Analysis on Dry Matter Production Characteristics of Super Hybrid Rice

Six middle-season indica hybrid rice combinations, including five super hybrid rice combinations with the high yield about 10.5 t/ha and a check hybrid rice combination Shanyou 63 with a yield potential about 9.5 t/ha, were used as materials to study the dry matter production characteristics. The super hybrid rice showed a high ability in dry matter production and accumulation and its yield enhanced with the increase of dry matter accumulation. The advantage period of dry matter production in the super hybrid rice was mainly at the middle and late growth stages compared with the check. The grain yield had no significant correlation with the dry matter accumulation before the elongation stage while had a significantly positive correlation with the dry matter accumulation from the elongation to maturity stages in super hybrid rice. There were more dry matter in vegetative organs at the heading stage in the super hybrid rice but its contribution to yield （apparent conversion percentage） was averagely 4.3 percent points lower than that in the check. For crop growth rate （CGR）, the comparative advantage of super hybrid rice was at the middle and late stages, especially after flowering. Moreover, as the rising of leaf area index （LAI） and leaf area duration （LAD）, CGR enhanced. The total LAD and the mean of lAD per day of super hybrid rice was about 14.79% and 10.31% higher than those of the check, respectively. The results indicate that the high yield of super hybrid rice mostly comes from the products of photosynthesis after heading, which is shown by the increased CGR at middle and later stages. It is suggested that LAD character might be used to better explain the advantage in the dry matter production of super hybrid rice than LAI.

目的观察定量CT(QCT)腹部体脂参数联合临床-影像学综合模型预测复发性急性胰腺炎(RAP)的价值。方法回顾性分析468例急性胰腺炎(AP),包括207例RAP(RAP组)与261例非RAP(非RAP组),记录首诊临床资料、常规CT表现、腹部皮下脂肪面积(SFA)、内脏脂肪面积(VFA)、腹部总脂肪面积(TFA),以及肝脏和胰腺脂肪含量等QCT参数;比较组间临床特征、CT表现及QCT参数值,以多因素logistic回归分析筛选RAP的独立预测因素,并构建临床-影像学模型及结合QCT参数的综合模型,以受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评估其预测RAP的效能。结果相比非RAP组,RAP组患者年龄较小,饮酒、胆道结石及高脂血症占比、首诊CT胰腺边缘清晰占比,以及VFA、TFA、肝脏脂肪含量及胰腺脂肪含量均较高(P均<0.05)。饮酒、高脂血症、胆道结石、胰腺边缘及胰腺脂肪含量均为RAP的独立预测因素,以之构建的综合模型预测RAP的曲线下面积为0.860,高于基于前4者的临床-影像学模型(0.701)及胰腺脂肪含量(0.770)(P均<0.001)。结论胰腺脂肪含量QCT参数联合临床-影像学综合模型可有效预测RAP风险。

Physics of multiple level hairpin vortex structures in turbulence

Previous experimental and numerical studies have revealed that the hairpin vortex is a basic flow element of transitional boundary layer. The hairpin vortex is believed to have legs, necks and a ring head. Based on our DNS study, the legs and the ring head are generated separately by different mechanisms. The legs function like an engine to generate low speed zones by rotation, create shear layers with surrounding high speed neighbor fluids, and further cause vortex ring formation through shear layer instability. In addition, the ring head is Ω-shaped and separated from quasi-streamwise legs from the beginning. Contrary to the classical concept of ＂vortex breakdown＂, we believe transition from laminar flow to turbulence is a ＂buildup＂ process of multiple level vortical structures. The vortex tings of first level hairpins are mostly responsible for positive spikes, which cause new vorticity rollup, second level vortex leg formation and finally smaller second level vortex ring generation. The third and lower level vortices are generated following the same mechanism. In this paper, the physical process from A-vortex to mul- ti-level hairpin vortices is described in detail.

The intrinsic hypoxic tumor microenvironment and limited accumulation of photosensitizers(PSs) result in unsatisfied efficiency of photodynamic therapy(PDT).To enhance the PDT efficiency against solid tumors,a functional oxygen self-supplying and PS-delivering nanosystem is fabricated via the combination of catalase(CAT),chlorin e6(Ce6) and metal-phenolic network(MPN) *** is demonstrated that the CAT encapsulated in the capsules(named CCM capsules) could catalyze the degradation of hydrogen peroxide(H;O;) to produce molecular oxygen(O;),which could be converted into cytotoxicity reactive oxygen species(ROS) by surface-loaded Ce6 under 660 nm laser irradiation,leading to synergistic anticancer effects in vitro and in ***,the application of CCM capsule could be a promising strategy to improve PDT effectiveness.

