Objective This study aimed to investigate the effect and underlying mechanism of Fructus lycii in improving exercise *** A network pharmacological approach was used to explore potential mechanisms of action of Fructus *** muscle c2c12 cells and immunofluorescence were employed to verify the effect and mechanism of the representative components in Fructus lycii predicted by network pharmacological *** Six potential active components,namely quercetin,β-sitosterol,stigmasterol,7-Omethylluteolin-6-c-beta-glucoside_qt,atropine,and glycitein,were identified to have potency in improving exercise fatigue via multiple pathways,such as the PI3K-Akt,neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction,IL-17,TNF,and MAPK signaling *** immunofluorescence results indicated that quercetin,a significant active component in Fructus lycii,increased the mean staining area of 2-NBDG,TMRM,and MitoTracker,and decreased the area of cellRox compared to the ***,the protein expression levels of p-38 MAPK,p-MAPK,p-JNK,p-PI3K,and p-AKT markedly increased after quercetin *** Fructus lycii might alleviate exercise fatigue through multiple components and *** these,quercetin appears to improve exercise fatigue by enhancing energy metabolism and reducing oxidative *** PI3K-AKT and MAPK signaling pathways also appear to play a role in this process.

A phosphine-catalyzed [4+3] annulation between dinucleophilic indole derivatives and Morita−Baylis−Hillman (MBH) carbonates was discovered by using the N1 and N4′/c4′ nucleophilicities of the indole precursors,in which indoles act as four atom synthons. This protocol provides an efficient and facile access to indole-1,2-fused 1,4-diazepinones and azepines in good to high yields in one step,which illustrates potential synthetic utilities in drug discovery.

The Internet of Medical Things(Io MT) is regarded as a critical technology for intelligent healthcare in the foreseeable 6G era. Nevertheless, due to the limited computing power capability of edge devices and task-related coupling relationships, Io MT faces unprecedented challenges. considering the associative connections among tasks, this paper proposes a computing offloading policy for multiple-user devices(UDs) considering device-to-device(D2D) communication and a multi-access edge computing(MEc)technique under the scenario of Io MT. Specifically,to minimize the total delay and energy consumption concerning the requirement of Io MT, we first analyze and model the detailed local execution, MEc execution, D2D execution, and associated tasks offloading exchange model. consequently, the associated tasks’ offloading scheme of multi-UDs is formulated as a mixed-integer nonconvex optimization problem. considering the advantages of deep reinforcement learning(DRL) in processing tasks related to coupling relationships, a Double DqN based associative tasks computing offloading(DDATO) algorithm is then proposed to obtain the optimal solution, which can make the best offloading decision under the condition that tasks of UDs are associative. Furthermore, to reduce the complexity of the DDATO algorithm, the cacheaided procedure is intentionally introduced before the data training process. This avoids redundant offloading and computing procedures concerning tasks that previously have already been cached by other UDs. In addition, we use a dynamic ε-greedy strategy in the action selection section of the algorithm, thus preventing the algorithm from falling into a locally optimal solution. Simulation results demonstrate that compared with other existing methods for associative task models concerning different structures in the Io MT network, the proposed algorithm can lower the total cost more effectively and efficiently while also providing a tradeoff between delay and energy co

Many studies have revealed that gut microbes modulate host *** this study,we characterized the therapeutic effects of a novel gut commensal Luoshenia tenuis against host metabolic ***,by in silico analysis,we demonstrated that the *** was prevalent in the gut microbiomes of healthy humans but were depleted specifically in obesity *** in vitro cultivation revealed that *** produced short chain fatty acids that were verified to modulate host metabolism and some other volatile metabolites to benefit hosts by anti-inflammation and ***,gavage of the *** significantly decreased the body weight gain and food intake of high-fat diet-feeding c57BL/6J mice,which was in parallel with the changed expression level of genes related to satiety and feeding *** then performed the gavage trial using diet induced obese mice,and it revealed that the administration of *** alleviated significantly the abnormal glucose and lipid metabolisms and reduced the inflammatory *** summary,this study revealed a previously-unknown human gut commensal microbe that benefited host metabolism,and set the stage for the development of novel next-generation probiotic applicable for treatment of obesity and related metabolic disorders.

