From the standpoint of chemical structures,the organic backbones of energetic materials can be classified into aromatic rings,nonaromatic rings,and open *** the category of aromatic energetic compounds exhibits several advantages in the regulation of energetic properties,the nonaromatic heterocycles,assembling nitramino explosophores with simple alkyl bridges,still have prevailed in benchmark *** methylene bridge plays a pivotal role in the constructions of the classic nonaromatic heterocycle-based energetic compounds,e.g.,hexahydro-1,3,5-trinitro-1,3,5-triazine(RDX)and octahydro-1,3,5,7-tetranitro-1,3,5,7-tetrazocine(HMX),whereas ethylene bridge is the core moiety of state-of-the-art explosive 2,4,6,8,10,12-hexanitro-2,4,6,8,10,12-hexaazaisowurtzitane(CL-20).In this context,it is of great interest to employ simple and practical bridges to assemble aromatic and nonaromatic nitrogen-rich heterocycles,thereby expanding the structural diversity of energetic materials,e.g.,bridged and fused nitrogen-rich ***,alkyl-bridged poly-heterocycles highlight the potential for the open chain type of energetic *** this review,the development of alkyl bridges in linking nitrogen-rich heterocycles is presented,and the perspective of the newly constructed energetic backbones is summarized for the future design of advanced energetic materials.

目的探讨Gene Xpert MTB/RIF技术在结核分枝杆菌(MTB)快速检测中的应用价值。方法收集2020年1月至2022年10月在南昌市第九医院就诊的疑似结核病患者送检的314例痰样本,分别采用Gene XpertMTB/RIF技术、抗酸染色法以及液体培养法进行检测,比较3种检测方法MTB阳性检出率,并以液体培养法检测结果为“金标准”,评估Gene Xpert MTB/RIF技术对MTB的检测效能。结果314例样本经GeneXpertMTB/RIF技术、抗酸染色法和结核分枝杆菌液体培养法检测,其阳性率分别为36.94%、12.10%和36.31%,Gene Xpert MTB/RIF技术和液体培养法MTB的阳性检出率高于抗酸染色法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。以液体培养法为“金标准”,GeneXpertMTB/RIF技术MTB的检测敏感度为95.61%,特异度为96.50%;抗酸染色法的检测敏感度为31.58%,特异度为99.00%;Gene Xpert MTB/RIF技术的敏感度高于抗酸染色法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经Kappa分析发现Gene Xpert MTB/RIF技术与液体培养法检测MTB的一致性好(Kappa=0.918),而抗酸染色法与液体培养法检测结果的一致性较差(Kappa=0.357)。相比抗酸染色法,Gene XpertMTB/RIF技术有更高的正确检出率,联合使用可有效降低MTB的漏检率。结论GeneXpertMTB/RIF技术在MTB检测中具有敏感度高、特异性好等特点,有较高的临床应用价值。

[目的]已有研究表明H_(2)S可拮抗心肌纤维化,但线粒体靶向性H_(2)S能否拮抗心肌梗死后心肌纤维化,且是否与调控线粒体融合与分裂有关目前并不明确。为了探究这一关系,进行了该研究。[方法]在动物实验中予以异丙肾上腺素[ISO,50 mg/(kg·d)]腹腔注射构建SD大鼠心肌梗死模型,对各组大鼠行心电图检测,使用线粒体H_(2)S供体AP39[36μg/(kg·d)],腹腔注射连续处理SD大鼠4周,使用Masson染色检测心肌纤维化情况,使用Western blot检测相关蛋白表达情况。体外实验以氯化钴(CoCl_(2),800μmol/L)诱导H9c2心肌细胞缺氧损伤,AP39(100 nmol/L)处理H9c2细胞,使用DL-炔丙基甘氨酸(PAG,2 mmol/L)抑制内源性硫化氢合成酶胱硫醚-γ-裂解酶(CSE),并通过荧光探针检测心肌细胞活性氧(ROS)的水平。[结果]梗死大鼠心肌存在明显间质纤维化,胶原纤维大量堆积,且CSE、线粒体融合蛋白2(MFN2)表达下调,线粒体动力相关蛋白1(DRP1)表达增加,AP39干预后则可明显改善以上变化,而加入CSE抑制剂PAG则可逆转AP39的以上作用。同时在体外实验中发现,以CoCl_(2)诱导H9c2心肌细胞缺氧损伤时,细胞内ROS水平升高,MFN2表达下调,DRP1表达增加,AP39则可上调MFN2蛋白表达,抑制DRP1表达,降低心肌细胞ROS水平,而PAG则可逆转以上变化。[结论]线粒体靶向性H_(2)S供体AP39可以改善心肌梗死大鼠心肌纤维化,且可促进线粒体融合,抑制线粒体过度分裂。

Identity-based hash proof system is a basic and important primitive. Ittographic schemes and protocols that are secure against key-leakage attacks. In thisupdatable identity-based hash proof system, in which the related master secret keyis widely utilized to construct cryp-paper, we introduce the concept ofand the identity secret key can beupdated securely. Then, we instantiate this primitive based on lattices in the standard model. Moreover, we introduce anapplication of this new primitive by giving a generic construction of leakage-resilient public-key encryption schemes withanonymity. This construction can be considered as the integration of the bounded-retrieval model and the continual leakagemodel. Compared with the existing leakage-resilient schemes, our construction not only is more efficient but also can resistmuch more key leakage.

A gold-catalyzed three-component coupling reaction (A3 reaction) was developed as an efficient approach for the synthesis of challenging 2, 4-disubstituted quinoline derivatives. Compared to previously reported Cu/Au bi-catalyst system, this protocol enables achieving A3 reaction only in the presence of triazole-gold catalyst. Notably, 4-alkyl substituted or 2-alkyl substituted quinoline derivatives were obtained with good yields, which highlighted the unique advantage of this new strategy.

肺癌是一种威胁人类生命的常见肿瘤。肺癌细胞侵袭行为及肿瘤微环境的相互作用增加了肺癌的恶性程度。在临床治疗的过程中,肺癌细胞表现出明显的化疗、放疗耐受性。长链非编码RNA(Long non-coding RNAs,LncRNAs)是一类不编码蛋白质的RNA,在多种类型的肿瘤中存在异常表达,尤其与肺癌的进展有关。本文主要对调控肺癌增殖与转移、血管生成、免疫逃逸、放化疗耐药等相关的LncRNAs进行综述,文献复习结果表明肺癌增殖、转移、免疫逃逸、治疗抵抗等均受LncRNAs调控,促癌LncRNAs过表达有助于肺癌细胞免疫逃逸,LncRNAs通过影响肺癌细胞对顺铂、吉非替尼和奥希替尼等化疗敏感性,影响肺癌患者预后。
