Objective:To evaluate the effect and safety of foot baths with tangbi Waixi Decoction(TW)in treating patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:It is a multicenter double-blinded randomized controlled *** with DPN were recruited between November 18,2016 and May 30,2018 from 8 hospitals in *** patients received basic treatments for glycemic *** received foot baths with TW herbal granules either 66.9 g(intervention group)or 6.69 g(control group)for 30 min once a day for 2 weeks and followed by a 2-week rest,as a therapeutic *** the Toronto Clinical Scoring System total score(TCSS-TS)6 points,the patients received a total of 3 therapeutic courses(for 12 weeks)and were followed up for 12 *** primary outcome was change in TCSS-TS score at 12 and 24 *** outcomes included changes in bilateral motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV)and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV)of the median and common peroneal *** was also ***:Totally 632 patients were enrolled,and 317 and 315 were randomized to the intervention and control groups,*** the 12-week intervention,patients in both groups showed significant declines in TCSSTS scores,and significant increases in MNCV and SNCV of the median and common peroneal nerves compared with pre-treatment(P0.05),and no serious adverse event was related with ***:Treatment of TW foot baths was safe and significantly benefitted patients with DPN.A low dose of TW appeared to be more effective than a high dose.(Registry *** CTR-IOR-16009331)

The genus Cubachipteria of Achipteriidae is firstly reported from China. Two new species of C. pianmaensis sp. nov. and C. gaoligongensis sp. nov., are described here, which are collected on moss and leaf litter from Yunnan Province, China. These two species can be distinguished from all known species of Cubachipteria by the absence of interlamellar setae. A key to the known species of Cubachipteria is given. All type materials are deposited in Guizhou University, Guiyang City, China （GUGC）.

目的基于血清代谢组学研究养筋解毒汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(Diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)大鼠的作用机制。方法将24只SPF级雄性SD大鼠按随机数字表法分为对照组、模型组、养筋解毒汤组,每组各8只,除对照组外,其余各组给予大鼠高脂高糖饲料饲喂8周,之后腹腔注射链脲佐菌制备DPN模型,采用体质量、体长、BMI指数和空腹GLU水平验证模型,模型成功后继续高脂高糖饲料饲喂8周后给予相应药物灌胃给药,2次/d,连续8周。采用空腹GLU水平评价疗效,采集大鼠血液分离血清利用非靶向代谢组学技术,通过主成分分析(PCA)、正交偏最小二乘法判别分析(OPLS-DA),结合t检验、变量重要性投影及差异倍数值筛选差异代谢物及可能的代谢通路。结果经养筋解毒汤干预后与模型组比较,DPN大鼠血糖水平明显降低(P<0.01)。差异代谢物脯氨酸-亮氨酸(Pro-leu)、脯氨酸-异亮氨酸(Pro-Ile)、亮氨酸-酪氨酸(Leu-Tyr)等148种代谢物水平发生变化,同时对类固醇激素生物合成、精氨酸和脯氨酸代谢、甘氨酸、丝氨酸和苏氨酸代谢等代谢通路产生影响。结论养筋解毒汤对DPN大鼠具有一定的治疗疗效,其机制可能与调节氨基酸及皮质激素代谢等有关。

A Self-Healing Elastomer with Extremely High Toughness Achieved by Acylsemicarbazide Hydrogen Bonding and Cu2+-Neocuproine Coordination Interactions

Elastomers with high mechanical toughness can guarantee their durability during service life. Self-healing ability, as well as recyclability, can also extend the life of materials and save the consuming cost of the materials. Many efforts have been dedicated to promoting the mechanical toughness as well as the self-healing capability of elastomers at the same time, while it remains a challenge to balance the trade-off between the above properties in one system. Herein we proposed a molecular design driven by dual interactions of acylsemicarbazide hydrogen bonding and Cu2+-neocuproine coordination simultaneously. By introducing the reversible multiple hydrogen bonds and strong coordination bonds, we successfully fabricated an extremely tough and self-healing elastomer. The elastomer can achieve an impressive top-notch toughness of 491 MJ/m3. Furthermore, it boasted rapid elastic restorability within 10 min and outstanding crack tolerance with high fracture energy（152.6kJ/m2）. Benefiting from the combination of dynamic interactions, the material was able to self-repair under 80 ℃ conveniently and could be reprocessed to restore the exceptional mechanical properties.

