免疫治疗作为当前最热门的治疗研究领域之一,在诸多系统肿瘤临床试验中证实疗效显著。程序性死亡配体1(PD-L1)是一种参与免疫抑制通路的分子,在较多实体肿瘤细胞及其周围T淋巴细胞表面显著表达,能与其受体程序性死亡受体1(PD-1)结合,抑制肿瘤组织周围的免疫微环境,促进肿瘤细胞的恶化。PD-1/PD-L1的表达不仅与患者的预后及临床分期具有一定的相关性,同时还有望成为独立的临床生物标志物,进而为肿瘤的免疫治疗提供新的靶点。

INTRODUCTIONPrimary intestinal B cell lymphoma is one of the most common extra-nodal lymphomas, which includes two types: intestinal mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma (IMALToma) and lymphomatous polyposis (LP). Both have characteristic pathologic features, immunophen-otypes and biological behaviors. In this article, twenty-five cases were retrospectively analyzed with regard to criteria of diagnosis and clinicopathologic characteristics.

[目的]探讨γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)在小剂量美法仑治疗肿瘤过程中对荷瘤小鼠外周血红细胞的影响。[方法]利用单一剂量美法仑治疗荷瘤野生型C57BL/6小鼠模型,取遗传背景相同、基因型不同的IFN-γ+/-和IFN-γ-/-C57BL/6小鼠各6只,观察7.5 mg/kg美法仑治疗后两组荷瘤小鼠肿瘤结节直径的变化,并且分别在美法仑用药前第3天、用药后6 h、第4、7、11、15、28天内眦静脉取血,肝素抗凝后检测外周血RBC数、Hb含量和Hct。[结果]美法仑7.5 mg/kg用药后第1天,两组荷瘤小鼠肿瘤结节缩小均不明显;用药后第4天,荷瘤IFN--γ/-小鼠肿瘤生长轻度受抑后进行性增大,并在用药后2周内所有小鼠肿瘤复发、死亡;而IFN-γ+/-小鼠肿瘤的肿瘤结节进行性缩小、肿瘤消退并治愈。7.5 mg/kg美法仑治疗后11 d内,IFN-γ免疫功能不同的荷瘤IFN--γ/-和IFN-γ+/-小鼠外周血RBC计数、Hb含量和Hct之间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);美法仑治疗11 d后,IFN-γ免疫功能缺陷的荷瘤IFN-γ-/-小鼠外周血RBC计数、Hb含量和Hct明显低于IFN-γ免疫功能正常的荷瘤IFN-γ+/-小鼠,两者比较差异具有显著性意义(P<0.01)。[结论]小剂量美法仑治疗后荷瘤小鼠外周血RBC、Hb和Hct的降低与其体内IFN-γ的免疫功能无关,其进行性下降可能与荷瘤小鼠肿瘤复发和肿瘤负荷增大有关。

In random-interaction ensembles, the electric quadrupole moments(q) and magnetic moments(μ) of the Iπ = 11/2-isomers of the Cd isotopes predominantly exhibit a linear correlation with the neutron numbers,corresponding to the recently emphasized linear q and μsystematics in realistic nuclear systems. Although the seniority scheme enhances such predominance(more essentially for μ), the configuration mixing due to quadrupole-like and δ-force-like proton-neutron(pn) interactions is responsible for the linear q and μ systematics,respectively, in realistic nuclear system, as well as randominteraction ensembles.

A novel Bacterial Foraging Algorithm (BFA) based neural network is presented for image compression. To improve the quality of the decompressed images, the concepts of reproduction, elimination and dispersal in BFA are firstly introduced into neural network in the proposed algorithm. Extensive experiments are conducted on standard testing images and the results show that the pro- posed method can improve the quality of the reconstructed images significantly.

A new 4-node quadrilateral flat shell element is developed for geometrically nonlinear analyses of thin and moderately thick laminated shell structures. The fiat shell element is constructed by combining a quadrilateral area co- ordinate method （qAC） based membrane element AGq6- II, and a Timoshenko beam function （TBF） method based shear deformable plate bending element ARS-q12. In order to model folded plates and connect with beam elements, the drilling stiffness is added to the element stiffness matrix based on the mixed variational principle. The transverse shear rigidity matrix, based on the first-order shear deformation theory （FSDT）, for the laminated composite plate is evaluated using the transverse equilibrium conditions, while the shear correction factors are not needed. The conventional TBF methods are also modified to efficiently calculate the element stiffness for laminate. The new shell element is extended to large deflection and post-buckling analyses of isotropic and laminated composite shells based on the element independent corotational formulation. Numerical re- sults show that the present shell element has an excellent numerical performance for the test examples, and is applicable to stiffened plates.
