Low Surface Brightness Galaxies Selected by Different Model Fitting

We present a study of low surface brightness galaxies(LSBGs) selected by fitting the images for all the galaxies inα.40 SDSS DR7 sample with two kinds of single-component models and two kinds of two-component models(disk+bulge):single exponential,single sersic,exponential+deVaucular(exp+deV),and exponential+sérsic(exp+ser).Under the criteria of the B band disk central surface brightness μ_(0,disk)(B)≥22.5 mag arcsec^(-2) and the axis ratio b/a> 0.3,we selected four none-edge-on LSBG samples from each of the models which contain 1105,1038,207,and 75 galaxies,*** are 756 galaxies in common between LSBGs selected by exponential and sersic models,corresponding to 68.42% of LSBGs selected by the exponential model and 72.83% of LSBGs selected by the sersic model,the rest of the discrepancy is due to the difference in obtaining μ_(0) between the exponential and sersic *** on the fitting,in the range of 0.5≤n≤1.5,the relation of μ_(0) from two models can be written as μ_(0,sérsic)-μ_(0,exp)=-1.34(n-1).The LSBGs selected by disk+bulge models(LSBG_(2)comps) are more massive than LSBGs selected by single-component models(LSBG_1comp),and also show a larger disk *** the bulges in the majority of our LSBG_(2)comps are not prominent,more than 60% of our LSBG_(2)comps will not be selected if we adopt a single-component model *** also identified 31 giant low surface brightness galaxies(gLSBGs) from LSBG_(2)*** are located at the same region in the color-magnitude diagram as other *** we compared different criteria of gLSBGs selection,we find that for gas-rich LSBGs,M_(*)> 10^(10)M_⊙ is the best to distinguish between gLSBGs and normal LSBGs with bulge.

General anesthetic agents induce neurotoxicity through astrocytes

Neuroscientists have recognized the importance of astrocytes in regulating neurological function and their influence on the release of glial transmitters. Few studies, however, have focused on the effects of general anesthetic agents on neuroglia or astrocytes. Astrocytes can also be an important target of general anesthetic agents as they exert not only sedative, analgesic, and amnesic effects but also mediate general anesthetic-induced neurotoxicity and postoperative cognitive dysfunction. Here, we analyzed recent advances in understanding the mechanism of general anesthetic agents on astrocytes, and found that exposure to general anesthetic agents will destroy the morphology and proliferation of astrocytes, in addition to acting on the receptors on their surface, which not only affect Ca2+signaling, inhibit the release of brain-derived neurotrophic factor and lactate from astrocytes, but are even involved in the regulation of the pro-and anti-inflammatory processes of astrocytes. These would obviously affect the communication between astrocytes as well as between astrocytes and neighboring neurons, other neuroglia, and vascular cells. In this review, we summarize how general anesthetic agents act on neurons via astrocytes, and explore potential mechanisms of action of general anesthetic agents on the nervous system. We hope that this review will provide a new direction for mitigating the neurotoxicity of general anesthetic agents.

目的探索上海市浦东新区小学女生血脂水平与青春期发育的关系，为青春期血脂异常的研究提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法，于2020年在浦东新区抽取一年级女生作为研究对象，进行问卷调查和体格检查，并抽取静脉血检测胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）。2年后对该人群进行随访调查和体格检查，并抽取空腹静脉血，检测项目同基线。采用多重线性回归模型分析血脂水平和不同青春发育分期的关系。结果共纳入符合要求女生932人，其中6～7岁血脂水平TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C分别为4.15、1.02、1.52和2.17mmol/L。2年后随访时（8～9岁）四项指标分别为4.57、0.76、1.66和2.64mmol/L。基线时受检对象血脂异常检出率19.96%，随访时为19.42%。基线和随访调查均显示，女生TG和HDL-C水平在不同青春期发育分期之间的差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）。结论上海市浦东新区女生血脂异常检出率较高，应引起高度重视。青春期女生血脂水平在不同青春期发育会有不同，在评估青春期女生血脂水平时应考虑不同青春发育分期的影响。

基于黑龙江、辽宁、河北和山东4个省的372组调研数据,运用倾向得分匹配法和随机前沿模型得到玉米种植农户生产效率模型,依据最大似然检测判断不同规模玉米种植户的生产效率模型,分别估算农户生产效率模型和生产效率水平。结果表明,匹配前的大规模农户效率高于小规模农户,匹配后结果相反。以研究结论为基础,本文为难以改变或不愿意改变玉米种植面积的农户提供效率水平提升的参考依据和建议。

