Quantitative prediction model for the depth limit of oil accumulation in the deep carbonate rocks:A case study of Lower Ordovician in Tazhong area of Tarim Basin

With continuous hydrocarbon exploration extending to deeper basins,the deepest industrial oil accumulation was discovered below 8,200 m,revealing a new exploration ***,the extent to which oil exploration can be extended,and the prediction of the depth limit of oil accumulation(DLOA),are issues that have attracted significant attention in petroleum *** it is difficult to characterize the evolution of the physical properties of the marine carbonate reservoir with burial depth,and the deepest drilling still cannot reach the ***,the DLOA cannot be predicted by directly establishing the relationship between the ratio of drilling to the dry layer and the *** this study,by establishing the relationships between the porosity and the depth and dry layer ratio of the carbonate reservoir,the relationships between the depth and dry layer ratio were obtained *** depth corresponding to a dry layer ratio of 100%is the *** on this,a quantitative prediction model for the DLOA was finally *** results indicate that the porosity of the carbonate reservoir,Lower Ordovician in Tazhong area of Tarim Basin,tends to decrease with burial depth,and manifests as an overall low porosity reservoir in deep *** critical porosity of the DLOA was 1.8%,which is the critical geological condition corresponding to a 100%dry layer ratio encountered in the *** depth of the DLOA was 9,000 *** study provides a new method for DLOA prediction that is beneficial for a deeper understanding of oil accumulation,and is of great importance for scientific guidance on deep oil drilling.

Seafloor topography plays an important role in the evolution of submarine ***,it is still not so clear how the shape of slope affects the three-dimensional(3-D)architecture of submarine *** this study,we analyze the effect of topography factors on different hierarchical lobe architectures that formed during Pliocene to Quaternary in the Rovuma Basin offshore East *** characterize the shape,size and growth pattern of different hierarchical lobe architectures using 3-D seismic *** find that the relief of the topographic slope determines the location of preferential deposition of lobe complexes and single *** the topography is irregular and presents topographic lows,lobe complexes first infill these *** lobes are deposited preferentially at positions with higher longitudinal(***-slope)slope *** the longitudinal slope becomes higher,the aspect ratio of the single lobes ***(***-slope)topography does not seem to have a strong influence on the shape of single lobe,but it seems to affect the overlap of single *** the lateral slope gradient is relatively high,the single lobes tend to have a larger overlap ***,as the average of lateral slope and longitudinal slope gets greater,the width/thickness ratio of the single lobe is smaller,*** tend to accumulate *** results demonstrate that the shape of slopes more comprehensively influences the 3-D architecture of lobes in natural deep-sea systems than previously other lobe deposits and analogue experiments,which helps us better understand the development and evolution of the distal parts of turbidite systems.

Conformational Disorder Within the Crystalline Region of Silica-Filled Polydimethylsiloxane:A Solid-State NMR Study

The crystallization behavior of silica-filled polydimethylsiloxane （PDMS） was investigated in detail by1H solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance （1H SS-NMR） in combination with synchrotron radiation wide-angle X-ray scattering （WAXS）,and temperature-modulated differential scanning calorimetry （TMDSC） *** neat PDMS,no apparent difference is observed for the crystallinity characterized by1H SS-NMR and WAXS at low-temperature ***,upon filler addition,a 15%-35%lower difference in crystallinity is observed measured by1H SS-NMR compared to *** origin of such mismatch was explored through multi-component structural,dynamics,and chain-order analysis of PDMS samples with different filler *** 1D integrated WAXS results of PDMS with different filler fractions at different temperatures show that the packing structure as well as crystal size basically remain unchanged,but as the filler fraction increases from 0 phr to 60 phr,the rigid component’s dynamics order parameter Srobtained by1H SS-NMR decreases from 0.70 to *** filler fraction-dependent crystallinity calculated based on Srwas compared with experimental values,revealing a behavior of decreasing order in the crystalline *** with the results of accelerated chain dynamics in crystalline region as reflected by T2values,the molecular origin is attributed to the formation of CONDIS crystals,whose conformational order is lost but the position and orientation orders are *** hypothesis is further supported by the TMDSC results,where,as the filler fraction increases from 0 phr to 60 phr,the melting range widens from 8.77 K to 14.56 K,representing a growth of166%.In addition to previous reports related to the condition for forming CONDIS mesophase,i.e.,temperature,pressure,and stretching,the nano-sized filler could also introduce the local conformational disorder for chain packing.

