Ground-based arrays of imaging atmospheric Cherenkov telescopes(IACTs)are the most sensitiveγ-ray detectors for energies of approximately 100 ge V and *** such IACT is the High Altitude Detection of Astronomical Radiation(HADAR)experiment,which uses a large aperture refractive water lens system to capture atmospheric Cherenkov photons(i.e.,the imaging atmospheric Cherenkov technique).The telescope array has a low threshold energy and large field of view,and can continuously scan the area of the sky being observed,which is conducive to monitoring and promptly responding to transient *** process ofγ-hadron separation is essential in very-high-energy(>30 ge V)γ-ray astronomy and is a key factor for the successful utilization of *** this study,Monte Carlo simulations were carried out to model the response of cosmic rays within the HADAR *** analyzing the Hillas parameters and the distance between the event core and the telescope,the distinction between air showers initiated byγ-rays and those initiated by cosmic rays was ***,a Quality Factor was introduced to assess the telescope’s ability to suppress the background and to provide a more effective characterization of its performance.

Background:IQGAP3 plays a crucial role in regulating cell proliferation,division,and cytoskeletal *** expression of IQGAP3 has been linked to various tumors,but its function in glioma is not well ***:Various methods,including genetic differential analysis,single-cell analysis,ROC curve analysis,Cox regression,Kaplan-Meier analysis,and enrichment analysis,were employed to analyze the expression patterns,diagnostic potential,prognostic implications,and biological processes involving IQGAP3 in normal and tumor *** impact of IQGAP3 on immune infiltration and the immune microenvironment in gliomas was evaluated using ***,the cBioPortal database was used to analyze copy number variations and mutation sites of *** validation was also performed to assess the effects of IQGAP3 on glioma cells and explore underlying ***:High IQGAP3 expression in gliomas is associated with an unfavorable prognosis,particularly in wild-type IDH and 1p/19q non-codeleted *** analysis revealed that IQGAP3 is involved in regulating the cell cycle,PI3K/AKT signaling,p53 signaling,and PLK1-related ***,IQGAP3 expression may be closely related to the immunosuppressive microenvironment of ***-K88742110 and LY-303511 are potential drugs for targeting IQGAP3 in anti-glioma *** vitro experiments showed that downregulation of IQGAP3 inhibits the proliferation and migration of glioma cells,with the PLK1/PI3K/AKT pathway potentially playing a crucial role in IQGAP3-mediated glioma ***:IQGAP3 shows promise as a valuable biomarker for diagnosis,prognosis,and immunotherapeutic strategies in gliomas.

N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)plays an important role in embryogenesis,nuclear export,transcription splicing,and protein translation ***,we demonstrate a copper-free click chemistry-mediated assembly of single quantum dot(QD)nanosensor for accurately monitoring locus-specific m^(6)A in cancer *** m^(6)A-sensitive endoribonuclease MazF can digest the unmethylated A-RNA,and the intact m^(6)A-RNA then hybridizes with DNA probes a and b to produce a sandwich hybrid,initiating the click chemistry to generate probe a–b ligation product via first tandem ligation detection reaction(LDR)***,DNA probes c and d can hybridize with the probe a–b ligation product to generate the probe c–d ligation product via second LDR *** LDR cycles can be repeated through denaturation and annealing reaction to generate abundant biotin-/fluorophore-modified probe c–d ligation products that can easily assemble on the QD surface to induce distinct fluorescence resonance energy transfer(FRET)between QD and *** assay can be homogenously performed without the involvement of copper catalyst,m^(6)A-specific antibody,radioactive labeling,ligase enzyme,enzymatic reverse transcription,and next-generation ***,it can discriminate even 0.01% m^(6)A level in complex samples and accurately measure cellular m^(6)A-RNA expression,providing a promising avenue for clinical diagnostics and biomedical research.

