Potential changes in the symbiotic relationship between rice(Oryza sativa)and microorganisms have occurred during the domestication of Asian cultivated rice(***)from common wild rice(Oryza rufipogon)and in response to global climate change,along with evolving adaptations to the *** potential genes may express differently or dominate the symbiotic relationships between arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)and plants,which may be beneficial to rice *** date,research on this important topic has been *** this study,we aimed to examine the symbiotic relationships of Asian common wild and cultivated rice species with *** conducting a comparative metagenomic analysis of the rhizospheres of wild and cultivated rice species,we identified differences in Rhizophagus intraradices-related genes associated with wild and cultivated rice,as well as functional genes of ***,we obtained root-related genes associated with AMF from transcriptome data of rice *** results collectively suggest that ***-related genes in the rhizosphere of wild rice may be more conducive to its ***,bacteria from the nitrosomonadaceae and nitrospiraceae families identified in the rhizosphere of wild rice exhibited positive correlations with ***-related genes with protein identifiers 1480749 and1871253,which may indicate that nitrobacteria can enhance the functions of *** in association with wild ***,in a case study using comparative transcriptome analysis of root samples obtained from ***-inoculated wild and cultivated rice plants,we found significantly higher expression levels of the strigolactone pathway-related genes DWARF3(D3)and DWARF14(D14)in ***-inoculated common wild rice than in ***-inoculated cultivated *** study provides a theoretical basis for identifying the effects of domestication on mycorrhizal symbiosis-related genes,which could be promoted in wi

We present one-loop contributions for h→ℓℓγ with ℓ=νe,μ,τ,e,μ and e−e+→hγ in the U(1)_(B−L) extension of the standard model. In the phenomenological results, the signal strengths for h→ℓℓγ at the Large Hadron Collider and for e−e+→hγ at future lepton colliders are analyzed in the physical parameter space for both the vector and chiral B−L models. We found that the contributions from the neutral gauge boson Z′ to the signal strengths are rather small. Consequently, the effects will be difficult to probe at future colliders. However, the impacts of charged Higgs and CP-odd Higgs in the chiral B−L model on the signal strengths are significant and can be measured with the help of the initial polarization beams at future lepton colliders.

在悬浮液、乳液和泡沫等复杂多相流体中,离散分布着大量的纳米至微米尺度的颗粒、液滴和气泡等,在流动作用下这些离散相物质呈现出复杂的个体或群体运动行为,进而显著影响这些复杂多相流体的宏观流变和流动行为.针对这类流体,开展介观尺度数值模拟成为一种有效且相对经济的研究手段.其中,耗散粒子动力学(dissipative particle dynamics,DPD)方法是一种具有代表性的介观尺度数值模拟方法,由于其粒子方法的特质,DPD方法适合用于上述复杂多相流体内部结构的数值建模和数值模拟研究.本文对近年来DPD方法在颗粒悬浮液、乳液和气泡等复杂多相流体模拟方面研究进展进行了系统的介绍,深入探讨了DPD方法在复杂多相流体介观模拟方面的针对性改进以及当前存在的不足,并对DPD方法的研究和应用进行了总结和展望.

Stochastic demand is an important factor that heavily affects production *** influences activities such as purchasing,manufacturing,and selling,and quick adaption is *** production planning,for reasons such as reducing costs and obtaining supplier discounts,many decisions must be made in the initial stage when demand has not been *** effects of non-optimal decisions will propagate to later stages,which can lead to losses due to overstocks or *** find the optimal solutions for the initial and later stage regarding demand realization,this study proposes a stochastic two-stage linear program-ming model for a multi-supplier,multi-material,and multi-product purchasing and production planning *** objective function is the expected total cost after two stages,and the results include detailed plans for purchasing and production in each demand ***-scale problems are solved through a deterministic equivalent transformation *** solve the problems in the large scale,an algorithm combining metaheuristic and sample average approximation is *** algorithm can be implemented in parallel to utilize the power of the *** algorithm based on the observation that if the remaining quantity of materials and number of units of products at the end of the initial stage are given,then the problems of the first and second stages can be decomposed.

