在中国文学史发轫时期(1900—1910),一批以近代大学堂、中学堂、师范学堂"中国文学"科教科书身份出现的中国文学史著作,其内容除传统文章流别外,还包括传统小学、文法、修辞、文章作法等,与现代意义上的文学史模式迥然不同。这种早期文学史"另类"模式的形成是晚清教育改革、近代学术体系变迁、中西交流背景下传统学术复归的精神诉求等多重因素共同作用的结果。作为"西学东渐"的产物,早期中国文学史编撰不免会受到西方、日本外来资源的影响。这其中,来自日本"汉文典"的重大影响往往被学界所忽视。以保存"旧学"为出发点,以"普及汉学"为教育旨归,以中国传统学术为主导,套用西洋语法著作模式外壳的日本"汉文典",最早实现了中西学术的有效整合,并与晚清教育改革"中体西用"的价值观念相契合。日本"汉文典"被迅速引介入华后,不仅对新式国文教育下的文法教学产生重要影响,也为文法教科书及中国文学史编撰提供了借鉴。梳理日本"汉文典"内容、体例模式及其实践路径对早期中国文学史编撰产生的影响,能够明确早期中国文学史如何接受与吸收以"汉文典"为代表的外来资源,以及中西交流背景下传统学术体系如何尝试完成近代转型。

Association of the genetic polymorphism of EPHX1 and EPHX2 with the susceptibility to chronic benzene poisoning

The aim of this study was to explore the association of the genetic polymorphism of EPHX1 and EPHX2 with the susceptibility to chronic benzene poisoning(CBP).A case-control study of 268 patients with CBP and 268 healthy workers matched by age and sex,all of whom were occupationally exposed to benzene,was *** single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs,rs2854451,rs3738047,rs2234922 and rs1051741)of EPHX1 gene and the SNP(rs751141)of EPHX2 gene were tested by the TaqMan PCR *** the subjects carrying the genotype of EPHX1 rs3738047 GG,the risk of CBP was decreased in the individuals simultaneously carrying EPHX1 rs2234922 G(P=0.02).Alternatively,in the subjects carrying the genotype of EPHX1 rs2234922 AA,the risk of CBP was increased in the individuals simultaneously carrying the allele of EPHX2 rs751141A(P=0.03).It was also found that there were potential interactions between alcohol consumption and the polymorphism of EPHX1 rs1051741(x_(H)^(2)=5.28,P=0.02)or rs2234922(x_(H)^(2)=6.71,P=0.01).Compared to individuals with EPHX1 rs1051741 CC or rs2234922 AA genotype in the drinkers,the risk of CBP in those carrying genotypes of EPHX1 rs1051741 CT+TT or rs2234922 AG+GG was decreased,respectively(P=0.04,P<0.01).Haplotype analysis of polymorphisms in EPHX1 showed that the risk of CBP was increased in the subjects with haplotype 2(rs2854451-A,rs3738047-G,rs2234922-A,rs1051741-C)or haplotype 4(rs2854451-G,rs3738047-A,rs2234922-G,rs1051741-T),but decreased in those with haplotype 6(rs2854451-G,rs3738047-G,rs2234922-G,rs1051741-T)or haplotype 10(rs2854451-A,rs3738047-A,rs2234922-G,rs1051741-T),*** regression analysis revealed that smoking might play a role in modifying the risk of CBP(OR=0.313,95%CI:0.123–0.794,P=0.015).The genetic polymorphism in EPHX1 may be associated with the risk of CBP in the Chinese occupational population and further research is needed for the association between the genetic polymorphism in EPHX2 and the susceptibility to CBP.

Manipulation of spectral amplitude and phase with plasmonic nano-structures for information storage

Optical storage devices, such as compact disk （CD） and digital versatile disc （DVD）, provide us a platform for cheap and compact information storage media. Nowadays, information we obtain every day keeps increasing, and therefore how to increase the storage capacity becomes an important issue. In this paper, we reported a method for the increase of the capacity of optical storage devices using metallic nano-structures. Metallic nano-structures exhibit strong variations in their reflectance and/or transmittance spectra accompanied with dramatic optical phase modulation due to localized surface plasmon polariton resonances. Two samples were fabricated for the demonstration of storage capacity enhancement through amplitude modulation and phase modulation, respectively. This work is promising for high-density optical storage.