n-Caproate,which is produced via chain elongation(CE)using waste biomass,can supply various fossilderived products,thus advancing the realization of carbon *** released from the degradation of nitrogen-rich waste biomass can act as a nutrient or an inhibitor in anaerobic bioprocesses,including CE,with the distinction being primarily dependent on its ***,the optimal concentration of ammonia and the threshold of toxicity for open-culture n-caproate production using ethanol as an electron donor,along with the underlying mechanisms,remain *** study revealed that the optimal concentration of ammonia for n-caproate production was 2.0 g∙L^(-1),whereas concentrations exceeding this threshold markedly suppressed the CE *** of the mechanism revealed the involvement of two forms of ammonia(i.e.,ammonium ions and free ammonia)in this inhibitory *** ammonia levels(5.0 g∙L^(-1))induced excessive ethanol oxidation and suppressed the reverse β-oxidation(RBO)process,directly leading to the enhanced activities of enzymes(phosphotransacetylase and acetate kinase)responsible for acetate formation and diminished activities of butyryl-coenzyme A(CoA):acetyl-CoA transferase,caproyl-CoA:butyryl-CoA transferase,and caproyl-CoA:acetyl-CoA transferase that are involved in the syntheses of n-butyrate and ***,the composition of the microbial community shifted from Paraclostridium dominance(at 0.1 g∙L^(-1)ammonia)to a co-dominance of Fermentimonas,Clostridium sensu stricto 12,and Clostridium sensu stricto 15 at 2.0 g∙L^(-1)***,these CE-functional bacteria were mostly absent in the presence of excessive ammonia(5.0 g∙L^(-1)ammonia).Metagenomic analysis revealed the upregulation of functions such as RBO,fatty acid synthesis,K^(+)efflux,adenosine triphosphatase(ATPase)metabolism,and metal cation export in the presence of 2.0 g∙L^(-1)ammonia,collectively contributing to enhanced n-caproate produc

试验旨在研究不同水平的蒲公英提取物对肉鸡生长性能、血清生化指标及免疫功能的影响。将2000只健康的1日龄的AA肉鸡分成4组,每组10个重复,每个重复50只肉鸡。各组肉鸡分别饲喂含有0(对照组)、0.1%、0.2%及0.4%的蒲公英提取物的试验饲粮。试验期42 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,0.2%和0.4%的蒲公英提取物提高了肉鸡42日龄体重(P<0.05);22~42日龄,0.2%的蒲公英提取物提高了平均日增重(P<0.05),0.2%和0.4%的蒲公英提取物降低了料重比(P<0.05);1~42日龄,0.2%和0.4%的蒲公英提取物提高了平均日增重(P<0.05),0.2%的蒲公英提取物降低了料重比(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,0.2%和0.4%的蒲公英提取物提高了血清中总蛋白和白蛋白水平(P<0.05),降低了尿素氮、胆固醇和甘油三酯水平(P<0.05);0.2%的蒲公英提取物降低了谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶活性(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,0.2%和0.4%的蒲公英提取物提高了肉鸡42日龄的脾脏指数、胸腺指数(P<0.05);0.1%、0.2%和0.4%的蒲公英提取物提高了新城疫抗体效价(P<0.05),0.2%和0.4%的蒲公英提取物提高了免疫球蛋白M、免疫球蛋白A和免疫球蛋白G水平(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲粮中添加适量的蒲公英提取物可以提高肉鸡的生长性能及机体免疫力,改善部分血清生化指标,且蒲公英提取物的适宜添加水平为0.2%。

A typical Riedel Shear Pattern of active faults in the Laolongwan Basin， Northeastern Tibetan Plateau

Riedel shear system， consists of some different oriented faults and derivative structures， is an important pattern of tectonic activity and stress regulation， which has been widely applied to the interpretation of intracontinental deformation. The Laolongwan Basin， located in the western Haiyuan fault zone at the northeastern Tibetan Plateau， is a key area to study the Cenozoic intracontinental deformation in the northeastern plateau， which formed a complex active fault system during the Cenozoic. However， the activity of these faults and their kinematic mechanism remain unclear. In this contribution， based on detailed structural interpretation of remote sensing image， field observations and OSL dating analysis， we propose a Riedel Shear model of active fault system in the Laolongwan basin. Our observations show that this active fault system is consist of four major faults， including the left strike-slip Hasi shan Fault and Zihong shan Fault with thrusting characteristics， the Southern Zihong shan thrust fault and the Mijia shan normal fault. The fault offset and OSL dating analyses suggest that the left-lateral slip rate of the Hasi shan Fault is ～ 2.60-3.01 mm/a since ca. 15 ka， whereas the Zihong shan Fault is ～ 1.10-1.13 mm/a since ca. 14 ka. Fault-slip vectors analyses indicate that the active fault system related to the Riedel Shear in the Laolongwan Basin was controlled by the regional ENE-WSW compressive stress. This compression also caused the significant left-lateral strike-slip movement along the Haiyuan Fault zone at the same time， which might result from the northeastward continuous expanding of the Tibetan Plateau during the late Cenozoic.

目的探讨丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合依达拉奉右莰醇对脑血管病患者内皮功能及神经损伤的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2023年7月鹰潭市人民医院收治的200例脑血管病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各100例。对照组在常规治疗基础上加用丁苯酞氯化钠注射液,观察组则在对照组基础上采用依达拉奉右莰醇治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率为93.00%,高于对照组的83.00%(P0.05)。结论丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合依达拉奉右莰醇可提高脑血管病患者疗效,改善神经功能及日常生活能力,其作用机制可能与改善内皮功能及神经损伤相关指标有关。