采用转录组数据挖掘与实验验证相结合的研究策略,识别表征激素性股骨头坏死(SONFH)痰、瘀、虚证素的标志基因。首先,利用项目组前期临床转录组学检测所得SONFH痰瘀阻络证、经脉痹阻证、肝肾亏虚证共性差异表达基因集,整合差异表达趋势分析与功能挖掘,分别预测出表征痰、瘀、虚证素的候选标志基因集。再利用来源于临床SONFH患者的全血样本、SONFH大鼠的全血和受累股骨头组织样本,采用实时荧光定量PCR(qPCR)技术检测上述候选标志基因的表达量;进一步,采用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)法,客观评价上述候选标志基因的辨证效能。转录组数据分析结果显示,痰证素候选标志基因为超长链脂肪酸延伸酶6(ELOVL6),瘀证素候选标志基因为锚蛋白1(ANK1)、血型糖蛋白A/B(GYPA/B)、Rh相关糖蛋白(RHAG),虚证素候选标志基因为溶质载体家族2(促进葡萄糖转运体)成员1(SLC2A1)、胃口素(STOM)。qPCR验证结果显示,与非SONFH组比较,ELOVL6在痰瘀阻络证患者外周血中的表达量最低(P<0.05);与正常对照组比较,其在SONFH大鼠造模4周外周血和受累股骨头组织中的表达量最低(P<0.01),且对大鼠造模4周的辨证效能(AUC=0.850,P=0.006)优于其他造模时间点(8、12、16、21周AUC分别为0.689、0.766、0.588、0.662)。与非SONFH组比较,ANK1、GYPA、RHAG均在经脉痹阻证患者外周血中表达最低(P<0.05);与正常对照组比较,其在SONFH大鼠造模12周外周血和受累股骨头组织中的表达量最低(P<0.05,P<0.01),且对大鼠造模12周的辨证效能(ANK1:AUC=0.855,P=0.006;GYPA:AUC=0.861,P=0.012;RHAG:AUC=0.854,P=0.009)优于其他造模时间点(4、8、16、21周,ANK1的AUC分别为0.630、0.658、0.657、0.585;GYPA的AUC分别为0.646、0.573、0.691、0.617;RHAG的AUC分别为0.592、0.511、0.515、0.536)。与非SONFH组比较,SLC2A1和STOM均在肝肾亏虚证患者外周血中表达量最低(P<0.05);与正常对照组比较,其在SONFH大鼠造模21周外周血和受累股骨头组织中的表达量最低(P<0.05,STOM在大鼠外周血中表达量与正常对照组间的差异无统计学意义除外),且SLC2A1对大鼠造模21周的辨证效能(AUC=0.806,P=0.009)优于其他造模时间点(4、8、12、16周AUC分别为0.520、0.580、0.741、0.774),STOM的辨证效能无意义。综上,SONFH中痰证素的标志基因为ELOVL6,瘀证素的标志基因为ANK1、GYPA和RHAG,虚证素的标志基因为SLC2A1,有助于从基因水平揭示SONFH痰、瘀、虚证素的生物学内涵。

Predictors and clinical outcomes for spontaneous rupture of hepatocellular carcinoma

目的:建立采用^(1)H定量核磁共振波谱法(^(1)H qNMR)测定帕瑞昔布钠对照品质量分数的方法。方法:在^(1)H qNMR中,使用Bruker Ascend 600超导核磁共振谱仪,以氘代二甲基亚砜为溶剂,采用zg30脉冲序列,弛豫延迟时间为30 s,扫描次数为64次。结果:以帕瑞昔布钠δ7.74的氢质子响应信号作为样品定量信号,以马来酸δ6.23的氢质子响应信号作为内标物定量信号。样品内标物信号响应面积比与质量比的线性回归方程为y=0.2962x-0.0010,相关系数为0.9997,重复性实验的RSD为0.15%(n=6)。测得帕瑞昔布钠(以C_(19)H_(17)N_(2)O_(4)S^(-)计)的质量分数为93.91%,与质量平衡法(93.83%,按C_(19)H_(17)N_(2)O_(4)S^(-)计)、HPLC外标一点法(93.89%)结果一致。结论:本文建立的核磁定量方法可用于帕瑞昔布钠的质量分数测定,该方法准确、快速,并为质量平衡法对标准物质定值提供有力佐证。