目的:总结Ilizarov骨搬移术治疗慢性骨髓炎的常见并发症及处理方法。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月至2021年10月应用Ilizarov骨搬移术治疗的15例骨髓炎患者的临床资料。其中男10例,女5例,年龄32~61岁,平均(44.3±7.8)岁。对骨髓炎病变骨段进行根治性切除,并采用Ilizarov骨搬移术进行缺损骨段的重建,对围手术期及随访过程中出现的并发症进行处理。结果:所有患者均获得随访,随访时间10~18个月,平均(13.8±1.6)个月。围手术期及随访过程中出现的并发症:剧烈疼痛5例,为骨搬移时金属切割皮肤引起,通过使用镇痛药及金属皮肤接触面取小切口减小皮肤牵拉张力缓解;钉道感染5例,通过换药及更换穿骨元件改善;搬移骨段漂移7例,通过会师时调整力线改善;马蹄内翻畸形3例,通过加装足环使畸形得到矫正;双下肢不等长2例,通过会师后骨延长解决;拆除外固定器后再骨折1例,予石膏固定骨折愈合;膝关节僵硬2例,通过松解术及功能锻炼改善;软组织缺损1例,通过骨搬移同时进行软组织牵张闭合外露创面。结论:Ilizarov骨搬移术治疗慢性骨髓炎的常见并发症包括疼痛、钉道感染、畸形、骨折、软组织缺损等,均可通过合适的治疗策略妥善处理,达到满意的治疗效果。

Quantify work load and muscle functional activation patterns in neck-shoulder muscles of female sewing machine operators using surface electromyogram

Background Work-related musculoskeletal disorders （WMSDs） have high prevalence in sewing machine operators employed in the garment industry. Long work duration, sustained low level work and precise hand work are the main risk factors of neck-shoulder disorders for sewing machine operators. Surface electromyogram （sEMG） offers a valuable tool to determine muscle activity （internal exposure） and quantify muscular load （external exposure）. During sustained and/or repetitive muscle contractions, typical changes of muscle fatigue in sEMG, as an increase in amplitude or a decrease as a shift in spectrum towards lower frequencies, can be observed. In this paper, we measured and quantified the muscle load and muscular activity patterns of neck-shoulder muscles in female sewing machine operators during sustained sewing machine operating tasks using sEMG. Methods A total of 18 healthy women sewing machine operators volunteered to participate in this study. Before their daily sewing machine operating task, we measured the maximal voluntary contractions （MVC） and 20%MVC of bilateral cervical erector spinae （CES） and upper trapezius （UT） respectively, then the sEMG signals of bilateral UT and CES were monitored and recorded continuously during 200 minutes of sustained sewing machine operating simultaneously which equals to 20 time windows with 10 minutes as one time window. After 200 minutes＇ work, we retest 20%MVC of four neck-shoulder muscles and recorded the sEMG signals. Linear analysis, including amplitude probability distribution frequency （APDF）, amplitude analysis parameters such as roof mean square （RMS） and spectrum analysis parameter as median frequency （MF）, were used to calculate and indicate muscle load and muscular activity of bilateral CES and UT. Background： Regulatory T-cells （Treg） play key roles in suppressing cell-mediated immunity in cancer patients. Little is known about perioperative Treg fluctuations in nonsmall cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Video-assisted thoracoscopic （VATS） lobectomy, as a minimal invasive procedure for treating NSCLC, may have relatively less impact on the patient＇s immune system. This study aimed to observe perioperative dynamics of circulating Treg and natural killer （NK） cell levels in NSCLC patients who underwent major Iobectomy by VATS or thoracotomy. Methods： Totally, 98 consecutive patients with stage I NSCLC were recruited and assigned into VATS or thoracotomy groups. Peripheral blood samples were taken on 1-day prior to operation, postoperative days （PODs） I, 3, 7, 30, and 90. Circulating Treg and NK cell counts were assayed by flow cytometry, defined as CD4＋CD25＋CD127w cells in CD4＋ lymphocytes and CD56＋I6＋CD3 cells within CD45＋ leukocytes respectively. With SPSS software version 21.0 （SPSS Inc., USA）, differences between VATS and thoracotomy groups were determined by one-way analysis of variance （ANOVA）, and differences between preoperative baseline and PODs in each group were evaluated by one-way ANOVA Dunnett t-test. Results： In both groups, postoperative Treg percentages were lower than preoperative status. No statistical difference was found between VATS and thoracotomy groups on PODs 1, 3, 7, and 30. On POD 90, Treg percentage in VATS group was significantly lower than in thoracotomy group （5.26 ± 2.75 vs. 6.99 ±3.60, P = 0.012）. However, a higher level of NK was found on all PODs except on POD 90 in VATS group, comparing to thoracotomy group. Conclusions： Lower Treg level on POD 90 and higher NK levels on PODs 1, 3, 7, 30 in VATS group might imply better preserved cell-mediated immune function in NSCLC patients, than those in thoracotomy group.

