the metal-organic framework(MOF)derived ni–Co–C–n composite alloys(niCCZ)were“embedded”inside the carbon cloth(CC)strands as opposed to the popular idea of growing them upward to realize ultrastable energy storage and conversion *** niCCZ was then oxygen functionalized,facilitating the next step of stoichiometric sulfur anion diffusion during hydrothermal sulfurization,generating a flower-like metal hydroxysulfide structure(niCCZOS)with strong partial implantation inside *** obtained niCCZOS shows an excellent capacity when tested as a supercapacitor electrode in a three-electrode ***,when paired with the biomass-derived nitrogen-rich activated carbon,the asymmetric supercapacitor device shows almost 100%capacity retention even after 45,000 charge–discharge cycles with remarkable energy density(59.4 Wh kg^(-1)/263.8μWh cm^(–2))owing to a uniquely designed ***,the same electrode performed as an excellent bifunctional water-splitting electrocatalyst with an overpotential of 271 mV for oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and 168.4 mV for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)at 10 mA cm−2 current density along with 30 h of unhinged chronopotentiometric stability performance for both HER and ***,a unique metal chalcogenide composite electrode/substrate configuration has been proposed as a highly stable electrode material for flexible energy storage and conversion applications.

Finite Morse Index Solutions of a nonlinear Schr?dinger Equation

We prove Liouville type theorems for stable and finite Morse index H_(loc)^(1)∩L_(loc)^(∞)solutions of the nonlinear Schrodinger equation -Δu+λ|x|^(a)u=|x|b|^(u)|^(p-1)u in R^(n),where n≥2,λ>0,a,b>-2 and p>1,Our analysis reveals that all stable solutions of the equation must be zero for all p>1,Furthermore,finite Morse index solutions must be zero if n≥3 an p≥(n+2+2b)/(n-2).the main tools we use are integral estimates,a Pohozaev type identity and a monotonicity formula.

Water infiltration into soil is an important process in hydrologic cycle;however,its measurement is difficult,time-consuming and *** and physical models have been developed to predict cumulative infiltration(CI),but are often *** this study,several novel standalone machine learning algorithms(M5Prime(M5P),decision stump(dS),and sequential minimal optimization(SMO))and hybrid algorithms based on additive regression(AR)(i.e.,AR-M5P,AR-dS,and AR-SMO)and weighted instance handler wrapper(WIHW)(i.e.,WIHW-M5P,WIHW-dS,and WIHW-SMO)were developed for CI *** Soil Conservation Service(SCS)model developed by the United States department of Agriculture(USdA),one of the most popular empirical models to predict CI,was considered as a ***,154 measurements of CI(explanatory/input variables)were taken from 16 sites in a semi-arid region of Iran(Illam and Lorestan provinces).Six input variable combinations were considered based on Pearson correlations between candidate model inputs(time of measuring and soil bulk density,moisture content,and sand,clay,and silt percentages)and *** dataset was divided into two subgroups at random:70%of the data were used for model building(training dataset)and the remaining 30%were used for model validation(testing dataset).the various models were evaluated using different graphical approaches(bar charts,scatter plots,violin plots,and taylor diagrams)and quantitative measures(root mean square error(RMSE),mean absolute error(MAE),nash-Sutcliffe efficiency(nSE),and percent bias(PBIAS)).time of measuring had the highest correlation with CI in the study *** best input combinations were different for different *** results showed that all hybrid algorithms enhanced the CI prediction accuracy compared to the standalone *** AR-M5P model provided the most accurate CI predictions(RMSE=0.75 cm,MAE=0.59 cm,nSE=0.98),while the SCS model had the lowest performance(RMSE=4.77 cm,MAE=2.64 cm,nSE=

this paper is devoted to the quasilinear equation ■where p > 2,Ω is a(bounded or unbounded) domain of R^n,w_1,w_2 are nonnegative continuous functions and f is an increasing function. We establish a Liouville type theorem for nontrivial stable solutions of the equation under some mild assumptions on Ω,w_1, w_2 and f, which extends and unifies several results on this topic.

