中越网络零售市场发展状况对比研究

随着互联网的发展和消费者的消费观念已经逐步改变,世界的电子商务得到飞速发展。中国是全球最大的网络零售市场之一。而作为中国直接接壤的邻国,越南零售市场如何能够进行快速发展,如何借鉴中国的一些成功经验?本研究通过分析近年来中越电子商务零售业数据,包括对比中国和越南的市场规模和增长速度、参与者和竞争格局以及消费者的支付方式偏好,旨在指出两国零售市场之间的相同和差异点。研究分析结果指出,中越网络零售市场共同点,包括一些方面:移动互联网普及、电子商务快速增长、市场竞争、电子支付。此外,两国的零售市场也存在着一些差异点,如:市场规模、电子支付的普及等。同时,从中国零售市场的发展经验本研究也为越南零售市场提供了启示和政策建议。

Plants can respond to traumatism by synthesis and secretion of defence molecules. Wound-healing and desiccation stress of pieces of potato tuber parenchyma (Solanum tuberosum) promoted the secretion of a patatin-like phospholipase A2, PLA2 (EC.3.***.1.4.) that displayed cytotoxic activity against tumour cells. The potato secretion product, an oligomeric form of patatin-like protein, was shown to contain several isoforms of PLA2 polypeptides and to be associated with other proteins, including kunitz-type protease inhibitors. Patatin-like protein secretion was inhibited by vanadate. Secreted patatin-like proteins displayed specific features, such as extracellular function and low molecular weights, mainly 36 to 40 kDa. The 36-kDa polypeptide sequence was related to iPLA2α. Polypeptide spots of secreted patatin-like protein exhibited a nucleotide-binding consensus motif, GGGIkG that has been described in iPLA2 gene family. The cytotoxic agent caused cell death of plant crown-gall induced by Agrobacterium tumefaciens, and inhibited B16 cell proliferation, but at the same concentration did not display any toxicity against non-transformed cells. PLA2 enzyme activity was required for cytotoxicity against B16 melanoma cells. A model for such a specific activity against tumour cells is discussed in connection with asymmetric phospholipid patterns of cell membranes. In conclusion, secreted patatin-like PLA2 (e-patatin) may represent a novel therapeutic target for the development of new agents against cancer.

企业文化跟企业竞争力、经营效率有密切的关系。优秀的企业文化可以提高企业的竞争优势。评估一个企业的文化帮助管理者了解企业结构的优点和弱点,通过评估他们才能有效地实施企业的战略,提高企业的生产率,管理方法,加强竞争力,完善企业文化。但是各个国家之间的每个企业的企业文化都有差异。近年来中国政府实施了“一带一路”的策略,帮助国内的企业走出去。越南是中国相邻,自古中越两国人民已有贸易来往。另外越南有良好的投资环境,成功吸引了各国投资包括中国,但是大多数都是中小企业,经营情况不是很乐观。重要的原因是中小企业没有或者没有完善的企业文化。因此建设符合越南环境的企业文化对于中资中小企业是一个迫切的问题。本文以在越中资中小企业文化建设为研究对象。分析在越中资企业文化的背景下进行企业文化建设,使中资企业在越南市场经营过程中,不仅适应越南的经济环境,还能适应越南的社会文化环境,提高核心竞争力,推动企业发展。本文首先对企业文化的相关概念、国内外对企业文化建设的研究成果认真分析。随后深入分析了中资企业的投资现状、投资背景,通过量化问卷调查中资中小企业文化建设情况,深入分析找出企业文化建设存在的问题及主要原因。在以上基础上依据企业文化理论、跨文化理论和企业文化结构加上数据分析提出企业文化建设对策。本文从企业文化的四个层次深入研究,包括物质文化层、行为文化层、制度文化层、精神文化层,结合国际文化融合、本土文化、跨文化管理、互联网时代企业文化建设管理新思维并对每个层次提出建设方案。希望通过问卷量化分析结合理论与实际研究中资中小企业文化建设得出的结果,能带给企业在文化建设过程中参考的价值,让中资企业在越南市场日益发展。

Liquid-liquid extraction and separation of total rare earth(RE) metals from polymetallic manganese nodule leaching solution

