人工智能（AI）是目前在计算机科学界最令人感兴趣的研究领域之一,它既可以帮助研究者更好的理解人的大脑的决策过程,同时也可以增加组织对决策制定的参与过程。AI的核心是它包含很多智能计算体,简称为智能体,这些智能体以建立可以适应环境和能够从经验中学习的系统为目标。这个目标吸引了很多来自不同学科的研究人员,从而导致当今很多正在改变工业和科学领域的学习方法的产生。这些学习方法已被证明在很多的应用领域都有巨大的实用价值,尤其是在数据挖掘领域,这是人工智能学习方法在从包含有用隐含规律性知识的大型数据库中自动发现并提取有用知识的一个应用。这些方法,也被称为机器学习方法,被认为是结构描述的产物,是从过去的数据中得到的一个模型。这个模型可以用作智能体的知识表示,具备预测、解释及理解等功能。最具预测性的Agent学习方法是基于这样一个假设的,即建设和验证一个模型的相关历史数据是对未来将要发生的事情的最佳估计。然而,从过去到未来的相关性取决于在特定时间内的应用领域。这些静态数据的处理是基于这些学习方法从人类的学习方法抽象成Agent的学习方法的这样一个事实,但是它却忽略了人类的遗忘因子,人类学习之后很可能会忘记学过的知识。因此,必须将遗忘因子整合到现有的Agent学习方法中以接近人类大脑的决策制定过程及提高Agent的学习性能。数据挖掘极大的促进了对时空数据的学习及对其他研究的信任,把数据挖掘整合到Agent系统中大大提高了预测Agent的学习技能,并协助Agent对未来因子或未来事件的预测。我们致力于开发一种新的学习方法,它可以用在数据挖掘中以创建一种知识表示模型用于学习Agent并协助之象人类那样预测未来。我们称之为信息衰变的新技术,正是对人类遗忘因子的抽象。基于信息衰变的学习方法反映了人类是如何通过时间的衰变来预测未来的,以学习过程中积累的信息量来模拟人类遗忘的行为。从最近的数据（数据表示一个因子或一个事件）得到的信息比从较旧的数据（数据表示很久以前的一个因子或一个事件,比如十年之前）得到的信息更有利于对未来的预测。为了揭示信息衰减学习方法的真相,而不仅是理解其背后的理论概念,我们使用数据挖掘试验并提供实际的试验结果。目前已经存在很多数据挖掘的分支领域,我们倾向于使用时空数据挖掘来处理从时空数据库来提取知识,这是由其对信息衰减的计算时间所决定的。本文介绍了一个多Agent系统的体系结构,为了实现遗忘因子的抽象。此体系结构揭示了Agent技术和数据挖掘技术是怎样整合到一个系统中的,作为一个使用信息衰减从大型数据库中发现知识以提高Agent的学习技能的视图。为了给此假设提供充足的证据,使用ID3决策树学习算法来实现信息衰减,利用从Oracle数据库收集到的940个样例数据集来进行测试。两种预测学习Agent的知识表示模型为：一种情况忽略信息数据的衰减特性,另一种情况则考虑信息衰减情况。准确性,Fl-测量和接受者操作特性曲线是衡量Agent学习性能的重要因素。这种概念的相关性是通过比较预测Agent在不同的时间利用以上两种模型在不可见的数据子集上作出决策的学习性能来证明的。

Introduction: The management of kidney stones has benefited from endoscopic techniques, in particular the development of flexible ureteroscopy (ureterorenoscopy). This endoscopic treatment has made it possible to treat many upper urinary tract stones, with satisfactory results and less morbidity. This innovative minimally invasive technique was introduced in our country in 2018. It is not practiced in all health structures. We report our experience. Objectives: The aim of our study was to evaluate the place of flexible ureteroscopy laser, its feasibility, and the results on stones up to 30 mm in size only in the lower calicial group, while assessing the postoperative quality of life. Patients and Methods: We conducted a monocentric observational retrospective study at the Omar Bongo Ondimba Army Training Hospital (OBO ATH) on 22 patients with symptomatic inferior caliciel stones, over a period of January 2019 and December 2020 treated by flexible ureteroscopy laser (FUR-L), once or twice depending on the size of the residual fragments. Results: All the patients had symptomatic urolithiasis, diagnosed on the clinical elements, and confirmed in 77% by urinary computed tomography. The average age was 35.47 years ± 12, with a clear female predominance (64%). All the stones sat in the lower chalice. 66.5% of stones were larger than 10 mm. 75% of patients were “stones free” after one FUR-L session, and 100% after the second session. 10% of patients still had residual pain at 01 month which was absent at 03 month. 18% of postoperative urinary tract infections were treated with antibiotics. 90% of the patients had resumed an activity prior to 1 month. At 1 month and 3 months, 82% and 100% respectively were satisfied with the mode of treatment according to self-questioning. Conclusion: FUR-L remains a therapeutic modality for stones in the lower calicial group, for stones whose diameter is close to 30 mm. A sequential approach should be considered for diameter stone up to 30

Epidemiological Profile of Obesity among Adults Aged 21 to 65 Years Living in Yopougon, Cocody and Abobo (District of Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire)