carbon Nanotubes(cNTs)reinforced Polymer-Matrix composites(PMcs)is widely used as insulation materials in thermal protection system of aerospace ***,cNTs are prone to oxidation and have high thermal conductivities,which makes it difficult to improve the ablation resistance of insulation materials that contain ***_(2)was encapsulated onto the surface of cNTs(cNTs@SiO_(2)),which were then added to Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer(EPDM)rubber to prepare the insulation *** analysis and ablation test were used to evaluate the resistance of the insulation materials to thermal oxidation and ***,scanning electron microscopy was performed to analyze their *** revealed that the addition of cNTs@SiO_(2)could visibly reduce the effects of hot corrosion and ablation on insulation *** c-cNTs@SiO_(2)-1 formulation had the best ablative ***,compared with the unencapsulated formulation(c-cNTs-10),the c-cNTs@SiO_(2)-1 formulation reduced the line ablation rate by 51%to 0.0130 mm/s after oxygen-acetylene ***,the ablation mechanism was investigated based on the effects of the cNTs@SiO_(2)additive on their ***,the improvement in ablation performance may be attributed to cNTs@SiO_(2)-induced decreases in thermal conductivity,improvement in the hot corrosion resistance in the char layer,and changes in the microstructure.

carbon dioxide conversion into valuable products using photocatalysis and electrocatalysis is an effective approach to mitigate global environmental issues and the energy shortages. Among the materials utilized for catalytic reduction of cO_(2), cu-based materials are highly advantageous owing to their widespread availability, cost-effectiveness, and environmental sustainability. Furthermore, cu-based materials demonstrate interesting abilities in the adsorption and activation of carbon dioxide, allowing the formation of c_(2+) compounds through c–c coupling process. Herein, the basic principles of photocatalytic cO_(2) reduction reactions(PcO_(2)RR) and electrocatalytic cO_(2) reduction reaction(EcO_(2)RR) and the pathways for the generation c_(2+) products are introduced. This review categorizes cu-based materials into different groups including cu metal, cu oxides, cu alloys, and cu SAcs, cu heterojunctions based on their catalytic applications. The relationship between the cu surfaces and their efficiency in both PcO_(2)RR and EcO_(2)RR is emphasized. Through a review of recent studies on PcO_(2)RR and EcO_(2)RR using cu-based catalysts, the focus is on understanding the underlying reasons for the enhanced selectivity toward c_(2+) products. Finally, the opportunities and challenges associated with cu-based materials in the cO_(2) catalytic reduction applications are presented, along with research directions that can guide for the design of highly active and selective cu-based materials for cO_(2) reduction processes in the future.

Obtaining the accurate value estimation and reducing the estimation bias are the key issues in reinforcement ***,current methods that address the overestimation problem tend to introduce underestimation,which face a challenge of precise decision-making in many *** address this issue,we conduct a theoretical analysis of the underestimation bias and propose the minmax operation,which allow for flexible control of the estimation ***,we select the maximum value of each action from multiple parallel state-action networks to create a new state-action value ***,a minimum value is selected to obtain more accurate value ***,based on the minmax operation,we propose two novel algorithms by combining Deep q-Network(DqN)and Double DqN(DDqN),named minmax-DqN and ***,we conduct theoretical analyses of the estimation bias and variance caused by our proposed minmax operation,which show that this operation significantly improves both underestimation and overestimation biases and leads to the unbiased ***,the variance is also reduced,which is helpful to improve the network training ***,we conduct numerous comparative experiments in various environments,which empirically demonstrate the superiority of our method.

The widespread use of disposable batteries to power common electronic devices is a major source of *** are growing environmental and health concerns due to the expansion of e-waste around the ***,developing a reli-able system for recycling old batteries has reached the top of the recycling priority *** current study presents a novel approach to synthesis carbon nanoparticles(cNPs)from spent batteries via an eco-friendly method that offers economical,environment-friendly,and nontoxic approaches in comparison to conventional chemical *** synthesized nano-particles were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM),energy-dispersive X-ray(EDX),powder X-ray diffractometry(XRD),UV-VIS absorption analysis(UV),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),Atomic force microscope(AFM),and thermo-gravimetric analysis(TGA).The average diameter of the synthesized particles was 40.16 nm,and the particles tended to be aspherical in *** analysis also predicted the presence of pure carbon,with some contamination arrived at 15%(in weight).This is a novel study in which nanocarbons were synthesized in a brine(7600x10-6)from a target(cNPs>75 nm),which paves the way for future use of cNPs derived from spent batteries and helps the environment by decreasing the amount of electronic waste dumped in landfills.
