An imbalance in adenosine-mediated signaling,particularly the increased A_(2A)R-mediated signaling,plays a role in the pathogenesis of Parkinson's *** therapeutic approaches fail to alter disease progression,demonstrating the need for novel approaches in *** transcranial magnetic stimulation is a non-invasive approach that has been shown to improve motor and non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's ***,the underlying mechanisms of the beneficial effects of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation remain *** purpose of this study is to investigate the extent to which the beneficial effects of prolonged intermittent theta burst stimulation in the 6-hydroxydopamine model of experimental parkinsonism are based on modulation of adenosine-mediated *** with unilateral 6-hydroxydopamine lesions underwent intermittent theta burst stimulation for 3 weeks and were tested for motor skills using the Rotarod ***,quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction,immunohistochemistry,and biochemical analysis of components of adenosine-mediated signaling were performed on the synaptosomal fraction of the lesioned caudate *** intermittent theta burst stimulation improved motor symptoms in 6-hydroxydopamine-lesioned animals.A 6-hydroxydopamine lesion resulted in progressive loss of dopaminergic neurons in the caudate *** with intermittent theta burst stimulation began 7 days after the lesion,coinciding with the onset of motor *** treatment with prolonged intermittent theta burst stimulation,complete motor recovery was *** improvement was accompanied by downregulation of the e N/Cd73-A_(2A)R pathway and a return to physiological levels of A_(1)R-adenosine deaminase 1 after 3 weeks of intermittent theta burst *** results demonstrated that 6-hydroxydopamine-induced degeneration reduced the expression of A_(1)R and elevated the expression of A_(2A)***

When carrying out calculations for turbulent flow simulation,one inevitably has to face the choice between accuracy and speed of *** order to simultaneously obtain both a computationally efficient and more accurate model,a surrogate model can be built on the basis of some fast special model and knowledge of previous calculations obtained by more accurate base models from various test bases or some results of serial *** objective of this work is to construct a surrogate model which allows to improve the accuracy of turbulent calculations obtained by a special model on unstructured *** this purpose,we use 1d Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)of the encoder-decoder architecture and reduce the problem to a single dimension by applying space-filling *** an approach would have the benefit of being applicable to solutions obtained on unstructured *** this work,a non-local approach is applied where entire flow fields obtained by the special and base models are used as input and ground truth output ***-Allmaras(SA)model and Near-wall domain decomposition(Ndd)method for SA are taken as the base and special models *** efficiency and accuracy of the obtained surrogate model are demonstrated in a case of supersonic flow over a compression corner with different values for angleαand Reynolds number *** conducted an investigation into interpolation and extrapolation by Re and also into interpolation byα.

Recent reports suggest that aging is not solely a physiological process in living beings;instead, it should be considered a pathological process or disease(Amorim et al., 2022). Consequently, this process involves a wide range of factors, spanning from genetic to environmental factors, and even includes the gut microbiome(GM)(Mayer et al., 2022). All these processes coincide at some point in the inflammatory process, oxidative stress, and apoptosis, at different degrees in various organs and systems that constitute a living organism(Mayer et al., 2022;AguilarHernández et al., 2023).

Nanocrystals of single-phase samarium monoaluminate (SmAlO3) were synthesized and studied for the first time. Malic acid was employed as a new complexing agent in the sol-gel process. The material was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRd), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray analysis (EdS), specific surface area and density. Studying the behavior of effective ion charge Zeff, which indicates the degree of pollution of plasma and can provide valuable information about many processes taking place in plasma, mechanisms of the releasing impurities, transport, etc is of great interest. This paper describes the development of the Zeff diagnostic system for the Globus-M2 tokamak. The effective ion charge is determined on the basis of measurements of the bremsstrahlung intensity and Thomson scattering data-Te and ne profiles. The results of the first Zeff measurements obtained for several discharges on the Globus-M tokamak are presented in this paper. The results have been validated by simulation using the ASTRA transport code for the same discharges, and it has demonstrated a good agreement with the experimental results.
