Doping engineering of iron oxide nanoparticles towards high performance and biocompatible T_(1)-weighted MRI contrast agents

Extremely small-sized iron oxide nanoparticles(IONPs) are of great interest in magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) due to their biosafety as an alternative to clinical gadolinium(Ⅲ) complexes-based contrast *** when the particle size is less than 10 nm,it has strong diffusion ability and deep penetration distance in tumor *** doping can significantly enhance the T_(1)contrast effect of nanoparticles by regulating the surface exposed ***,the nucleation and growth processes of multi-component synthesis systems are complex and difficult to be accurately controlled,leading to great challenges in the synthesis of ultra-small-sized nanoparticles with different components and ***,extremely smallsized superparamagnetic gadolinium-doped iron oxide nanoparticles(GdIONPs,Gd_(x)Fe_(3-x)O_(4) NPs) with adjustable doping amount and controllable size in the range of 3.5-7.5 nm were synthesized by thermal ***,as-synthesized GdIONPs were surface modified with a highly water-soluble and biocompatible carboxyl-polyethylene glycol-phosphoric acid ligand with high binding ***_(0.65)Fe_(2.35)O_(4) NPs exhibited very high r_(1) relaxivity of 10.6 mmol^(-1)·L·s^(-1) in terms of all metal concentrations and 49.0 mmol^(-1)·L·s^(-1) in terms of gadolinium alone,respectively,3 and 14 times higher than clinical T_(1) contrast agents(Gd-DTPA).GdIONPs can continuously obtain high resolution images of blood vessels,and can be used as an efficient and multifunctional contrast agent for MR T_(1)*** stable and efficient doping strategy provides an easy and effective method to individually optimize the magnetic properties of complex oxides and their relaxation effects for a variety of biomedical applications.

Objective This study aimed to analyze the clinical efficacy of the Jianpi Shengxue tablet for treating renal *** A total of 200 patients with renal anemia from December 2020 to December 2022 were enrolled and randomly divided into two *** in the control group were treated with polysaccharide-iron complex,and those in the experimental group were administered Jianpi Shengxue *** 8 weeks of continuous treatment,the therapeutic outcomes regarding anemia were compared between the two *** After treatment,the red blood cell(RBC)count,hematocrit(HCT),reticulocyte percentage(RET),ferritin(SF),serum iron(SI),transferrin saturation(TSAT),and serum albumin(ALB)all increased(Plinical symptom score and total iron binding capacity decreased(Plinical symptoms(fatigue,anorexia,dull skin complexion,numbness of hands and feet)in the experimental group were significantly greater than those in the control group(Plinical symptoms of patients with renal anemia.

为科学评估我国优势天敌昆虫叉角厉蝽Eocanthecona furcellata对重要农业害虫草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda的捕食作用,在笼罩条件下,采用功能反应方法评价了叉角厉蝽3龄和5龄若虫及雌成虫对草地贪夜蛾3龄和5龄幼虫的捕食能力。研究表明,除叉角厉蝽3龄若虫不能独立捕食草地贪夜蛾5龄幼虫外,叉角厉蝽其它虫态对草地贪夜蛾幼虫的捕食量均随猎物密度的升高而增加,捕食率则随猎物密度的升高而逐渐下降,经Logistic回归方程判别为II型功能反应。拟合的Rogers’随机捕食者方程参数表明,叉角厉蝽3龄和5龄若虫及雌成虫对草地贪夜蛾3龄幼虫的瞬时攻击率a分别为0.0295、0.0453和0.0965,处置单头猎物的时间Th分别为3.98 h、1.36 h和1.21 h,理论日最大捕食量T/Th分别为6.03头、17.65头和19.83头;叉角厉蝽5龄若虫和雌成虫对草地贪夜蛾5龄幼虫的瞬时攻击率a分别为0.0545和0.0876,处置单头猎物的时间Th分别为3.67 h和4.83 h,理论日最大捕食量T/Th分别为6.54头和4.97头。结果表明,在笼罩条件下叉角厉蝽3龄若虫的捕食能力最弱,除不能有效捕食草地贪夜蛾5龄幼虫外,对草地贪夜蛾3龄幼虫的捕食量也远低于5龄若虫和雌成虫,而叉角厉蝽5龄若虫和雌成虫的捕食能力较强,能有效捕食草地贪夜蛾的3龄和5龄幼虫,两者的捕食量相近。研究结果可为合理利用叉角厉蝽防治草地贪夜蛾提供实践参考。

Effect of Bimodal Quasicrystal Phase on the Dynamic Recrystallization of Mg–Zn–Gd Alloy during High-Pressure Torsion