Viral co-infections among children with confirmed measles at hospitals in Hanoi,Vietnam,2014

Objective:to characterize viral co-infections among representative hospitalized measles cases during the 2014 Hanoi ***:throat swabs were collected from 54 pediatric patients with confirmed measles,and molecular diagnostics performed for 10 additional viral respiratory pathogens(Influenza A/H1n1pdm09;A/H3n2 and influenza B;Parainfluenza 1,2,3;Respiratory Synctial Virus,RSV;human Metapneumovirus,hM PV;Adenovirus and Picornavirus).Results:twenty-one cases(38.9%) showed evidence of infection with other respiratory viruses:15 samples contained measles plus one additional virus,and 6 samples contained measles plus 2 additional *** was detected as a predominant cause of co-infections(13 cases;24.1%),followed by RSV(6 cases;11.1%),A/H1n1pdm09(3 cases;5.6%),PIV3(3 cases;3.7%),Rhinovirus(3 cases;3.7%) and hM PV(1 case;1.96%).Conclusions:Viral co-infections identified from pediatric measles cases may have contributed to increased disease severity and high rate of fatal *** treatment of measles cases may require control of multiple viral respiratory pathogens.

the rising corruption levels in Indonesia are becoming a cause for concern and raise doubts about their impact on the stability of foreign aid in the ***,this study aims to predict the long-term viability of foreign aid in Indonesia based on international perceptions of corruption and corruption cases in the *** were obtained from World Governance Indicators,the Indonesian Ministry of Finance,and the World Bank,and the study used a backpropagation artificial neural network(Ann)for *** results from Ann are compared to linear models and vector autoregression(VAR).the finding shows that Ann outperforms the other models based on the coefficient of determination and MSE ***,it highlights the strong relationship between corruption perception and foreign aid sustainability with an R-value of *** to the Ann estimation,gratification has a significant impact on foreign *** response to this finding,the study recommends the Indonesian government take action to combat corruption in maintaining the international trust and ensuring the stability of foreign aid.

Xanthine oxidase inhibitors from Archidendron clypearia(Jack.) I.C. nielsen: Results from systematic screening of Vietnamese medicinal plants

Objective: to screen Vietnamese medicinal plants for xanthine oxidase(XO) inhibitory activity and to isolate XO inhibitor(s) from the most active plant. Methods: the plants materials were extracted by methanol. the active plant materials were fractionated using different organic solvents, including n-hexane, ethyl acetate, and n-butanol. Bioassay-guided fractionation and column chromatography were used to isolate compounds. the compounds structures were elucidated by analysis of spectroscopic data, including IR, MS, and nMR. Results: three hundreds and eleven methanol extracts(CME) belonging to 301 Vietnamese herbs were screened for XO inhibitory activity. Among these plants, 57 extracts displayed XO inhibitory activity at 100 μg/m L with inhibition rates of over 50%. the extracts of Archidendron clypearia, Smilax poilanei, Linociera ramiflora and Passiflora foetida exhibited the greatest potency with IC_(50) values below 30 μg/m L. Chemical study performed on the extract of Archidendron clypearia resulted in the isolation of six compounds, including 1-octacosanol, docosenoic acid, daucosterol, methyl gallate, quercitrin and(-)-7-O-galloyltricetiflavan. the compound(-)-7-O-galloyltricetiflavan showed the most potent XO inhibitory activity with an IC_(50) value of 25.5 μmol/L. Conclusions: From this investigation, four Vietnamese medicinal plants were identified to have XO inhibitory effects with IC_(50) values of the methanol extracts below 30 μg/m L. Compound(-)-7-O-galloyltricetiflavan was identified as an XO inhibitor from Archidendron clypearia with IC_(50) value of 25.5 μmol/L.