Pathogens generate and secrete effector proteins to the host plant cells during pathogenesis to promote virulence and *** the plant carries resistance(R)proteins that recognize pathogen effectors,effector-triggered immunity(ETI)is activated,resulting in a robust immune response and hypersensitive response(HR).The bipartite effector AvrRps4 from Pseudomonas syringae *** has been well studied in terms of avirulence *** planta,AvrRps4 is processed into two *** Cterminal fragment of AvrRps4(AvrRps4^(C))induces HR in turnip and is recognized by the paired resistance proteins AtRRS1/AtRPS4 in ***,we show that AvrRps4^(C)targets a group of Arabidopsis WRkY,including WRkY46,WRkY53,WRkY54,and WRkY70,to induce its virulence ***,AvrRps4^(C)suppresses the general binding and transcriptional activities of immune-positive regulator WRkY54 and WRkY54-mediated ***4^(C)interferes with WRkY54's binding activity to target gene SARD1 in vitro,suggesting WRkY54 is sequestered from the SARD1 promoter by AvrRps4^(C).Through the interaction of Avr Rps4^(C)with four WRkYs,AvrRps4 enhances the formation of homo-/heterotypic complexes of four WRkYs and sequesters them in the cytoplasm,thus inhibiting their function in plant ***,our results provide a detailed virulence mechanism of AvrRps4 through its C-terminus.

The cross-docking is a very important subject in logistics and supply chain *** to the definition,cross-docking is a process dealing with transhipping inventory,in which goods and products are unloaded from an inbound truck and process through a flow-center to be directly loaded onto an outbound ***-docking is favored due to its advantages in reducing the material handing cost,the needs to store the product in warehouse,as well decreasing the labor cost by eliminating packaging,storing,pick-location and order *** cross-docking,products can be consolidated and transported as a full load,reducing overall distribution *** this paper,we focus on a truck scheduling at the multidoor,multi-crossdocking network with inventory constraints and process capability *** this model,a truck can visit severals docks for loading or unloading many types *** situation is very common in *** study also developed an exact mathematical model using mixedinteger linear programming(MILP)with the objective of minimizing the makespan to obtaint the benchmark in small scale *** scale problems are solved through Simulated Annealing(SA)algorithm and Tabu Search(TS)*** of these algorithms will be compared to benchmarks obtained from solver as well as to each other.

Production scheduling involves all activities of building production schedules,including coordinating and assigning activities to each person,group of people,or machine and arranging work orders in each *** scheduling must solve all problems such as minimizing customer wait time,storage costs,and production time;and effectively using the enterprise’s human *** paper studies the application of flexible job shop modelling on scheduling a woven labelling *** labelling process includes several steps which are handled in different *** workstation is also comprised of several identical parallel *** this study,job splitting is allowed so that the power of work stations can be utilized *** final objective is to minimize the total completion time of all *** results show a significant improvement since the new planning may save more than 60%of lead time compared to the current *** contribution of this research is to propose a flexible job shop model for scheduling a woven labelling *** proposed approach can also be applied to support complex production scheduling processes under fuzzy environments in different industries.A practical case study demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed model.

In recent years,the COVID-19 pandemic has negatively impacted all aspects of social *** to ease in the infected method,i.e.,through small liquid particles from the mouth or the nose when people cough,sneeze,speak,sing,or breathe,the virus can quickly spread and create severe problems for people’s *** to some research as well as World Health Organization(WHO)recommendation,one of the most economical and effective methods to prevent the spread of the pandemic is to ask people to wear the face mask in the public space.A face mask will help prevent the droplet and aerosol from person to person to reduce the risk of virus *** simple method can reduce up to 95%of the spread of the ***,this solution depends heavily on social consciousness,which is sometimes *** order to improve the effectiveness of wearing face masks in public spaces,this research proposes an approach for detecting and warning a person who does not wear or misuse the face *** approach uses the deep learning technique that relies on Googlenet,Alexnet,and VGG16 *** results are synthesized by an ensemble method,i.e.,the bagging *** the experimental results,the approach represents a more than 95%accuracy of face mask recognition.
