Human pose estimation has received significant attention recently due to its various applications in the real world. As the performance of the state-of-the-art human pose estimation methods can be improved by deep learning, this paper presents a comprehensive survey of deep learning based human pose estimation methods and analyzes the methodologies employed. We summarize and discuss recent works with a methodologybased taxonomy. Single-person and multi-person pipelines are first reviewed separately. Then, the deep learning techniques applied in these pipelines are compared and analyzed. The datasets and metrics used in this task are also discussed and compared. The aim of this survey is to make every step in the estimation pipelines interpretable and to provide readers a readily comprehensible explanation. Moreover, the unsolved problems and challenges for future research are discussed.

采用机器学习方法和Aspen过程建模分析方法系统研究了含水率对生物质气化过程的影响规律。研究结果表明生物质含水率对气化气低位热值影响较大,含水率升高,热值降低,生物质含水率对碳转化率影响较小;随着空气当量比升高,气化气低位热值降低,而气化过程碳转化率提高。气化过程能量平衡分析表明,随着生物质含水率升高,气化过程维持能量平衡所需的空气当量比升高。生物质干燥预处理可保证气化气品质,但需消耗部分气化气为干燥供能,并且随着生物质含水率升高,干燥供热消耗的气化气比例提高,消耗比例在含水率20wt%~60wt%阶段近似线性增加,但是当含水率大于60wt%时呈指数升高。

Nanoarchitectonics provide versatile opportunities for modifying the properties of coordination polymers(CP) other than molecular engineering.Spatial-controlled etching focuses on the controlled disassembly of the frameworks.The etching method provides an excellent opportunity for tailoring the properties and functions of the CPs.Here,we discuss the mechanism for controlled etching of the CPs and summarized the two main strategies utilized so far.Several examples are illustrated to demonstrate recent developments in this area.Moreover,advantages of the etched CPs are summarized in several important applications,including energy storage,catalysis and nanomedicine.

采用电沉积法在硫酸铜加乳酸的体系下制备氧化亚铜(Cu_(2)O)薄膜催化剂,通过不同电极基底探究了其空间结构及化学组成对电催化反应性能的影响。在此基础上,利用泡沫铜三维多孔结构及Cu-Cu_(2)O协同作用制备了Cu_(2)O薄膜催化电极(Cu-foam@Cu_(2)O-film),提高Cu_(2)O对醇类产物的选择性和催化剂稳定性。结果表明,在0.5 mol/L KHCO_(3)电解液及-0.9 V vs.Ag/AgCl电位下,醇类总法拉第效率为33.2%,相比于传统碳纸基底电极(Carbon@Cu_(2)O-film)提高了近3倍。

针对如何充分利用空间特征来达到较高的高光谱图像分类精度的问题,提出了一种基于三维离散小波变换(3D-DWT)与随机补丁网络(RPNet)结合的高光谱图像的地物属性分类算法。在分类过程中,综合3D-DWT提取的特征和RPNet深度学习框架提取的特征,利用支持向量机(SVM)对特征向量进行分类。所提出的方法在Indian Pines和University of Pavia两个数据集上进行测试,结果表明该方法比现有方法有显著的分类性能的提高。

The development of new electron transporting layer(ETL) materials to improve the charge carrier extraction and collection ability between cathode and the active layer has been demonstrated to be an effective approach to enhance the photovoltaic performance of organic solar cells(OSCs). Herein, water-soluble carbon dots(CDs) as ETL material have been creatively synthesized by a vigorous chemical reaction between polyethylenimine(PEI) and 3,4,9,10-perylenetetracarboxylic dianhydride(PTCDA) via a simple one-step hydrothermal method. Taking full advantage of the high electron transfer property of PTCDA and the work function(WF) reduction ability of PEI, CD gained high electron mobility due to its large π-conjugated area and reduced the WF of indium tin oxide(ITO) by 0.75 e V. As for the photovoltaic performance of devices, inverted OSCs based on CDs have achieved a high power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 17.35%, exhibiting no burn-in effect with no reduction in PCE after more than 4000 h of storage. The successful application of CDs in OPV has developed a new avenue for designing efficient ETL materials that benefits the photovoltaic performance of OSCs.

