Observabl.s from vector meson photoproduction by l.nearl.-pol.rized photons can be expressed in term of bil.near combinations of hel.city ampl.tudes parameterized by the Spin Density Matrix El.ments （SDMEs）. These SDMEs give straightforward rel.tions for understanding the nature of the parity exchange at threshol. energies, as wel. as for extracting signatures of the Okubo-Zweig-Iizuka viol.tion. This paper wil. show prel.minary measurements of SDMEs for γp →φp in the photon energy range of 1.7 to 1.9 GeV （momentum transfer squared t range of -1.2 to -0.25 GeV2） and 1.9 to 2.1 CeV （t range of -1.4 to -0.25 GeV2） from the g8b experimental.data col.ected in the summer of 2005 in the Hal. In this study, an adaptive neural.network(NN) control.is proposed for nonl.near two-degree-offreedom(2-DOF) hel.copter systems considering the input constraints and gl.bal.prescribed ***, radial.basis function NN(RBFNN) is empl.yed to estimate the unknown dynamics of the hel.copter system. Second, a smooth nonaffine function is expl.ited to approximate and address nonl.near constraint functions. Subsequentl., a new prescribed function is proposed, and an original.constrained error is transformed into an equival.nt unconstrained error using the error transformation and barrier function transformation methods. The anal.sis of the establ.shed l.apunov function proves that the control.ed system is gl.bal.y uniforml. bounded. Final.y, the simul.tion and experimental.resul.s on a constructed Quanser's test pl.tform verify the rational.ty and feasibil.ty of the proposed control.

In this paper, the singul.rity-free predefined-time fuzzy adaptive tracking control.probl.m is studied for non-strict feedback(NSF) nonl.near systems considering mismatched external.disturbances. An innovative practical.predefined-time stabil.ty(PPTS) criterion is proposed to provide the theoretical.basis for subsequent control.design. Compared to the existing predefined-time stabil.ty(PTS) criterion, this criterion has a broader appl.cation range and can sol.e the control.design issues of nonl.near systems with system uncertainties. Fuzzy l.gic systems(Fl.s) are empl.yed to identify unknown nonl.near functions. Based on the backstepping control.technol.gy, a singul.rity-free predefined-time control.PTC) design method is proposed, in which the hyperbol.c tangent function is util.zed to avoid the singul.r probl.m, and the nature of fuzzy basis function is adopted to resol.e the al.ebraic l.op probl.m. The PPTS of the cl.sed-l.op NSF nonl.near system is proven with the l.apunov theory and the proposed PPTS criterion. Ul.imatel., the efficiency of the presented PTC design method is verified by several.sets of simul.tions on a singl. l.nk manipul.tor system.

Mul.i-l.bel.cl.ssification is a chal.enging probl.m that has attracted significant attention from researchers, particul.rl. in the domain of image and text attribute annotation. However, mul.i-l.bel.datasets are prone to serious intra-cl.ss and inter-cl.ss imbal.nce probl.ms, which can significantl. degrade the cl.ssification performance. To address the above issues, we propose the mul.i-l.bel.weighted broad l.arning system(Ml.-Bl.) from the perspective of l.bel.imbal.nce weighting and l.bel.correl.tion mining. Further, we propose the mul.i-l.bel.adaptive weighted broad l.arning system(Ml.W-Bl.) to adaptivel. adjust the specific weights and val.es of l.bel. of Ml.-Bl. and construct an efficient imbal.nced cl.ssifier set. Extensive experiments are conducted on various datasets to eval.ate the effectiveness of the proposed model. and the resul.s demonstrate its superiority over other advanced approaches.

The nonl.near capil.ary-gravity wave produced by a vertical.y oscil.ating pl.te, in which the contact-angl. model.is considered, is studied by use of the Boundary Integral.Equation Method (BIEM). The present numerical.experiment shows that the code is robust and efficient for model.ng the generation and propagation of capil.ary-gravity waves. It is found that the wave heights of stationary periodic nonl.near waves radiated away from the pl.te are dependent on the parameters invol.ed in the contact-angl. model. The effect of the contact-angl. hysteresis and the nonl.nearity of capil.ary-gravity waves on the wave profil. is discussed in the paper.
