In order to maintain the optimal operating temperature of the battery surface and meet the demand for thermal storage technology,battery thermal management system based on phase change materials has attracted increasing *** this work,a kind of core-shell structured microcapsule was synthesized by an in-situ polymerization,where paraffin was used as the core,while methanol was applied to mod-ify the melamine-formaldehyde shell to reduce toxicity and improve thermal ***,three different types of heat conductive fillers with the same content of 10 wt.%,i.e.,nano-Al_(2)O_(3),nano-ZnO and carbon nanotubes were added,generating *** microcapsules were uniform,and were not affected by the thermal fillers,which were evenly dispersed *** composite sample with carbon nanotubes(10 wt.%)showed the highest thermal conductivity of 0.50 W/(m K)and latent heat of 139.64 J/***,according to the leakage testing and battery charge/discharge experiments,compared with Al_(2)O_(3)and ZnO,the addition of carbon nanotubes remarkably enhances the heat storage ability as latent heat from 126.98 J/g for the prepared sample with Al_(2)O_(3)and 125.86 J/g for the one with ZnO,then to 139.64 J/g,as well as dissipation performance as a cooling effect by decreasing the sur-face temperature of battery from 2%to 12%of microcapsule,composite sample with carbon nanotubes presents a broad application prospect in battery thermal management system and energy storage field.

Though Zn-air batteries(ZABs)are one of the most promising system for energy storage and conversion,challenge still persists in its commercial application due to the sluggish kinetics of oxygen reduction/evolution reaction(ORR/OER).Hereby,a polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)-assisted pyrolysis strategy is proposed to develop a novel corrugated plate-like bifunctional electrocatalyst using two-dimensional zeolitic imidazolate frameworks(2D ZIF-67)as the *** employed PVDF plays an important role in inheriting the original 2D structure of ZIF-67 and modulating the composition of the final *** a result,a corrugated plate-like electrocatalyst,high-density Co nanoparticles decorated 2D Co,n,and F tri-doped carbon nanosheets,can be *** acquired electrocatalyst enables efficient active sites and rapid mass transfer simultaneously,thus showing appreciable electrocatalytic performance for rechargeable Zn-air ***,our proposed strategy offers a new perspective to the design of advanced oxygen electrocatalysts.

Electrocatalytic n-valeraldehyde oxidation reaction was an inexpensive and eco-friendly method to control n-valeraldehyde contamination and produce high value-added ***,low-cost and readily available electrocatalysts with high current efficiency were urgently ***,two-dimensional porous carbon derived from pollen with enlarged interlayer distance was built by alkali activation method,applying in electrocatalytic n-valeraldehyde oxidation *** enlarged interlayer distance was verified by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and high-angle annular dark-field scanning transmission electron microscope(HAADF-STEM).Electrocatalytic experiments consequences showed activated biomass derived carbon possessed a higher electrocatalytic activity and octane selectivity than unactivated *** tests and in situ infrared experiments demonstrated that enlarged interlayer distance was positively correlated with specific surface area of catalysts,large specific surface area provided abundant absorption sites,facilitated the adsorption for n-valeraldehyde,and further promoted the transformation of n-valeraldehyde to *** work also provides a new avenue for creating high-performance electrocatalysts in terms of lattice engineering.

To improve the adsorption and catalytic performance of heterogeneous Fenton-like catalysts for oil wastes,amino acids were used to modify nanoscale zero-valent iron(AA@Fe^(0)),which were applied in the Fenton-like degradation of organic solvents(tributyl phosphate and n-dodecane,named TBP and DD).Twelve amino acids,i.e.,glycine(Gly),alanine(Ala),leucine(Leu),proline(Pro),phenylalanine(Phe),methionine(Met),cysteine(Cys),asparagine(Asn),serine(Ser),glutamic acid(Glu),lysine(Lys)and arginine(Arg),were selected and calculated by density functional theory(DFT).The optimized structure,charge distribution,the highest occupied molecular orbital(HOMO),the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital(LUMO),interaction region indicator(IRI)isosurface map and adsorption energy of AA@Fe^(0),AA@Fe^(0)-TBP and AA@Fe^(0)-DD were studied,which indicated that Fe is more likely to approach and charge transfer with-COO and-nH_(3) on theα-carbon of amino *** is strong attraction between Fe and–COO,and Van der Waals force between Fe and-nH_(3),*** the interaction of AA@Fe^(0)with TBP and DD,Van der Waal force plays an important ***@Fe^(0)was synthesized in laboratory and characterized to investigate physicochemical *** Fenton-like degradation of organic solvents,the change of COD in water phase during the degradation process as well as the volume of the organic phase after the reaction were *** results of calculations combined with experiments showed that Ser-modified Fe^(0)performed the best in these amino acids,with 98%removal of organic solvents.A possible catalytic mechanism was proposed in which amino acids acted a linking role between Fe and organic solvents,activating H_(2)O_(2)to generate hydroxyl radicals for the degradation of organic solvents.

The problem of prescribed performance tracking control for unknown time-delay nonlinear systems subject to output constraints is dealt with in this paper. In contrast with related works, only the most fundamental requirements, i.e., boundedness and the local Lipschitz condition, are assumed for the allowable time delays. Moreover, we focus on the case where the reference is unknown beforehand, which renders the standard prescribed performance control designs under output constraints infeasible. To conquer these challenges, a novel robust prescribed performance control approach is put forward in this ***, a reverse tuning function is skillfully constructed and automatically generates a performance envelop for the tracking error. In addition, a unified performance analysis framework based on proof by contradiction and the barrier function is established to reveal the inherent robustness of the control system against the time delays. It turns out that the system output tracks the reference with a preassigned settling time and good accuracy,without constraint violations. A comparative simulation on a two-stage chemical reactor is carried out to illustrate the above theoretical findings.

Photothermal carbon dioxide(CO_(2))methanation has attracted increasing interest in solar fuel synthesis,which employs the advantages of photocatalytic H_(2)O splitting as a hydrogen source and photothermal catalytic CO_(2) *** work prepared three-dimensional(3D)honeycomb n-doped carbon(nC)loaded with core–shell niO@ni nanoparticles generated in situ at 500℃(niO@ni/nC-500).Under the photothermal catalysis(200℃,1.5 W/cm^(2)),the CH_(4) evolution rate of niO@ni/nC-500 reached 5.5 mmol/(g·h),which is much higher than that of the photocatalysis(0.8 mmol/(g·h))and the thermal catalysis(3.7 mmol/(g·h)).It is found that the generated localized surface plasmon resonance enhances the injection of hot electrons from ni to niO,while thermal heating accelerates the thermal motion of radicals,thus generating a strong photo-thermal synergistic effect on the *** CO_(2) reduction to CH_(4) follows the*OCH *** work demonstrates the synergistic effect of niO@ni and nC can enhance the catalytic performance of photothermal CO_(2) reduction reaction coupled with water splitting reaction.

Slits have been widely used in laser-plasma interactions as plasma optical components for generating high-harmonic light and controlling laser-driven particle ***,we propose and demonstrate that periodic thin slits can be regarded as a new breed of optical elements for efficient focusing and guiding of intense laser *** fundamental physics of intense laser interaction with thin slits is studied,and it is revealed that relativistic effects can lead to enhanced laser focusing far beyond the pure diffractive focusing *** addition,the interaction of an intense laser pulse with periodic thin slits makes it feasible to achieve multifold enhancement in both laser intensity and energy transfer efficiency compared with conventional *** results provide a novel method for manipulating ultra-intense laser pulses and should be of interest for many laser-based applications.
