In this paper, the authors consider the behaviors of a class of parametricMarcinkiewicz integrals μ_Ω~ρ, μ_（Ω,）^（＊,）~ρ_λ and μ_Ω~ρ,S on BMO（Rn） and Campanato spaces with com-plex parameter ρ and the kernel Ω in Llog~＋ L（S^（n-1））. Here μ_（Ω,）^（＊,）~ρ_λand μ_Ω~ρ,S are parametricMarcinkiewicz functions corresponding to the Littlewood-Paley g_λ~＊-function and the Lusin areafunction S, respectively. Under certain weak regularity condition on Ω, the authors prove thatif f belongs to BMO（Rn） or to a certain Campanato space, then [μ_（Ω,）^（＊,）~ρ_λ（f）]~2, [μ_Ω~ρ,_S（f）]~2 and[μ_Ω~ρ（f）]~2 are either infinite everywhere or finite almost everywhere, and in the latter case, somekind of boundedness are also established.

Fast high-precision patient-specific vascular tissue and geometric structure reconstruction is an essential task for vascular tissue engineering and computer-aided minimally invasive vascular disease diagnosis and *** this paper,we present an effective vascular geometry reconstruction technique by representing a highly complicated geometric structure of a vascular system as an implicit *** implicit geometric modelling,we are able to reduce the complexity and level of difficulty of this geometric reconstruction task and turn it into a parallel process of reconstructing a set of simple short tubular-like vascular sections,thanks to the easy-blending nature of implicit geometries on combining implicitly modelled geometric *** basic idea behind our technique is to consider this extremely difficult task as a process of team exploration of an unknown environment like a *** on this idea,we developed a parallel vascular modelling technique,called Skeleton Marching,for fast vascular geometric *** the proposed technique,we first extract the vascular skeleton system from a given volumetric medical image.A set of sub-regions of a volumetric image containing a vascular segment is then identified by marching along the extracted skeleton tree.A localised segmentation method is then applied to each of these sub-image blocks to extract a point cloud from the surface of the short simple blood vessel segment contained in the image *** small point clouds are then fitted with a set of implicit surfaces in a parallel manner.A high-precision geometric vascular tree is then reconstructed by blending together these simple tubular-shaped implicit surfaces using the shape-preserving blending *** results show the time required for reconstructing a vascular system can be greatly reduced by the proposed parallel technique.

Donor-derived infections among Chinese donation after cardiac death liver recipients

AIM To investigate blood cultures of deceased donors and report the confirmed transmission of bacterial infection from donors to liver *** We retrospectively studied the results of blood cultures among our donation after cardiac death(DCD) donors and calculated the donor-derived bacterial infection rates among liver recipients. Study participants underwent liver transplantation between January 1, 2010 and February 1, 2017. The study involved a total of 67 recipients of liver grafts from 67 DCD donors. We extracted the data of donors' and patients' characteristics, culture results and clinical outcomes, especially the post-transplant complications in liver recipients, from electronic medical records. We analyzed the characteristics of the donors and the corresponding liver recipients with emphasis put on donor-derived *** Head trauma was the most common origin of death among our 67 DCD donors(46.3%). Blood taken prior to the procurement operation was cultured for 53 of the donors, with 17 episodes of bloodstream infections developing from 13 donors. The predominant organism isolated from the blood of donors was Gram-positive bacteria(70.6%). Only three(4.5%) of 67 liver recipients developed confirmed donor-derived bacterial infections,with two isolates of multidrug-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae and one isolate of multidrug-resistant Enterobacter aerogenes. The liver recipients with donorderived infections showed relation to higher crude mortality and graft loss rates(33.3% each) within 3 mo post transplantation, as compared to those without donor-derived infections(9.4% and 4.7%, respectively). All three liver recipients received appropriate antimicrobial *** Liver recipients have high occurrence of donor-derived infections. The liver recipients with donor-derived multidrug-resistant Enterobacteriaceae infections can have good outcome if appropriate antimicrobial therapy is given.