The Mg–Zn–Gd alloy with quasicrystal icosahedral phase was processed by high-pressure torsion (HPT). The effect of bimodal I-phase on the dynamic recrystallization was analyzed by transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that the block I-phase can stimulate obvious particle-stimulated nucleation and dynamic recrystallization (DRX) grains were preferentially formed after HPT for 5 turns, while the granular I-phase only promoted the generation of sub-grains. The orientation relationship was determined as twofold//[1210] and fivefold//(0002)_(Mg). Moreover, after HPT for 9 turns, the DRX grains induced by block I-phase appeared to grow up and coarsened. Compared with block I-phase, the grains induced by granular I-phase presented much smaller size and distributed more homogeneous due to the strong pinning effect.

Anti-OX40 Antibody Combined with HBc VLPs Delays Tumor Growth in a Mouse Colon Cancer Model

Architecture Design of Protocol Controller Based on Traffic-Driven Software Defined Interconnection

To solve the problems of redundant logic resources and poor scalability in protocol controller circuits among communication networks, we propose a traffic-driven software defined interconnection(TSDI) *** unified software defined interconnection interface standards and the normalized interconnection topology are designed to implement the architecture of TSDI-based protocol controller. The key indicators of power, performance and area(PPA) can be realized while resolving the flexible interconnection of the controller. We designed a TSDI-based Rapid IO controller as an example. Compared to traditional designs, the design could achieve more protocol scalability,and Rapid IO protocol standards of Gen4 could be supported directly. The key PPA indicators, such as a lower delay of 56.1 ns and more than twice throughput of 98.1 Gbps, were achieved at the cost of a 23.4% area increase.

Double casing warhead with sandwiched charge:The axial distribution of fragments velocities

The double casing warhead with sandwiched charge is a novel fragmentation warhead that can produce two groups of fragments with different velocity,and the previous work has presented a calculation formula to determine the maximum fragment *** current work builds on the published formula to further develop a formula for calculating the axial distribution characteristics of the fragment *** this type of warhead,the simulation of the dispersion characteristics of the detonation products at different positions shows that the detonation products at the ends have a much larger axial velocity than those in the middle,and the detonation products have a greater axial dispersion velocity when they are closer to the central *** loading process and the fragment velocity vary with the axial position for both casing layers,and the total velocity of the fragments is the vector sum of the radial velocity and the axial *** the same axial position,the acceleration time of the inner casing is greater than that of the outer *** the same casing,the fragments generated at the ends have a longer acceleration time than the fragments from the *** proposed formula is validated with the X-ray radiography results of the four warheads previously tested experimentally and the 3D smoothedparticle hydrodynamics numerical simulation results of several series of new warheads with different *** formula can accurately and reliably calculate the fragment velocity when the lengthto-diameter ratio of the charge is greater than 1.5 and the thickness of the casing is less than 20%its inner *** work thus provides a key reference for the theoretical analysis and the design of warheads with multiple casings.

为探索红火蚁Solenopsis invicta的生物防治方法,本文系统评估了金龟子绿僵菌Metarhizium anisopliae CQMa421和球孢白僵菌Beauveria bassiana ZJU435对红火蚁的毒力以及聚硅氧烷对其的增效作用,并评估了两株虫生真菌对红火蚁的田间防治效果。结果显示,以处理第10天时的死亡率计算,金龟子绿僵菌CQMa421对红火蚁工蚁的致死中浓度LC_(50)为9.16×106孢子/mL;以8×10^(8)孢子/mL的死亡率计算,其对红火蚁工蚁的致死中时LT_(50)为3.534 d。以处理第10天时的死亡率计算,球孢白僵菌ZJU435对红火蚁工蚁的致死中浓度LC_(50)为1.5×10^(5)孢子/mL;以1×10^(9)孢子/mL的死亡率计算,其对红火蚁工蚁的致死中时LT_(50)为0.218 d。混入0.5μL/mL及以上浓度的聚硅氧烷可显著提高低浓度金龟子绿僵菌CQMa421及球孢白僵菌ZJU435对红火蚁毒力。田间试验结果显示,混入0.5μL/mL聚硅氧烷的3.2×10^(7)孢子/mL金龟子绿僵菌CQMa421和4×10^(7)孢子/mL球孢白僵菌ZJU435对红火蚁的综合防效分别为83.99%和90.44%,低于商品制剂0.1%茚虫威饵剂的综合防效93.89%。研究结果表明,金龟子绿僵菌CQMa421和球孢白僵菌ZJU435对红火蚁具有较高毒力,在红火蚁生物防治中具有较高开发潜力。