The study on the solvent extraction for quantitative and selective separation of total rare earth metals from the polymetallic nodule leach liquor was investigated. The typical leach liquor bearing 0. 094 g/L total rare earth, 0. 23 g/L Mn, 0.697 g/L Cu, 0.2 g/L Fe, 0.01 g/L Co and 0.735 g/L Ni was subjected to the removal iron content by precipitation method using Ca（OH）2 at pH 3.95, prior to solvent extraction of rare earth metals. Three different organo-phosphoric acid reagents（D2EHPA, PC88 A, Cyanex 272） were used to ascertain their performances and selectivity towards the loading of rare earth metals in presence of other base metals. Based on the results of eq. pH effect, the performances of above three extractants followed the order as： D2EHPA〉PC88A〉Cyanex 272. To ensure the absence of extraction of base metals（Cu, Co, Ni）, the eq. pH of the solution was optimized at the level of 2.21, though higher rare earth metal extraction efficiency was observed at higher eq. pH with either of the extractants. The complete process flow diagram for substantial recovery of total rare earth was developed using D2 EHPA. Extraction isotherm plot was constructed at A：O=12：1, 3-stages and phe=2.21, using 0.8 mol/L D2 EHPA and the predicted condition of this study was further confirmed by 6-Cycles Counter Current Simulation（CCS） study. The stripping of total rare earth from loaded organic phase（LO） was conducted using HCl solution. Mc-Cabe Thiele diagram study carried out at A：O=1：5 using 4 mol/L HCl showed that three theoretical stages were needed for quantitative stripping of total rare earth. The subsequent stripped solution resulted thus led to contain total rare earth of 5.6 g/L indicating a very high enrichment of total metals by solvent extraction（SX） process.

We introduce a new method to derive the orbital parameters of spectroscopic binary stars by nonlinear least squares of （o - c）. Using the measured radial velocity data of the four double lined spectroscopic binary systems, AI phe, GM Dra, HD 93917 and V502 Oph, we derived both the orbital and combined spectroscopic elements of these systems. Our numerical results are in good agreement with the those obtained using the method of Lehmann-Filhés.

Objective:To determine the effects of different concentrations of penicillamine, hypotaurine, and epinephrine (phe) as well as incubation time on motility, hyperactivity and acrosome reaction (AR) of ram spermin ***: Freshly ejaculated spermatozoa from three ram were collected, pooled and subjected to swim up technique in modified sperm Tyrode's albumin lactate pyruvate medium supplemented with different concentrations of phe (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 75 and 100 mM/mL). Then best concentrations were compared and examined for motility, hyperactivity and ***: A high concentrations of phe (30, 40, 50, 75 and 100mM/mL) showed a significant increase in motility when compared to control immediately after dilution and exist for the first and second hour of incubation period. However, when longer incubation time were used, a significant (Pphe;however, spermatozoa treated with 75 mM/mL had a higher tendency to undergo complete AR after further incubation up to 4 h. A dose dependent relationship was detected where the maximum value of total AR was shown in spermatozoa treated with 75 mM/mL phe for 4 h. Conclusions: To obtain better motility, hyperactivity and AR, treatment of ram spermatozoa with 75 mM/mL phe for 4 h before being used in insemination was considered the best concentration of phe to be used in the process ofin-vitro fertilization.

Disasters exact a heavy toll ***,the degree to which we can accurately quantify their impact,in particular mortality,remains *** is critical to ensure that disaster data reliably reflects the scale,type,and distribution of disaster impacts given the role of data in:(1)risk assessments;(2)developing disaster risk management programs;(3)determining the resources for response to emergencies;(4)the types of action undertaken in planning for prevention and preparedness;and(5)identifying research *** Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015–2030 s seven global disaster-impact reduction targets represent the first international attempt to systematically measure the effectiveness of disaster-impact reduction as a means of better informing policy with *** A of the Sendai Framework aims to‘‘substantially reduce global disaster mortality by 2030,aiming to lower the average per 100,000 global mortality rate in the decade 2020–2030 compared to the period 2005–2015.’’This article provides an overview of the complexities associated with defining,reporting,and interpreting disaster mortality data used for gauging success in meeting Target A,acknowledging different challenges for different types of hazard events and subsequent *** concludes with suggestions of how to address these challenges to inform the public health utility of monitoring through the Sendai Framework.