在社交媒体所带来的商业模式中,传播“二次创作”所生成的新作品已经成为一种互联网平台新的收益来源,并由此产生了长视频和短视频市场之间的收益分配争议。与此同时,移动互联网所带来的技术便利,也使网络用户充分借助他人作品进行自由表达的期望获得了理论上的支撑,使转换性使用得以逐步替代合理使用,在司法实践中扩大了目的转换的积极意义,最终造成合理使用判定标准可预期性的丧失。为了在法教义学层面提高合理使用在判定“二次创作”行为时的稳定性,有必要回归传统的经济分析路径,一方面可以获取从“伯尔尼公约”到域外司法裁判经验的解释学积累,从中梳理出合理使用在应对历次传播技术挑战时的核心要素;另一方面可以围绕现行规范中的“三步检验法”来正确解释著作权限制与例外制度中的“介绍、评论和说明”条款,为“二次创作”的合法性认定提供更为准确的学理解读。

Synergistic effect of additional anlotinib and immunotherapy as second‐line or later‐line treatment in pancreatic cancer:A retrospective cohort study

Background:Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC)is in urgent need of a second‐line or later‐line treatment *** aimed to analyze the efficacy and safety of additional anlotinib,specifically anlotinib in combination with immunotherapy,in patients with PDAC who have failed first‐line ***:Patients with pathological diagnosis of PDAC were additionally treated with anlotinib,and some patients were treated with anti‐PD‐1 agents at the same time,which could be retrospectively *** efficacy and safety of additional anlotinib were ***:A total of 23 patients were *** patients treated with additional anlotinib,the overall median progression‐free survival(PFS)was 1.8 months and the median overall survival(OS)was 6.3 months,regardless of anti‐PD‐1 *** patients receiving additional anlotinib in combination with anti‐PD‐1 agents,median PFS and OS were 1.8 and 6.5 months,*** events(AEs)were observed in 16 patients(69.6%).In patients treated with additional anlotinib,the majority of AEs were grade 1–*** analysis revealed that patients with baseline red blood cell distribution width(RDW)<14%treated with additional anlotinib plus anti‐PD‐1 agents had significantly longer OS than patients with baseline RDW≥14%(p=0.025).Patients with additional anlotinib plus anti‐PD‐1 agents as second‐line therapy had a longer OS than those treated as later‐line therapy(p=0.012).Multivariate analysis showed that baseline RDW was the only independent risk factor for OS(p=0.042).Conclusion:The combination of anlotinib and immunotherapy represents an effective add‐on therapy with tolerable AEs as second‐or later‐line therapy in patients with PDAC,particularly in patients with baseline RDW<14%.

The continually-discovered large volumes of marine hydrocarbons indicate a huge exploration potential within the carbonate rocks of Ordovician in the Tarim Basin,northwestern *** Middle-Upper Ordovician(O2+3)carbonate source rocks are at a highly mature *** rocks presently contain a low amount of total organic carbon(TOC_(pd)≤0.5%)(TOC_(pd) means the present-day TOC).A mass balance approach is used to identify the source rocks that have expelled *** characteristics and origin of hydrocarbon expulsion from low-TOC_(pd) source rocks are studied,which are significant for oil exploration in the *** results showed that a low-TOC_(pd) O2+3 source rock having expelled hydrocarbons was type I and had a very narrow oil *** a high rock maturity and a high original TOC(TOCo)value exceeding 1%,nearly 80%of the generated hydrocarbons were *** content of gammacerane and C28 steranes in the oil and source rock extracts were relatively lean,with a V-shaped distribution of regular steranes,suggesting a possible genetic relation between the low-TOC_(pd) source rocks and the marine oil in the Tabei *** planktonic algae or acritarchs were the main hydrocarbon parent materials,distributed in the subsiding platform-slope *** matter was preserved under reducing conditions,and source rocks were formed with a favorable kerogen type and a moderate hydrocarbon generation *** study illustrates the hydrocarbon expulsion of low TOC_(pd) source rocks in northern Tarim Basin,which is greatly significant for analyzing the genesis of marine crude oil in Tarim Basin,and evaluating the distribution of marine source *** research method is theoretically significant for oil and gas exploration in the same type of highlymature carbonate paleobasins.

Clinical efficacy of gamma-oryzanol combined with Femoston for perimenopausal syndrome

BACKGROUND Perimenopausal syndrome(PMS)is a chronic disease associated with estrogen *** of the unsatisfactory outcomes of current conventional treatments for this condition,its treatment must be continuously explored and *** To assess the clinical effectiveness ofγ-oryzanol in combination with Femoston for *** A total of 119 patients with PMS were selected from June 2023 to December 2023,which included 59 and 60 patients in the control and observation group,*** control and observation groups were treated with Femoston andγ-oryzanol+Femoston,*** analyses were performed in terms of clinical effectiveness,safety(dizziness and headache,nausea and vomiting,and breast tenderness),sex hormones[estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)],lumbar spine(L1-4)and bilateral femoral bone mineral density(BMD),and sleep quality(sleeping time and frequency of awakenings from sleep).RESULTS Compared with the control group,the observation group had statistically higher total effective rates of treatment;lower overall incidence of adverse events;higher post-treatment E2 levels and L1-4 and bilateral femoral BMD;and lower LH and FSH levels,sleeping time,and frequency of awakenings from sleep after *** Therefore,for the treatment of PMS,γ-oryzanol combined with Femoston is significantly better than Femoston alone in terms of clinical effectiveness,exhibiting more pronounced clinical advantages in improving safety,sex hormone levels,BMD,and sleep quality.