Background:EBV-miR-BARTs exhibit significant relevance in epithelial tumors,particularly in EBVassociated gastric and nasopharyngeal cancers.However,their specific mechanisms in the initiation and progression of gastric cancer remain insufficiently explored.Material and Methods:Initially,EBV-miRNA-BART6-5p and its target gene SMAD4 expression were assessed in EBV-associated gastric cancer tissues and cell lines.Subsequent transfection induced overexpression of EBV-miRNA-BART6-5p in AGS and MKN-45,and downregulation in EBVpositive cells(SUN-719).The subsequent evaluation aimed to observe their impact on gastric cancer cell proliferation,migration,and glycolytic processes,with the TGF-β/SMAD4 signaling pathway value clarified using a TGF-βinhibitor.Results:EBV-miRNA-BART6-5p exhibits pronounced upregulation in EBV-associated gastric cancer tissues and EBV-positive cells,while its target gene SMAD4 demonstrates downregulated expression.Upregulation of it can promote the proliferation and migration of gastric cancer cells.Additionally,We found EBV-miRNA-BART6-5p promotes glycolysis of gastric cancer cells.Inhibition of the TGF-β/SMAD4 signaling pathway resulted in suppressed proliferation and migration of gastric cancer cells,concomitant with a diminished glycolytic capacity.Conclusion:In this study,we found that EBV-miRNA-BART6-5p can target SMAD4,effectively increasing glycolysis in gastric cancer cells by regulating the TGF-β/SMAD4 signaling pathway,thereby enhancing the proliferation and metastasis of gastric cancer cells.Our findings may offer new insights into the metabolic aspects of gastric cancer.

Molecular mechanisms associated with inflammation-promoted tumorigenesis have become an important topic in cancer research. Various abnormal epigenetic changes, including DNA methylation, histone modification, chromatin remodeling, and noncoding RNA regulation, occur during the transformation of chronic inflammation into colorectal cancer(CRC). These changes not only accelerate transformation but also lead to cancer progression and metastasis by activating carcinogenic signaling pathways. The NF-κB and STAT3 signaling pathways play a particularly important role in the transformation of inflammation into CRC, and both are critical to cellular signal transduction and constantly activated in cancer by various abnormal changes including epigenetics. The NF-κB and STAT3 signals contribute to the microenvironment for tumorigenesis through secretion of a large number of pro-inflammatory cytokines and their crosstalk in the nucleus makes it even more difficult to treat CRC. Compared with gene mutation that is irreversible, epigenetic inheritance is reversible or can be altered by the intervention. Therefore, understanding the role of epigenetic inheritance in the inflammation-cancer transformation may elucidate the pathogenesis of CRC and promote the development of innovative drugs targeting transformation to prevent and treat this malignancy. This review summarizes the literature on the roles of epigenetic mechanisms in the occurrence and development of inflammation-induced CRC. Exploring the role of epigenetics in the transformation of inflammation into CRC may help stimulate futures studies on the role of molecular therapy in CRC.

Spectral Response of Different Eroded Soils in Subtropical China: A Case Study in Changting County, China

Hyper-spectral data is widely used to determine soil properties. However, few studies have explored the soil spectral characteristics as response to soil erosion. This study analysed the spectral response of different eroded soils in subtropical China and then identify the spectral characteristics and soil properties that better discriminate soils with different erosion degrees. Two methods were compared: direct identification by inherent spectral characteristics and indirect identification by predictions of critical soil properties. Results showed that the spectral curves for different degrees of erosion were similar in morphology, while overall reflectance and characteristics of specific absorption peaks were different. When the first method is applied, some differences among different eroded groups were found by integration of associated indicators.However, the index of such indicators showed apparent mixing and crossover among different groups, which reduced the accuracy of identification.For the second method, the correlation between critical soil properties, such as soil organic matter(SOM), iron and aluminium oxides and reflectance spectra, was analysed. The correlation coefficients for the moderate eroded group were primarily between-0.3 to-0.5, which were worse than the other twogroups. However, the maximum value of R2 was obtained as 0.86 and 0.94 for the non-apparent eroded and the severe group. Furthermore, these two groups also showed some differences in the spectral response of iron complex state(Fep), Aluminium amorphous state(Alo) and the modelling results for soil organic matter(SOM). The study proved that it is feasible to identify different degrees of soil erosion by hyper-spectral data, and that indirect identification by modelling critical soil properties and reflectance spectra is much better than direct identification. These results indicate that hyper-spectral data may represent a promising tool in monitoring and modelling soil erosion.