Both immunosuppressants and antibiotics (ABX) are indispensable for transplant patients. However, the former increases the risk of new-onset diabetes, whereas the latter impacts intestinal microbiota (IM). It is still unclear whether and how the interaction between immunosuppressants and ABX alters the IM and thus leads to glucose metabolism disorders. This study examined the alterations of glucose and lipid metabolism and IM in mice exposed to tacrolimus (TAC) with or without ABX. We found that ABX further aggravated TAC-induced glucose tolerance and increased insulin secretion. Combined treatment resulted in exacerbated lipid accumulation in the liver. TAC-altered microbial community was further amplified by ABX administration, as characterized by reductions in phylum Firmicutes, family Lachnospiraceae, and genus Copyococcus. Analyses based on the metagenomic profiles revealed that ABX augmented the effect of TAC on microbial metabolic function mostly related to lipid metabolism. The altered components of gut microbiome and predicted microbial functional profiles showed significant correlation with hepatic lipid accumulation and glucose disorders. In conclusion, ABX aggravated the effect of TAC on the microbiome and its metabolic capacities, which might contribute to hepatic lipid accumulation and glucose disorders. These findings suggest that the ABX-altered microbiome can amplify the diabetogenic effect of TAC and could be a novel therapeutic target for patients.

Observation of atmospheric nitrous acid with DOAS in Beijing, China

Measurements of nitrous acid （HONO） and nitrogen dioxide （NO2） in Beijing City have been performed by means of a developed differential optical absorption spectroscopy （DOAS） system based on photodiode array （PDA）, during the autumn of 2004. HONO and NO2 were simultaneously identified by their characteristic absorption bands in the spectral region between 337 nm and 372 nm with high sensibility and time resolution. The concentrations of HONO exhibit obviously diurnal variation with a nocturnal maximum and a daytime minimum. The highest HONO value up to 11.8 μg/m^3 was observed during the night of 2/3 September. Possible sources of the observed HONO were discussed. Good correlation to NO2 indicates that NO2 is a main source component. The measurement also shows direct emission of HONO is an imnortant source in strongly polluted urban area.

Dynamics of k-essence in loop quantum cosmology

In this paper,we study the dynamics of k-essence in loop quantum cosmology(LQC).The study indicates that the loop quantum gravity(LQG)effect plays a key role only in the early epoch of the universe and is diluted in the later *** fixed points in LQC are basically consistent with those in standard Friedmann-Robertson-Walker(FRW)*** most of the attractor solutions,the stability conditions in L Q C are in agreement with those for the standard FRW *** some special fixed points,however,tighter constraints are imposed thanks to the LQG effect.
