Conductive Au-biopolymer composites have promising applications in tissue engineering such as nerve tissue regeneration. In this study, silk fibroin nanofibers were formed in aqueous solution by regulating silk self-assembly process and then used as template for Au nanowire fabrication. We performed the synthesis of Au seeds by repeating the seeding cycles for several times in order to increase the density of Au seeds on the nanofibers. After electroless plating, densely decorated Au seeds grew into irregularly shaped particles following silk nanofiber to fill the gaps between particles and finally form uniform continuous nanowires. The conductive property of the Au-silk fibroin nanowires was studied with current-voltage （I-V） measurement. A typical ohmic behavior was observed, which highlighted their potential applications in nerve tissue regeneration.

为分析信息系统和物理系统失效率对虚拟电厂可靠性的影响,提出耦合信息物理因素的虚拟电厂可靠性评估方法。首先分析了虚拟电厂的可靠性影响因素,再依据故障树分析方法建立了可靠性模型,并结合蒙特卡罗法提出了虚拟电厂的可靠性分析方法。最后算例表明,信息物理系统磨合完成后的虚拟电厂稳定性较高,各可靠性参数重要度一致;由物理系统失效引起的虚拟电厂失效次数较多。

TSC prediction and dynamic control of BOF steelmaking with state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning methods

Mathematical(data-driven)models based on state-of-the-art(SOTA)machine learning and deep learning models and data collected from 12,786 heats were established to predict the values of temperature,sample,and carbon(TSC)test,including temperature of molten steel(TSC-Temp),carbon content(TSC-C)and phosphorus content(TSC-P),which made prepa-ration for eliminating the TSC *** maximize the prediction accuracy of the proposed approach,various models with different inputs were implemented and compared,and the best models were applied to the production process of a Hesteel Group steelmaking plant in China in the *** number of tabular features(hot metal information,scrap,additives,blowing practices,and preset values)was expanded,and time series(off-gas profiles and blowing practice curves)that could reflect the entire steelmaking process were introduced as ***,the latest machine learning models(LightGBM,CatBoost,TabNet,and NODE)were used to make predictions with tabular features,and the best coefficient of determination R^(2)values obtained for TSC-P,TSC-C and TSC-Temp predictions were 0.435(LightGBM),0.857(Cat-Boost)and 0.678(LightGBM),respectively,which were higher than those of classic models(backpropagation and support vector machine).Then,making predictions was performed by using SOTA time series regression models(SCINet,DLinear,Informer,and MLSTM-FCN)with original time series,SOTA image regression models(NesT,CaiT,ResNeXt,and GoogLeNet)with resized time series,and the proposed Concatenate-Model and Parallel-Model with both tabular features and time *** optimization and comparisons,it was finally determined that the Concatenate-Model with MLSTM-FCN,SCINet and Informer as feature extractors performed the best,and its R^(2)values for predicting TSC-P,TSC-C and TSC-Temp reached 0.470,0.858 and 0.710,*** field test accuracies for TSC-P,TSC-C and TSC-Temp were 0.459,0.850 and 0.685,respectively.A related importance analysis was carri

Horizontal segregation has been a constraint to the development and application of super-high bed *** eliminate the horizontal segregation of super-high bed sintering,several typical sintering machines were sampled and analyzed,and theoretical calculation was made to compare the bed depth and their differences in different areas within the mixture ***,solutions were proposed and applied to a 265 m^(2) sintering *** results showed that the horizontal seg-regation of the 265 m^(2) sintering machine was dominated by particles larger than 8 mm with horizontal segregation degree of 0.48,while 360 and 550 m^(2) sintering machines were affected by 5-8 mm and 1-3 mm particles with horizontal segregation degree of 0.27 and 0.31,*** analysis indicated the different segregation distribution results from the matching of the bed depth of each area within the mixture ***,the horizontal segregation degree not larger than 0.06 was achieved by optimizing the time parameters and the division of three zones on the 265 m^(2) sintering machine.

Treadmill training improves neurological deficits and suppresses neuronal apoptosis in cerebral ischemic stroke rats

RehabilNation training is believed to be beneficial to patients with stroke, but its molecular mechanism is still unclear. Rat models of cerebral ischemic stroke were established by middle cerebral artery occlusion/reperfusion, and then received treadmill training of different intens让ies, twice a day for 30 minutes for 1 week. Low-intensity training was conducted at 5 m/min, with a 10-minute running, 10-minute rest, and 10-minute running cycle. In the moderate-intensity training, the intensity gradually increased from 5 m/min to 10 m/min in 5 minutes, with the same rest cycle as above. In high-intensity training, the intensity gradually increased from 5 m/min to 25 m/min in 5 minutes, with the same rest cycle as above. The Bederson scale was used to evaluate the improvement of motor function. Infarct volume was detected using 2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride staining. Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling staining was applied to detect the apoptosis of nerve cells in brain tissue. Western blot assay was employed to analyze the activation of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP)/protein kinase A and Akt/glycogen synthase kinase-3卩 signaling pathways in rat brain tissue. All training intensities reduced the neurological deficit score, infarct volume, and apoptosis in nerve cells in brain tissue of stroke rats. Training intensities activated the cAMP/protein kinase A and Akt/glycogen synthase kinase-3 beta signaling pathways. This activation was more obvious with higher training intensities. These changes were reversed by intracerebroventricular injection of protein kinase A inhibitor Rp-cAMP. Our findings indicate that the neuroprotective effect of rehabilitation training is achieved via activation of the cAMP/ protein kinase A and Akt/glycogen synthase kinase-3 beta signaling pathways. Antibiotic resistance genes comprising antibiotic resistome are of great concern due to their increase in the *** evidence of shared resistomes between soils and animal husbandry has imposed potential risks to human ***,the correlation between a given community’s resistome and bacterial taxonomic composition is ***,a transmission chain of resistomes from swine manure to compost and compost-amended soil were analyzed in five suburban areas of Beijing,China,with unamended agricultural soils as control *** resistomes and bacterial taxonomic compositions were distinct between(I)manure and compost;and(II)compost-amended and control *** manure,compost,and compost-amended soils,theβ-diversity of the resistome and bacterial taxonomic composition was significantly correlated,while no correlation was detected in control *** taxonomic composition explained 36.0%of total variations of the resistome composition,much higher than environmental ***,those results demonstrated that antibiotic resistome was closely related to bacterial taxonomic composition along the suburban transmission chain.

The generation of unsteady interfacial gravity waves by a singularity immersed in two semi-infinite fluids was analytically investigated in detail by the methods of integral transform and of stationary-phase analysis. The fluids were assumed to be initially stationary, immiscible, inviscid and incompressible. The disturbed flows, generated by an impulsive and oscillatory source/dipole immersed above or be neath the interface, were governed by the *** equations. The kinematic and dynamic boundary conditions on the interface were linearized for the small-amplitude waves. By means of the stationary phase analysis on the exact integral form solutions, the asymptotic representations for the interracial waves were derived for large time with a fixed distance to time ratio. The relation between a submerged singularity and a sur face pressure point was discussed. It is found that the local wavelength and the local wave period of the interracial waves are elongated in comparison with those of free-surface waves for a single fluid.