Microstructure and mechanical properties stability of pre-hardening treatment in Al-Cu alloys for pre-hardening forming process

The stability of the microstructure and mechanical properties of the pre-hardened sheets during the pre-hardening forming(PHF)process directly determines the quality of the formed *** microstructure stability of the pre-hardened sheets was in-vestigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and small angle X-ray scattering(SAXS),while the mechanical properties and formability were analyzed through uniaxial tensile tests and formability *** results in-dicate that the mechanical properties of the pre-hardened alloys exhibited negligible changes after experiencing 1-month natural aging(NA).The deviations of ultimate tensile strength(UTS),yield strength(YS),and sheet formability(Erichsen value)are all less than 2%.Also,after different NA time(from 48 h to 1 month)is applied to alloys before pre-hardening treatment,the pre-hardened alloys possess stable microstructure and mechanical properties as ***,with the extension of NA time before pre-hardening treatment from 48 h to 1 month,the contribution of NA to the pre-hardening treatment is *** a yield strength increment of 20 MPa is achieved,with no loss in *** limited enhancement is mainly attributed to the fact that only a limited number of clusters are transformed into Guinier-Preston(GP)zones at the early stage of pre-hardening treatment,and the formation ofθ''phase inhibits the nucleation and growth of GP zones as the precipitated phase evolves.

Distributed Source-Load-Storage Cooperative Low-Carbon Scheduling Strategy Considering Vehicle-to-Grid Aggregators

The vehicle-to-grid(V2G)technology enables the bidirectional power flow between electric vehicle(EV)batteries and the power grid,making EV-based mobile energy storage an appealing supplement to stationary energy storage ***,the stochastic and volatile charging behaviors pose a challenge for EV fleets to engage directly in multi-agent *** unlock the scheduling potential of EVs,this paper proposes a source-load-storage cooperative low-carbon scheduling strategy considering V2G *** uncertainty of EV charging patterns is managed through a rolling-horizon control framework,where the scheduling and control horizons are adaptively adjusted according to the availability periods of ***,a Minkowski-sum based aggregation method is employed to evaluate the scheduling potential of aggregated EV fleets within a given scheduling *** method effectively reduces the variable dimension while preserving the charging and discharging constraints of individual ***,a Nash bargaining based cooperative scheduling model involving a distribution system operator(DSO),an EV aggregator(EVA),and a load aggregator(LA)is established to maximize the social welfare and improve the low-carbon performance of the *** model is solved by the alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM)algorithm in a distributed manner,with privacy of participants fully *** proposed strategy is proven to achieve the objective of low-carbon economic operation.

CFD-DEM simulation of fluorination reaction in fluidized beds with local grid and time refinement method

The gas-solid reaction process with wide particle size distribution is extensively used in the chemical engineering field,especially the particle reacts with the gas gradually,such as fluorination reactions in fluidized *** the computational fluid dynamics-discrete element method(CFD-DEM)is used for the coupling simulation of multiphase and polydisperse particle reaction system,the grid size directly affects the accuracy of flow field information and simulation of chemical ***,particle calculation time step will directly affect the efficiency of coupling *** this work,a local grid and time step refinement method is proposed to simulate multiphase and polydisperse particle fluid-ization reaction *** this method,the refined DEM grids are automatically generated in the computational domain around the fine particles,and the detailed fluid phase information is obtained with the interpolation *** the two-phase coupling process,particles are divided into different groups based on physical properties,each group has its own independent time *** multistage conical-cylindrical spouted bed is proposed for the fluorination reaction process;the operating gas ve-locity range of the polydisperse particle system is extended by the new design while the particle size distribution changes with the gas-solid reaction *** is demonstrated that the local grid and time step refinement method can improve the accuracy and efficiency of the traditional CFD-DEM method in the reaction process simulation,which describes a polydisperse particle system with wide particle size *** at improving the simulation accuracy and efficiency,this paper will be helpful for simulating the particle reaction process in the gas-solid fluidized bed and beneficial for the development of the CFD-DEM method.
