To investigate microstructure failure in ferrite-martensite dual phase steel,in-situ observations were performed on multiple plate DP800 specimens during uniaxial tensile tests. Microstructure evolution of the observed region was investigated in details. The experimental data showed that micro-cracks in various regions differed in the initiation time,and micro-failures mainly occurred from the locations with typical characteristics of stress concentration（ i. e. ferrite interiors,the interfaces of ferrite-martensite grains and the martensite-martensite interfaces）. Growth of micro-crack generally experienced the following stages： cracking from martensite boundaries,tiny particles in ferrite interiors,or martensite interiors,propagating in ferrite,bypassing martensite boundaries,or passing through martensite-martensite interfaces,finally ending on martensite boundaries. Martensite was one important source of micro-failure and changed the propagation of micro-cracks significantly. Microstructure deformation was inhomogeneous in the stage of plastic deformation.

The solidification process of metals plays a critical role in their final microstructure and, correspondingly, in their performance. It is therefore important to probe the solidification behavior of metals using advanced in situ techniques. Synchrotron radiation X-ray imaging is one of the most powerful techniques to observe the solidification process of metals directly. Here, we review the development of the solidification apparatus, including the directional solidification device, resistance furnace, multi-field coupling device, semisolid forming device, aerodynamic levitation apparatus, and laser additive manufacturing apparatus. We highlight the recent research progress on the use of synchrotron radiation X-ray imaging to reveal the solidification behavior of metals in the above circumstances. The future perspectives of synchrotron radiation X-ray imaging in metal research are discussed. Further development of this technique will contribute to improve the understanding of the solidification process of metals and other types of materials at different scales.

目的调查综合医院精神心理科门诊首次就诊青少年患者的心理健康状况。方法收集2021年8月至11月于医院心理科门诊首次就诊并完成中学生心理健康量表的青少年患者155例,提取其病历资料及量表评分,分析其心理健康状况。并与国内青少年常模比较及进行不同性别青少年患者间的比较。结果心理健康问题检出率为91%,其中平均得分排前3的因子为焦虑、抑郁、情绪不稳定。其中学生心理健康量表各因子均分显著高于国内青少年常模(t=10.410~23.749,P<0.001)。女性偏执、抑郁、焦虑、情绪不稳定得分及总均分均显著高于男性(P<0.05)。结论该院精神心理科门诊初次就诊的青少年患者心理健康问题普遍严重,且女性患者相对更严重。

Fitz-hugh-Curtis syndrome （FHCS） was reported by Curtis after he found a fibrous adhesion between the surface of the liver and peritoneum in patients with gonococcal pelvic inflammation during laparoscopy in 1930, and the first report by Fitz-hugh as acute gonococcal peritonitis in the right upper quadrant abdomen was published in 1934, The so-called FHCS is believed to originate from an inflammation in the pelvis which may ascend toward the diaphragmatic surface of the liver along the right paracolic gutters to cause the inflammation of the liver capsule with right upper abdominal pain. Previously, FHCS was only seen in females at the age of 20 and 30 years and was often misdiagnosed as acute cholecystitis, cholelithiasis, gastrointestinal diseases, pleuritis, etc., because of involvement of the liver capsule and peritoneum with right upper abdominal pain as the major clinical symptom, which was related to the respiratory movement. We retrospectively reviewed 21 patients with FHCS to evaluate the clinical manifestations and CT and MRI findings of this disease.

为弄清湖北省某蛋鸡场180日龄鸡群出现呼吸道症状和产蛋率下降的病原,采集病料进行病原的分离鉴定与药敏试验,用形态学观察方法和分子生物学方法对分离株进行了形态学观察和16S rRNA基因鉴定,并用鸡胚感染试验对分离株进行致病性试验。结果显示,病原分离鉴定结果仅滑液囊支原体阳性,镜检观察到典型的“煎蛋样”菌落;16S rRNA序列与已报道的滑液囊支原体的具有高度同源性;鸡胚感染试验显示,分离株导致鸡胚发育迟缓,胚体弱小,从弱小胚体内可再次分离出滑液囊支原体;药敏试验结果显示滑液囊支原体分离株对泰妙菌素、四环素和盐酸克林霉素敏感。结果表明,从产蛋下降的鸡群中成功分离到1株滑液囊支原体,为临床该病的防治提供了科学依据。

Environmental photocatalysis is a promising technology for treating antibiotics in *** this study,a supercritical carbonization method was developed to synthesize a single-atom photocatalyst with a high loading of Ni(above 5 wt.%)anchored on a carbonnitrogen-silicate substrate for the efficient photodegradation of a ubiquitous environmental contaminant of tetracycline(TC).The photocatalyst was prepared from an easily obtained metal-biopolymer-inorganic supramolecular hydrogel,followed by supercritical drying and carbonization *** low-temperature(300℃)supercritical ethanol treatment prevents the excessive structural degradation of hydrogel and greatly reduces the metal clustering and aggregation,which contributed to the high Ni *** characterizations confirmed that Ni was present at isolated sites and stabilized by Ni-N and Ni-O bonds in a Ni-(N/O)_(6)-C/SiC configuration.A 5%Ni-C-Si catalyst,which performed the best among the studied catalysts,exhibited a wide visible light response with a narrow bandgap of 1.45 eV that could efficiently and repeatedly catalyze the oxidation of TC with a conversion rate of almost 100% within 40 *** reactive species trapping experiments and electron spin resonance(ESR)tests demonstrated that the h+,and·O_(2)-were mainly responsible for TC *** TC degradation mechanism and possible reaction pathways were provided ***,this study proposed a novel strategy to synthesize a high metal loading singleatom photocatalyst that can efficiently remove TC with high concentrations,and this strategy might be extended for synthesis of other carbon-based single-atom catalysts with valuable properties.

This paper reports a new method to prepare chitosan membrane which could be used as a biomedical material. Addition of a fixation agent composed of alcohol, glycerol and potassium hydroxide can accelerate the sol-gel transformation process and hence shorten the preparation period. The present method takes about 6 h to get a flexible membrane with fine appearance, The physical and biological properties of the membrane were also investigated and compared with the membrane prepared by conventional method.