目前尚不清楚地表臭氧(O_(3))污染下植物、土壤和微生物之间的直接或间接相互作用对森林地上和地下固碳功能的影响。采用开顶式气室装置和结构方程模型,研究4种O_(3)浓度下欧美杨107(Populus euramericana cv.‘74/76’)的光合性状、叶和细根生化性状、土壤理化因子和土壤微生物群落特征对地上和地下生物量降低的直接和间接效应。结果表明,O_(3)浓度升高(86 nmol/mol)分别导致杨树地上、地下和总生物量相比对照分别下降16%、11%和15%,对地上生物量降低的影响大于地下生物量。结构方程模型发现光合速率、叶淀粉和叶非结构性碳水化合物对地上生物量有直接的影响;表明O_(3)主要通过影响植物的光合生理代谢过程对地上生物量积累产生直接作用。O_(3)对地下生物量的影响是通过直接影响叶氮和土壤总碳,叶氮再影响叶淀粉从而间接影响地下生物量。土壤pH、总碳和土壤微生物(细菌和真菌群落)对地上产生直接效应,且O_(3)对真菌群落的影响效应大于细菌群落,表明植物通过地下过程对O_(3)的响应可直接反馈作用于生物量的积累和分配过程。本研究通过解析植物、土壤和微生物之间的直接或间接相互作用为评估O_(3)污染对杨树人工林地上和地下固碳功能的影响提供科学依据。

Secondary vascular tissue(SVT)development and regeneration are regulated by *** this study,we used an in vitro SVT regeneration system to demonstrate that gibberellin(GA)treatment significantly promotes auxin-induced cambium *** GA content by overexpressing or knocking down ent-kaurene synthase(KS)affected secondary growth and SVT regeneration in *** poplar DELLA gene GIBBERELLIC ACID INSENSITIVE(PtoGAI)is expressed in a specific pattern during secondary growth and cambium regeneration after *** of PtoGAI disrupted poplar growth and inhibited cambium regeneration,and the inhibition of cambium regeneration could be partially restored by GA *** analysis of the PtaDR5:GUS transgenic plants,the localization of pin-FORMED 1(pin1)and the expression of auxin-related genes found that an additional GA treatment could enhance the auxin response as well as the expression of pin1,which mediates auxin transport during SVT *** together,these findings suggest that GA promotes cambium regeneration by stimulating auxin signal transduction.

A Bus Planning Algorithm for FPC Design in Complex Scenarios

Flexible printed circuit(FPC) design in complex scenarios has a list of pin concentration areas, which lead to extremely congested intersection regions while connecting the pins. Currently, it is challenging to explore the routability and to find topologically non-crossing and routable paths manually for the nets timely. The existing bus planning methods cannot offer optimal solutions concerning the special resource distribution of the FPC design. To investigate an effective way to shorten the routing time of FPC and achieve enhanced performance, a bus planning algorithm is proposed to tackle complex area connection problems. On the basis of the pin location information, the routing space is partitioned and generally represented as an undirected graph, and the topological non-crossing relationship between different regions is obtained using the dynamic pin sequence. Considering the routability and electrical constraints, a heuristic algorithm is proposed to search the optimal location of the crossing point on the region boundary. Experimental results on industrial cases show that the proposed algorithm realize better performance in terms of count and routability in comparison with numerous selected state-of-the-art router and methods.

Background Pediatric antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitis(AAV)is a life-threatening systemic vasculitis featured by liability to renal ***,there are few studies on the risk factors and predictive models for renal outcomes of AAV in *** Data from 179 AAV children in multiple centers between January 2012 and March 2020 were collected *** risk factors and predictive model of end-stage renal disease(ESRD)in AAV were *** Renal involvement was the most typical manifestation(95.5%),and the crescent was the predominant pathological lesion(84.9%).The estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)was evaluated in 114 patients,of whom 59.6%developed ESRD,and the median time to ESRD was 3.20 *** eGFR[P=0.006,odds ratio(OR)=0.955,95%confidence interval(CI)=0.924–0.987]and the percentages of global glomerulosclerosis(pGGS;P=0.018,OR=1.060,95%CI=1.010–1.112)were independent risk factors for ESRD of renal *** on the pGGS and eGFR at renal biopsy,we developed three risk grades of ESRD and one predictive *** Kaplan‒Meier curve indicated that renal outcomes were significantly different in different risk grades(P<0.001).Compared with serum creatinine at baseline,the predictive model had higher accuracy(0.86 versus 0.58,P<0.001)and a lower coefficient of variation(0.07 versus 0.92)in external *** Renal involvement is the most common manifestation of pediatric AAV in China,of which more than half deteriorates into *** predictive model based on eGFR at renal biopsy and the pGGS may be stable and accurate in speculating the risk of ESRD in AAV children.
