Mechanical behavior of 2D materials such as MoS_(2) can be tuned by the ancient art of *** and atomistic simulations show that 2D materials can be stretched more than 50%by strategic insertion of ***,designing kirigami structures with desired mechanical properties is highly sensitive to the pattern and location of kirigami *** use reinforcement learning(RL)to generate a wide range of highly stretchable MoS_(2) kirigami *** RL agent is trained by a small fraction(1.45%)of molecular dynamics simulation data,randomly sampled from a search space of over 4 million candidates for MoS_(2)kirigami structures with 6 *** training,the RL agent not only proposes 6-cut kirigami structures that have stretchability above 45%,but also gains mechanistic insight to propose highly stretchable(above 40%)kirigami structures consisting of 8 and 10 cuts from a search space of billion candidates as zero-shot predictions.

Next-generation sequencing （NGS） technologies have resulted in a massive surge of high-throughput genomic data, particu- larly for the plant kingdom, boosting the development of methods for gene family discovery and identification of clus- tering patterns at genomic scales. Plants are well known for the occurrence of both genic and chromosoma~ duplications that have resulted in the widespread existence of gene families in this kingdom, apart from being associated with subsequent evolutionary divergence via sub-functionalization or neo- functionalization （Flagel and Wendel, 2009）. These divergent mechanisms eventually lead to the formation of gene clusters, which in turn, have been shown to confer selective advantages to the genome including co-inheritance and co- regulation （Fischbach et ai., 2008）. Although gene clusters have been conventionally understood to be the genetic building blocks of prokaryotic genomes, comparative genomic studies have revealed the presence of functionally related genes that are clustered in lower nematodes, fungi, and several higher eukaryotes （Zorio et al., 1994; Blumenthal, 1998; Lee and Sonnhammer, 2003; Hurst et al., 2004; Thomas, 2006）. However, very few data are available on the modularity or clustered linkage of genes in plants, despite the widespread occurrence of duplication events in the kingdom. In this regard, recent reports of biosynthetic modules and clustered organization of genes spotted in several major classes of plant-derived secondary metabolites arising through neo-functionalization and relocation of duplicated or existing genes, have offered an exciting niche （Osbourn, 2010）. The presently available approaches for the identification and analysis of plant gene clusters include map-based cloning, for- ward and reverse genetics, and genome mining. Collision tumor of the kidney composed of clear cell carcinoma and collecting duct carcinoma: report of a case with unusual morphology and clinical follow-up

We report the case of a 67-year-old female who presented with a large renal mass. Gross examination of the nephrectomy specimen demonstrated a 6-cm renal mass that invaded into the renal sinus and perinephric fat. Histologic examination revealed two distinct tumor types. The first type was a conventional(clear cell) renal cell carcinoma that was of low nuclear grade and comprised the minority of the overall tumor. The second type was a high-grade collecting duct carcinoma with glandular/tubular differentiation and composed the majority of the tumor. Immunohistochemical studies demonstrated distinctive patterns of the two tumor types, thus confirming two distinct lineages. Five months postoperatively, the patient developed metastasis to the lungs and right hilar lymph node region. A fine needle aspiration of a lung nodule demonstrated a metastatic, poorly differentiated carcinoma, similar to the collecting duct carcinoma component in the kidney. Collision tumors of the kidney are rare with fewer than 10 cases reported in the literature. Our report further expands the spectrum of this rare phenomenon.

Objective:To elucidate free radical scavenging activity of ethanolic extract Lagenaria siceraria （***）（Molina） ***:The free radical scavenging activity of the L siceraria （Molina） fruit extract was assayed by usingα,α-diphenyl-β-picrylhydrazyl（DPPH）. 2,20-azinobis 3-ethyl henzothiazoline-6-sulfonate（ABTS）,FRAP,reducing power,chelating ability andβ-carotene bleaching ***:The IC50values of DPPH and ABTS radicalscavenging activity was found to be 1.95 mg/mL and 19 mg/mL,*** ferrous chelation assay,the percentage of inhibition was found to be 89.21%.The reducing power of ethanolic extract of L siceraria（Molina） fruit was 0.068 at 1 mg/mL and increased to 0.192 at 5 mg/mL Theβ-carotene linoleate bleaching assay was 46.7%at 5 mg/mL and antioxidant activity using FRAP at 0.305 for 1 mg/mL to 0.969 for 5 mg/mL Conclusions:The results indicate that L siceraria （Molina） fruit could be an important sources of natural radical scavengers.