针对材料为20Cr的某电机齿轮在冷挤压成形时内齿齿顶面上出现的裂纹缺陷,基于DEFORM-3D对其冷挤压过程进行了模拟,研究了其裂纹形成机理。有限元结果表明,内齿的金属流动速度小于中部及下部外齿的流动速度,内齿齿顶面上齿根处的金属流动速度最小,此处流动最不均匀,易产生应力集中;对齿面的最大主应力及损伤分布进行了分析,得出在内齿齿顶面上,中部及距离下端面1 mm左右的位置应力集中最明显,拉应力较大且大于材料抗拉强度,损伤值也较大且大于临界损伤值,会产生裂纹,与实际情况相符合。通过改变凹模入模角来控制成形缺陷情况,当凹模入模角为23°时,齿根处拉应力下降,损伤值减小,投入生产后次品率从原本的50%降为1%。

Correlation of tumor necrosis factor-β and interleukin-1 gene cluster polymorphism with susceptibility to bacteremia in patients undergoing kidney transplantation

Background Bacteremia remains a significant cause of morbidity and mortality after kidney transplantation. This study was conducted to investigate whether the polymorphisms of tumor necrosis factor （TNF）-β, interleukin （IL）-1β, and IL-1 receptor antagonist （IL-lra） gene predicted the susceptibility to bacteremia within the first 6 months after kidney transplantation. Methods Subjects comprised 82 infected kidney transplant recipients and 60 non-infected kidney transplant recipients. Bacteremia was diagnosed in 16 of the 82 infected recipients. Genomic DNA from these 142 kidney transplant recipients was extracted from peripheral blood leukocytes. Regions containing the Ncol polymorphic site at position ＋252 of TNF-β gene and the Aval polymorphic site at position -511 of IL-Iβ gene were amplified by polymerase chain reaction （PCR） and subsequently digested with Ncol and Aval restriction enzymes, respectively. The polymorphic regions within intron 2 of IL-lra gene containing variable numbers of a tandem repeat （VNTR） of 86 base pairs were amplified by PCR. Results Genotypic and allelic frequencies were similar between infected recipients and non-infected ones. Individual locus analysis showed that recipient TNF-β and IL-lra gene polymorphisms were not associated with the presence of bacteremia （P=0.684 and P=0.567, respectively）. However, genotype analysis revealed that recipient IL-1β 511CC genotype was strongly associated with susceptibility to develop bacteremia （P=0.003）. Recipient IL-1β-511CC genotype （odds ratio 5.242, 95% confidence intervals 1.645-16.706, P=0.005） independently predicted the risk for bacteremia within the first 6 months after kidney transplantation. Conclusions These findings indicate a critical role of IL-1β gene polymorphisms in susceptibility to bacteremia after kidney transplantation, which may be useful to screen for patients at higher risk for post-transplant bacteremias. 我国劳动课程实施的现实困境主要表现为劳动和教育分离、组织结构失衡、实施过程异化三个方面。源于古典哲学和心理学的“活动理论”以“活动”为逻辑起点和中心范畴,将劳动教育活动视为包含活动系统基本六要素整体规划的系统工程,该理论用于分析劳动课程实施困境、优化课程实施路径上体现出其适切性。针对上述问题,活动理论启示通过难点突破保障劳动课程实效、系统优化课程实施结构、师资培训强化课程理解来破解劳动课程实施的现实困境而优化其路径。

In the Xiangshan Bay at the east coast of China,coastal marine pollution is conspicuous and severe in recent *** transport of the pollutants is closely related to the coastal circulation,there is a great practical significance to investigate the circulation in this *** this work,the surface pattern and vertical profiles of Lagrangian residual velocity(LRV)were studied based on field observation data from the inner Xiangshan *** tracking GPS-GPRS drifters’trajectories,the surface LRV pattern is going out in the central deep trough and flowing inwards near the *** with data from two mooring stations,vertical profiles of LRV is flowing out at surface and flowing in at the bottom,consistent with the gravitational circulation induced by baroclinic effects at the ***,according to the diagnostic analysis,the main mechanism driving the residual current is barotropic rather than *** LRV equation is controlled by the tidally-averaged barotropic pressure gradient force,tidal body force and tidally-averaged turbulent stress,while the tidallyaveraged baroclinic pressure gradient force is one order of magnitude less than other ***,the tidally mean eddy viscosity coefficient which is used in the expression of tidally-averaged turbulent stress might be not adequate and requires further studies.