Objective: The study aims to establish the epidemiological profile of obesity in Abidjan. Methods: It was a cross-sectional study carried out in Côte d’Ivoire with 349 volunteers aged 21 to 65 years old and living in 330 households located in Yopougon, Cocody and Abobo, three Municipalities in the city of Abidjan. Results: Out of 349 participants, 90 or 25.8% were declared obese according to BMI. Based on IMG, 62.8% of people had abnormally high body fat. Abdominal obesity was more common in Yopougon and Cocody than in Abobo. Relative to BMI, 36.1% of women were obese compared to 12.9% of men. The same observation was made with regard to the umbilical perimeter. Indeed, abdominal obesity was more observed in women with a rate of 52.6% compared to 11.6% in men. 35.6% of obese people have no level of education. According to the respondents, a very high proportion of weight gain occurred after the age of 10. It was between 10 and 21 years old in Yopougon and Cocody and between 18 and 21 years old in Abobo. More than 70% of obese people living in Yopougon, Cocody and Abobo would not consider obesity as a disease while 40.7% have said they were very little informed about obesity. Conclusion: Two major points have emerged from the examination of the data collected: 1) The prevalence of overweight and obesity remains very high in the three Communes of Abidjan. 2) The occurrence of obesity would be influenced by the sociodemographic characteristics of the populations. Also, updating these sociodemographic characteristics is essential to better adapt national strategies for obesity and overweight combating.

Fenton-Like Oxidation of Acid Yellow 23 in the Presence of Iron Rich Soil

Treatment of yellow dye 23 by heterogeneous Fenton-like process was studied using iron rich soil as an iron source. The iron rich soil sample was characterized by XRD, SEM and BET analysis. XRD pattern indicates that the iron rich soil is made of goethite and hematite. The reaction was systematically investigated under various experimental conditions such as pH, iron rich soil dosage, oxidant and dye concentrations. The result revealed that using iron rich soil as catalyst led to high discoloration efficiency (97.71% for 140 min of treatment) at pH = 2.5, 2 g/L iron rich soil and 16 m·mol/L H2O2. The degradation kinetics of acid yellow 23 can be described by a pseudo-first-order reaction following the Langmuir-Hinshelwood mechanism. The main roles of hydroxyl radicals in degradation process were investigated by adding of various radical scavengers.

This paper deals with the formulation of ceramic filters having the porosity adapted to domestic potable water *** filters were made from clays and rice husk obtained from the Far North region of Cameroon(Logone Valley).Nine formulations were investigated to choose those that might have the porosity standing between 35 and 50%(the ideal porosity adapted for water treatment).The nine formulations investigated were as follows:clay:rice husk mixture weight ratio 0.7:0.3;0.8:0.2 and 0.9:0.1 with the particle size of 100:100 *** sintering temperatures of 900℃,950℃ and 1000℃ were applied for each of the *** results showed that only filters with weight ratio 0.7:0.3 sintered at 900℃,950℃ and 1000℃ had porosity between 35 and 50% with values of 39.41±0.96;40.15±1.59;40.14±1.31 *** strength,permeability and iron leaching behavior were investigated for these three *** formulation 0.7:0.3 with sintering temperature of 1000℃ had the higher permeability and was the more stable for iron leaching so it is the more adapted for water treatment in terms of flow rate and iron leaching behavior,pore size distribution showed that these filters were macroporous and designed for microfiltration with average pore diameter of 0.46μm.

Physico-Chemical Characterization and Stability Study in Acidic and Basic Solution of Ceramic Filters from Mouka’s Clay (Cameroon)

This paper deals with the characterisation and study of physico-chemical stability of ceramic filters from clays and rice husk obtained from the far north region of Cameroon (Logone Valley) and their application in potable water treatment. Clays from Mouka were characterized by FTIR analysis. The results showed that the filter formulated with a mixture containing 80% clay and 20% rice husk of 100 μm in size each gave the lowest filter shrinkage rate;these formulated filters were chosen for the remaining work. Leaching tests showed that with filters at a sintering temperature of 830°C the leaching was not observed under neutral (pH 6.8) and acidic (pH 5) conditions as compared to 950°C and 1000°C where the leaching was observed. In basic (pH 9) condition, all the filters obtained released ions. Leaching tests revealed that the conductivity of the leachate for the filters sintered at 830°C was lower than those sintered at 950°C and 1000°C. Meanwhile, conductivity decreases with increasing sintering temperature (temperature up to 830°C) due to the fact that ceramization starts as from 850°C that leads to an amorphous state that favours chemical stability, the leaching ions were Fe2+, Ca2+, Mg2+ and Al3+. The ceramic filters sintered at 950°C were applied to the filtration of water and the performance in terms of turbidity reduction was 95% and the flow rate after 50 minutes was 100 × 10−3 L/h.

The simulation by the Monte Carlo method executed by the software PyPENELOPE proved effective to specify the particle propagation characteristics by calculating the absorption fractions, backscattering and transmission of electrons and secondary photons under the incidence of 0.5 to 20 KeV range of primary electrons. More than 99.9% of the primary electrons were transmitted in the 125 nm thick MgO/TiO2 material at 20 KeV. This occurred because several interactions took place in the transmitted primary irradiation such as characteristic, fluorescence, and bremsstrahlung produced when of the occupation of the KL3, KL2, KM3, and KM2 shell and sub-shell of titanium and magnesium which are the elements with a high atomic number in the material. The transmission particle characteristic of this material is therefore an indicator capable of improving the electrical performance and properties of the sensor.
