Portable quantum sensors are crucial for developing practical quantum sensing and metrology *** nitrogen-vacancy(NV)centers in diamonds have emerged as one of the most promising candidates for compact quantum ***,due to the difficulty of coherently controlling the ensemble spin and noise suppression in a large volume,it often faces problems such as reduced sensitivity and narrowed bandwidth in integrated lensless ***,we propose a fluorescence signal treatment method for NV spin ensemble manipulation by the exponential fitting of spin polarization processes,instead of integrating the photon *** enables spin state readout with a high signal-to-noise ratio and applies to the pulse sensing protocols for large-volume NV *** on this,we further developed a fiberized diamond-based AC *** an XY8-N dynamical decoupling pulse sequence,we demonstrated a T_(2)-limited sensitivity of 8pT/√Hz and T_(1)-limited frequency resolution of 90 Hz over a wide frequency band from 100 kHz to 3 *** integrated diamond sensor leverages quantum coherence to achieve enhanced sensitivity in detecting AC magnetic fields,making it suitable for implementation in a compact and portable endoscopic sensor.

Carbonate deposits in the Ordovivian Majiagou Formation are significant source rocks for natural gas generation in the Ordos Basin, northwestern China. Previous studies mainly focused on the organic matter enrichment mechanism of shales rather than carbonate rocks. The biological sources and paleoenvironment of carbonate source rocks, and the main controlling factors of organic matter enrichment in the carbonate source rocks were studied in this paper in combination with evidence from biomarkers, microfossils and inorganic geochemistry analysis. The results show that four types of microfacies were identified in the Majiagou Formation, respectively as: mud flat microfacies, mud-dolomite flat microfacies, dolomite flat microfacies, and open marine microfacies. The biological sources of organic matter are chiefly planktonic algae, followed by bacteria. The mud flat and mud-dolomite flat contain a high abundance of terrigenous detrital inputs, as indicated by the high content of Al_(2)O_(3), TiO_(2), Th, and Zr. The low Sr/Cu and high Rb/Sr values reveal warm and humid paleoclimate conditions in the mud flat and mud-dolomite flat, whereas the dolomite flat and open marine were likely formed in hot and arid paleoclimate conditions. The mud flat and mud-dolomite flat deposits were characterized by high paleoproductivity of the Majiagou Formation. Low Sr/Ba values were found in the mud flat samples, indicating fresh to brackish water condition, whereas samples of other facies have a relatively high degree of salinity. Based on U_(auth), Mo_(auth), Cr_(auth), Co_(auth), δCe, and δEu values, the mud flat microfacies was formed in a suboxic and anoxic environment, whereas the mud-dolomite flat, dolomite flat and open marine microfacies were within dysoxic to oxic conditions. A model of organic matter enrichment in the Majiagou Formation is thus established. The practical application of energetic materials, particularly 2,4,6,8,10,12-hexanitro-2,4,6,8,10,12-hexaazaisowurtzitane(CL-20), is frequently impeded by phase transition challenges. In this study, we propose a novel strategy to enhance the stability of CL-20 by employing a thermo-sensitive polymer,poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAM), to modulate its phase transitions. Our approach involves the use of an in-situ polymerized polydopamine(PDA) shell as a platform for surface grafting through atom transfer radical polymerization, yielding a core-shell structured CL-20@PDA-PNIPAM. Through comprehensive characterization, the successful grafting of PNIPAM is confirmed, significantly enhanced the phase stability of CL-20. Notably, our core-shell structure exhibits a 13℃ increase in phase transition temperature compared to raw CL-20, thereby delaying the ε→a phase transition by over 80 min under combined thermal and solvent conditions. The enhanced stability is attributed to the hydrophobic nature of PNIPAM above its low critical solution temperature in water, which effectively shields the CL-20 crystal. These findings provide new insights into enhancing the stability and safety of energetic materials in complex environments, highlighting the potential of our molecular switch mechanism.

In recent years,cat-state encoding and high-dimensional entanglement have attracted much ***,previous works are limited to generation of entangled states of cat-state qubits(two-dimensional entanglement with cat-state encoding),while how to prepare entangled states of cat-state qutrits or qudits(high-dimensional entanglement with cat-state encoding)has not been *** here propose to generate a maximally-entangled state of multiple cat-state qutrits(three-dimensional entanglement by cat-state encoding)in circuit *** entangled state is prepared with multiple microwave cavities coupled to a superconducting flux ququart(a four-level quantum system).This proposal operates essentially by the cavity-qutrit dispersive *** circuit hardware resource is minimized because only a coupler ququart is *** higher intermediate level of the ququart is occupied only for a short time,thereby decoherence from this level is greatly suppressed during the state ***,the state preparation time does not depend on the number of the qutrits,thus it does not increase with the number of the *** an example,our numerical simulations demonstrate that,with the present circuit QED technology,the high-fidelity preparation is feasible for a maximally-entangled state of two cat-state ***,we numerically analyze the effect of the inter-cavity crosstalk on the scalability of this *** proposal is universal and can be extended to accomplish the same task with multiple microwave or optical cavities coupled to a natural or artificial four-level atom.

Autonomous robots have garnered extensive utilization in diverse fields. Among the critical concerns for autonomous systems, path planning holds paramount importance. Notwithstanding considerable efforts in its development over the years, path planning for autonomous systems continues to grapple with challenges related to low planning efficiency and inadequate obstacle avoidance response in a timely *** study proposes a novel and systematic solution to the path planning problem within intricate office buildings. The solution consists of a global planner and a local planner. To handle the global planning aspect, an adaptive clustering-based dynamic programming rapidly exploring random tree(ACDP-RRT) algorithm is proposed. ACDP-RRT effectively identifies obstacles on the map by leveraging geometric *** obstacles are then represented as a collection of sequentially arranged convex polygons, optimizing the sampling region and significantly enhancing sampling efficiency. For local planning, a network decoupling actor-critic(ND-AC) algorithm is employed. The proposed ND-AC simplifies the local planner design process by integrating planning and control loops into a neural network(NN) trained via an end-to-end model-free deep reinforcement learning(DRL) framework. Moreover, the adoption of network decoupling(ND) techniques leads to an improved obstacle avoidance success rate when compared to conventional actor-critic(AC)-based methods. Extensive simulations and experiments are conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed approach.

The AA5052 aluminum alloy is widely used in automobile and aerospace manufacturing,and with the development of light-weight alloys,it is required that these materials exhibit better mechanical *** studies have demonstrated that the addition of Sc to aluminum alloys can improve both the microstructure and properties of the *** this study,the effect of Sc on the Fe-rich phase and properties of the AA5052 aluminum alloy was studied by adding 0%,0.05%,0.2%,and 0.3%*** results show that with the increase of Sc,the coarse needle-like Fe-rich phase gradually transforms into Chinese-script and then nearly spherical particles,reduce the size of Fe-rich phase,and refine the grain with increase of high angle grain boundaries(HAGBs).These microstructure changes enhance the strength of the AA5052 alloy through Sc *** ductility of the alloy is obviously improved because the addition of a lower amount of Sc changes the morphology of Fe-rich phase from needle-like into a Chinese-script,and it is subsequently reduced as a result of significant increase in HAGBs with increasing Sc content.
