)on highways due to its potential for improving traffic throughput and road safety.Inspired by platoon control,the cooperation of multiple CAVs in conflicting scenarios can be greatly simplified by virtual platooning.Vehicle-to-vehicle communication is an essential ingredient in virtual platoon systems.Massive data transmission with limited communication resources incurs inevitable imperfections such as transmission delay and dropped packets.As a result,unnecessary transmission needs to be avoided to establish a reliable wireless network.To this end,an event-triggered robust control method is developed to reduce the use of communication resources while ensuring the stability of the virtual platoon system with time-varying uncertainty.The uniform boundedness,uniform ultimate boundedness,and string stability of the closed-loop system are analytically proved.As for the triggering condition,the uncertainty of the boundary information is considered,so that the threshold can be estimated more reasonably.Simulation and experimental results verify that the proposed method can greatly reduce data transmission while creating multi-vehicle cooperation.The threshold affects the tracking ability and communication burden,and hence an optimization framework for choosing the threshold is worth exploring in future research.