Results are presented of the longitudinal and vertical profiling of salinity and suspended particulate matter(SPM) at the Muthupet estuary, India, during a one year period under widely varying freshwater flow conditions. Freshwater flow was available during post-monsoon and monsoon. An up-estuary shift in the location of estuarine turbidity maxima(ETM) was observed during the transition from post-monsoon to pre-monsoon and further it shifted downstream during the transition from pre-monsoon to monsoon, thereby exhibiting a pronounced seasonal cycle. The salinity intrusion was dependent on the freshwater discharge and was expressed as a power function of freshwater flow, explaining 97% of the variance. The formation of a salt plug in Muthupet estuary and its seasonal dynamics were observed, which is not an identified feature of any of the Indian estuaries studied so far. The geographical positions of salt plug and ETM core were more or less the same during their formation. The occurrence of two ETM during the LW of post-monsoon and the absence of ETM during monsoon explains the strong seasonal variation in the formation of ETM. The primary factor affecting the formation of ETM was identified as the freshwater flow over an annual cycle; the resuspension of sediments by tidal current affecting the formation on a flood/ebb cycle was secondary. The extent of shift of ETM was found to be an inverse logarithmic function of the freshwater discharge. The separation between ETM intrusion and salinity intrusion increased two fold with the increase in ETM intrusion.

Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and large for gestational age (LGA) offspring are two common pregnancy complications. Connections also exist between the two conditions, including mutual maternal risk factors for the conditions and an increased prevalence of LGA offspring amongst pregnancies affected by GDM. Thus, it is important to elucidate potential shared underlying mechanisms of both LGA and GDM. One potential mechanistic link relates to macronutrient metabolism. Indeed, derangement of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism is present in GDM, and maternal biomarkers of glucose and lipid control are associated with LGA neonates in such pregnancies. The aim of this paper is therefore to reflect on the existing nutritional guidelines for GDM in light of our understanding of the pathophysiological mechanisms of GDM and LGA offspring. Lifestyle modification is first line treatment for GDM, and while there is some promise that nutritional interventions may favourably impact outcomes, there is a lack of definitive evidence that changing the macronutrient composition of the diet reduces the incidence of either GDM or LGA offspring. The quality of the available evidence is a major issue, and rigorous trials are needed to inform evidence-based treatment guidelines.

Machine Learning concepts have raised executions in all knowledge domains,including the Internet of Thing(IoT)and several business *** of Service(QoS)has become an important problem in IoT surrounding since there is a vast explosion of connecting sensors,information and ***-sor data gathering is an efﬁcient solution to collect information from spatially dis-seminated IoT *** Learning Mechanism to improve the QoS(RLMQ)and use a Mobile Sink(MS)to minimize the delay in the wireless IoT s proposed in this ***,we use machine learning concepts like Rein-forcement Learning(RL)to improve the QoS and energy efﬁciency in the Wire-less Sensor Network(WSN).The MS collects the data from the Cluster Head(CH),and the RL incentive values select *** incentives value is computed by the QoS parameters such as minimum energy utilization,minimum bandwidth utilization,minimum hop count,and minimum time *** MS is used to col-lect the data from CH,thus minimizing the network *** sleep and awake scheduling is used for minimizing the CH dead in the *** work is simu-lated,and the results show that the RLMQ scheme performs better than the base-line *** prove that RLMQ increased the residual energy,throughput and minimized the network delay in the WSN.

Post-stroke epilepsy is a common complication of ischemic stroke which adversely affects the prognosis of *** and radiological parameters cannot adequately predict the ***,the discovery of biomarkers is imperatively needed for predicting post-stroke *** conducted a systematic review of diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers for post-stroke epilepsy through a comprehensive literature search in different *** articles that met our inclusion criteria were assessed for quality using the modified Quality Assessment of Diagnostic Accuracy Studies *** eligible studies were included in this systematic *** of 22 assessed biomarkers,nine biomarkers showed significant association with post-stroke *** T allele of CD40(cluster of differentiation 40)−1C/T polymorphism,the CC genotype of TRPM6(transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily M member 6)rs2274924,the allele polymorphism of MAD2(mitochondrial aldehyde dehydrogenase 2),the mRNA level of interleukin-6(IL-6),the plasma level of endostatin,and the mRNA expression of IL-1βshow a positive correlation with post-stroke epilepsy;while S100 calcium-binding protein B,heat shock 70 kDa protein-8 and neuropeptide Y are inversely associated with post-stroke *** a small number of patients were recruited,further studies are needed to confirm their potential use for predicting post-stroke epilepsy.
