The elements of crop capacity structure of 13 summer characteristics in 33 winter wheat varieties, qualitative three-regularity and quantitative eight-regularity are investigated through the application of systematic approach. The principle of triadness applied in a language, in a genetic code and other codes is used, i.e. the logic homology is employed. The purpose are （1） to show the use of a systematic approach to the analysis of elements of crop capacity structure of winter wheat; （2） to analyze efficiency, the years of harvests and winter hardiness; （3） to find the way of selection and varieties assessment in terms of the elements efficiency. The quantitative compatibility as the highest with the sign ＂＋＂ and the lowest with the sign ＂-＂ in terms of elements efficiency gives eight types of crop capacities. The type of crop capacity structure ＂＋＋＋＂ can serve as a full （higher） measure of a variety adaptableness and optimality of technologies. The triad of three characteristics as a type-＂＋＋＋＂ in which the first sign is the quantity of ears （QE）; the second is a quantity of grains （QG）; the third is the weight of grains （WG） creates the highest level of crop capacity.

介绍了过氯酰胺盐的一些性质，指出过氯酰胺盐是激光起爆阈值低的光敏炸药。用１０％光学透明的聚合物分别粘结５０ｍｇ／ｃｍ２的过氯酰胺钾（Ⅱ）和过氯酰胺钡（ Ⅳ）制成了１ｃｍ２的光敏炸药薄板并进行了实验。Ⅱ的起爆阈值约０．１Ｊ／ｃｍ２，Ⅳ的起爆阈值为５～７ｍＪ／ｃｍ２，皆低于压装的叠氮化铅药柱。全都实现了平面起爆。

Impact of postoperative TnM stages after neoadjuvant therapy on prognosis of adenocarcinoma of the gastro-oesophageal junction tumours

AIM To compare prognostic relevance of postoperative tumour/node/metastasis(TMn) stages between patients with and without neoadjuvant treatment. METHODS Data from patients with adenocarcinoma of the gastrooesophageal junction(AEG) who had undergone surgical resection at a single German university centre were retrospectively analysed. Patients with or without neoadjuvant preoperative treatment were selected by exact matching based on preoperative staging. Standard assessment of preoperative(c)TnM stage was based on endoscopic ultrasound and computed tomography of the thorax and abdomen, according to the American Joint Committee on Cancer/Union for International Cancer Control classification system. Patients with cT1cn0cM0 and cT2cn0cM0 stages were excluded from the study, as these patients are generally not recommended for pretreatment. Longterm survival among the various postoperative TnM stages was compared between the groups of patients with or without neoadjuvant treatment. For statistical assessments, a P-value of ≤ 0.05 was considered *** The study included a total of 174 patients. The group of patients who had received preoperative neoadjuvant treatment included more cases of AEG(Siewert) type 1 carcinoma(P nd consequently oesophagectomy was performed more frequently among these patients(P neoadjuvant treatment) had comparable preoperative T stages, but the group of patients with preoperative neoadjuvant treatment presented a higher rate of preoperative n-positive disease(P = 0.020). Overall long-term survival was not different between the two groups of patients according to tumours of different AEG classifications, receipt of oesophagectomy or gastrectomy, nor between patients with similar postoperative TnM stage, resection margin and grading. The grain of rye(Secale cereale L.) used for baking contains a large amount of non-starch polysaccharides,making it an excellent component of functional foods. But rye grain intended for alcohol production and forage use should have a reduced content of these polysaccharides. A comprehensive parameter that can predict the best field of application for winter rye grain is the viscosity of its wholemeal water ***, our understanding of the genetic background underlying this key trait and associated features of rye grain is poor. By analyzing six Russian winter rye cultivars, we identified the most contrasting forms and characterized the peculiarities of their water-soluble carbohydrates capable of influencing the viscosity of water extracts. Then, using phylogenetic and transcriptomic analyses, we identified in the rye genome many genes encoding putative glycosyltransferases and glycosylhydrolases responsible for the synthesis and degradation of arabinoxylans, mixed-linkage glucans, cellulose, and some other polysaccharides. We determined the dynamics of m RnA abundance for these genes at three stages of kernel development. Comparisons of gene expression levels in two contrasting cultivars revealed specific members of multigene families that may serve as promising targets for manipulating non-starch polysaccharide content in rye grain. High-viscosity cultivars were characterized by up-regulation of many glycosyltransferases involved in the biosynthesis of arabinoxylans and other cell-wall polysaccharides,whereas low-viscosity cultivars showed up-regulation of several genes encoding polysaccharidedegrading enzymes.

Simulation of fire impact on forest floor renewal in pine forests was based on predictions for 2100 by the Canadian Climate Centre for increase in temperatures of by4.5℃and total precipitation by 14%in the West Siberian pre-forest-steppes and empirical regression relationships between them and the degree of burnt forest floor,as well as amount of Pinus sylvestris *** was predicted that by 2100,pine regeneration on fire prone sites under the canopy of the dominant forest type will increase by 29-54%compared to the 1980 s but on adjacent open sites,regeneration will decrease twice as *** means that the regeneration potential and pine population stability in pre-forest-steppes will become as poor as it is today.

Materials and Methods: A group of healthy volunteers (24 people) and patients with SP-CIDP from Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) (42 people) and Krasnoyarsk region (87 people). Diagnostics Methods: Clinical neurologic, neurophysiological. Results: The results of stabilometry research of patients with SP-CIDP have revealed area expansion of pressure centre in phase EO and EC with deflection PC forward by anteropulsion type among patients with SP-CIDP from Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Also in the Yakut group has been noted to have severer clinical course in comparison with inhabitants of Krasnoyarsk region. Conclusion: The method of computer stabilometry allows estimating objectively presence and degree of manifestation of sensitive ataxia in patients with SP-CIDP.
